This place caused my ptsd to be triggered due to lack of caring and understanding. I am now too traumatized to ever go to this doctors office again. All the progress i had made with my psychiatrist regarding my ptsd is now null and void because of the way I was treated at this orthopedic office.

I was shocked and amazed! No sitting around for hours waiting for the doctor. The nurses took great care of me and had everything ready for the doctor and the doctor was very quick but attentive and precise. Thank you

My husband had two follow up appts for a broken leg. The first appt was with Dr Faulkner’s PA in mid May. We were given very little information other than that he needed to work on bending his leg and stay non weight bearing. We returned today, 6/16, and met Dr Faulkner. His demeanor was immediately callus and demeaning. He told my husband with no compassion at all that he may never be able to straighten his leg again. Absolutely no bedside manner and again provided no helpful information. We will not be back.

Henry Ford has got the best people. They are so caring and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable of what they do. They tell you straight up on your condition. They do nt pull any punches and I like them for that.

I really appreciate Dr. Beekmans professional expertise and gentle patient rapport as a fine hand doctor. The staff is kind and friendly as well. The number of patients for all the orthopedic specialties in the waiting room is almost overwhelming, and its understandable that there may be significant delays past the original appointment time--hey, we all want our time with the doctor. It was a wonderful surprise when a staff member came around the waiting room distributing snacks and bottles of water. Ive never seen that kind of warmth and hospitality in a waiting room. Much appreciated!

Dr. Ekpo is the worst surgeon. His first surgery was a failure and Im pretty dang sure it caused my condition to decline at an even more rapid pace. Refuses to fix the issue. Went to ER was informed my condition was worse, they contacted his PA who told them was time to do something to call to make an appointment. I went and they refused. If they already planned on refusing why book an appointment? Oh yeah!! For a paycheck. -_-

2 years and counting this place has been nothing short of amazing!! Lindsey and Tien have provided amazing care and have made my horrible ankle experience so much better and every time I go to see them I’m always looking forward to it. Tien is a great surgeon who is wise and cares about the patient. He has done 2 surgeries both of which have turned out amazing!!

I really hate when you wait. Having to wait over 45 min when I have a scheduled apt is unproffessional . I think they should try to give more space between them .When I asked I was told they were behind why not call me and have me come later or reschedule so you dont just sit not knowing whats up. Some people cant clear hours to wait for a normal 15-20 min apt. I am pleased with my doctor and his assistance.

Dr. Beekman and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. Alicia RN and Athena OT are amazing. I appreciate the outstanding care I received by their whole team. I have been recommending Dr. Beekman to friends and family for years. I have an even greater opinion of him now that I have been his patient. I am thankful for such a highly skilled surgeon in our community.

I noticed the two other reviews were good so I will preface mine by saying I have only been there twice. The entire operation appears to be unorganized which is scary when it comes to your health I will not go into detail with the examples but there were enough for me to it feel assured of my care. Again, it may just have been two bad encounters.

I definitely couldnt have asked for a better team than HFA Orthopedics, for my on going hand and wrist issues. From the ladies at the Check In desk all the way to the Dr and her wonderful personality. Dr. Ailbun is GREAT!!!!

Busy office, but they seem to operate efficiently and spend enough time with the patient too.

Staff bent over backwards in working with my insurance. Was very impressed with the care I received.

FYI-DEMAND a SCRIPT, Don’t settle for a LAZY no!!Wound Script for Dr mandated supplies?? WHT.. nurse told me to purchase at Walgreens; I told her to write a script because my Blue Cross will pay for it. She gave me some BS and insisted I purchase. I left & called insurance & medical supply store; both told me I was covered for supplies with a script. The ones involved, not all, LAZY POS nurses are so disrespectful. I called with itemized list, 4 times; they took THREE-3-DAYS, YES -3-to get the script WRONG! I had to pay for supplies out-of-pocket. I don’t care if this is part of the job they don’t like BUT it is a VERY IMPORTANT part of the job for US, the patients. Most of us have been out-of-work due to our injury so if insurance will cover the $120 or $10, however much, of supplies the Doctor mandated,,,YES, I want my insurance to cover the cost; I pay my insurance every month to cover me & my insurance is costly. I am appalled about being disregarded & disrespected. I want everyone to know that you should insist on a script because insurance will pay. Do NOT let these LAZY nurses tell you to purchase supplies if you have covered insurance. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED!! If this happens again, I am asking that LAZY NURSE for her credit card since she has no issue paying for supplies...BET,,,she doesn’t want to pay for them, just as much as I do NOT.CeeUNextTuesday.,,,no for real,,my appointment is next Tuesday so I thought that was cute!!

I have the best surgeon in Dr. Aulbin, she made room for me on her busy holiday weekend schedule to repair my traumatic finger injury. Her surgery team was amazing and her office staff were wonderful to deal with.

Dr. Aubin and Dr. Guenther both are wonderfulDr. Aubin did an amazing job on getting my finger back to normal as much as she did

Quickly registered and was escorted to an exam room. Will be having a bit of surgery soon. Amy Herrick NP is fantastic!

I love Dr Ekpo. I love his staff. My only problem is I was put in with his PA Nick on my 1 month and 3 month post OP apts. When I scheduled this appointment for my 6 month post OP I verified that I would see Dr Ekpo. I was even called and asked to reschedule once in order to accommodate this. When I arrived today the waiting room is packed. I was called back for my xray and as I was headed back to the waiting room I was told it wont be long until Im called back to see Nick. I stopped dead in my tracks. I said hell no and explained my situation. I was told to take a seat and someone will come tell me whats going on. Well, now I sit and wait. Lady next to me says shes been here 3 hours waiting. Im sorry but if you arent able to see your patients after you operate on them because you are too busy then you shouldnt have so many patients. I have referred many people to him because he does awesome work and now Im forced to second guess myself. Feeling frustrated now. Think twice people
