Dr Knight and Crystal are fabulous they both are very caring and concerned about you the patient. They are very thorough and make sure they give you all the knowledge you need to proceede with surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr Knight.

I recommend Dr. Ragon and his team wholeheartedly! They are professional and courteous and always take the time to answer our questions. Dr. Knight has a great bedside manner. He explains everything completely until you understand. I always got in and out in a timely manner (about an hour or less). And last but not least: He is an excellent Dr! I had total knee replacement by him & my knee now feels great, no pain! Thanks to Dr. Knight, Im back to my old self!

Dr. Sickle has been my family’s orthopedic doctor for over 10 years. He is always friendly, courteous, and kind. He listens to my concerns and gives me a couple of options. Talks through each one and helps me make the right decision.

Dr. John Douglas Haltom is as unprofessional as they come. He must recind his license. After a broken leg and casting, post cast my son was experiencing pain in same leg but knee. My 16 year old went to him 2x complaining of knee pain. His answer to him was youre exaggerating and told my wife to stop coddling my son. We went to get 2nd opinion and they found a Tumor in the area my son was complaining about. We are now at St. Jude childrens hospital. He doesnt care about his patients, and this is not over by any means. He apparently has a future in Real Estate. Keep an eye out for this loser.

I came to West Tennessee Bone Joint Clinic because of a bad experience with a different provider. Everyone at WTBJC is nice and helpful. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and explains everything. He made me feel comfortable. I was sold and have recommended Dr. Johnson to my family and friends.

Dr Vance has a terrible personality he doesnt take time to listen to you or explain whats going on. I visited him because I was having trouble with my ĺeg that he did surgery I initially sent him a photo of the sight and he said he wasnt worried but to come in the next day. I did his intern looked at it first and said he didnt like the way it looked ìt was red swollen and hot to the touch. He went and got Dr. VANCE WHO said oh its fine and put me on 500 mģ chepheĺin which when I read about this antibiotic ìt was for infection off the bone which I had a broken leg500 MG 4 times a day was.agressives according to the script he never said a word about the bone being infected...its been over 10 days its still hot and hurts I dont trust him wish I could change Drs.

Filled out all the forms before going to appt. which helps them a lot. Didnt have to wait long.......staff is very helpful and so friendly. Dr. Pierce and his team ROCKS!!

The results of my X-rays were much worse than I expected. Dr. Sickle never made me feel like he needed to rush, but took time to explain everything in language I understood, explaining the eventual need I will have for knee replacements, and walked through a long-term plan for care. He was very encouraging about something very discouraging to me. I know my care is in good hands.

I have been so impressed with the care I have received from Dr. Sickle & staff at West TN Bone and Joint Clinic since breaking my ankle back in February. My daughter in law, a PTA, came with me to most visits with a list of questions, but by the end of the visit, Dr. Sickle had answered most of them before we asked. His office responded immediately to the few phone calls I made concerning the swelling, PT and such! I was highly impressed with the promptness of calling me back very close to the time of my appointment, getting me directly into the x-ray room & into a room. I waited a reasonable amount of time before Dr. Sickle came into the room. He had already read my x-rays and immediately informed me of all information related to my foot along with the next step in my healing process. Each person who cared for me at the end of this busy day treated me like I was the only patient they had that day. They were sharp, serious, talented, knowledgeable, professional yet humorous enough to make me feel at ease. I felt completely confident in their care. And I was right for doing so! Dr. Pucek is a very great doctor. I had him many years ago and he worked with my problem expertly. I had forgotten his name after time went by so I was very worried when I checked in, but that all passed when I saw him walk in the door because I knew I was going to be very well taken care of.

A very friendly helpful staff and a short wait time for your appointment. There was ample time to sit and talk to your doctor and ask your questions. Doctor takes time to explain anything you want to know and is very caring about your concerns. I would recommend West Tennessee Bone and joint.

Dr. Antwine is the best, hes the reason I go there. The Billing Dept is a little bit aggressive and held my paperwork until I paid my co-pay before I could be seen approximately an hour and a half after my scheduled time. I thought that was petty and insensitive to a person in pain.

My last visit with Dr. Pearce, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours past my appointment. Being a longtime patient, I did not mind. Dr.Pearce had been “on call”, the previous night, and had been very busy. When I have had to wait, I never mind because when IT IS my turn, you are greeted with a smile and most gracious welcome, with apology for your wait. I always feel satisfied with the direct Dr. attention, and never feel rushed. In this day and time of sometime feeling like a captive audience and , therefore, not receiving the appreciation you deserve, he most certainly is “shelter from the rain”.

Dr. Knight spent extra time with me to discuss problems with my hips and ankles. I didn’t feel that Dr. Knight was in a hurry to rush through the appointment in order to meet a 15 minute timeframe. I would recommend him to my family/friends.

The wait time was not too long. Very helpful with information to prepare for surgery.

I had arrived at my appointment a few days ago feeling fine. I was put in a room and after she left I began feeling funny. I have a diabetic condition, that at times can be very difficult. I requested to go outside, and just a few minutes late the Dr Johnson was out to check on me. He did go ahead and examine me (yes outside). Between He and his nursing staff, they were very accommodating to my needs and seemed genuinely concerned! Thanks Dr

I barely had sat down before my name was called by the nurse. She was pleasant and conversational. Dr Sickle didn’t make me wait either. He had a nice bedside manner and was easy to talk to. He explained things throughly and gave me some options to consider. I was there about my shoulder but mentioned trouble I was having with my knee as well and he didn’t hesitate to write a prescription for me to have some physical therapy to help with that problem also. If you are in need of a visit with a bone & joint specialist, I highly recommend Dr. Sickle.

I was able to get an appointment without waiting too long and was met with friendly, kind people while checking in and during my visit with Dr. Pearce. He evaluate the extent of my osteoarthritis and gave me a couple of suggestions. Then said he would prescribe some anti-inflammatory medication but did let me know of the possible side-effects. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearce.

My husband fell and broke his hip in Nov. and I had him taken by ambulance to Jackson General. Dr Pierce was the physician there from W. Tn Bone and Joint, and did surgery the next day . My husband being 87 is a bite choosey and the first to be negative, but he liked Dr. Pierce and has had a very good recovery from the surgery and rehab he has gotten. We are thankful Dr. Pierce was on call and thank him for his excellent knowledge to perform the surgery and for the great person he is. Good luck in the future and we would refer you to anyone out there.
