I love Levy Dermatology. I would recommend to anyone. The ladies are all so sweet and understanding to my issues. Everyone makes me comfortable and they take the time to talk to me and answer questions. I visit the Jackson location and I am so glad I was referred to them they have given me hope when I thought all hope was gone.

This clinic is very organized and the staff is wonderful. We have been very pleased with the level of knowledge that the doctors and staff have shared with us. This clinic has been so competent that they have diagnosed me correctly and healing is occurring. This was my second year with sores that bleed and itch. Dr. Julie Jefferson has been one of the most up to date physician with her approach to dermatology. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a dermatologist.

Outstanding. Lady at desk efficient and polite. Megan Phillips is very thorough, taking time to listen and respond to every concern. Removed moles and made procedure practically painless. I recommend her and her assistant highly to anyone reluctant to see a dermatologist. She puts you at ease and will do minor procedures at first visit, not just do a consultation and have you come back a half dozen more times. Of the four dermatologist Ive had appointments with, Ms Phillips is the best.

The staff here are some of the nicest people. My appointment was at 2:15 and I was seen shortly thereafter. I left the visit feeling like I had been heard and a clear plan laid out to treat my issue. I chose them because of the great reviews and I’m glad I did.

Very clean. Very quick appt time. All that was there were very kind and courteous. Did however just give more creams and oils for psoriasis. I’m very doubtful these will work since this has been a lifelong struggle and have tried so many over the years with not much luck… but gonna be hopeful that maybe these will help.

My first visit.Everyone was kind and nice.I appreciated that they asked if it was ok to do things like touch me or remove a mole. And there was a constant check in to make sure I was comfortable with the process.Made a scary visit very comforting.

Walking into the facility it was exceptionally clean, and neat. The customer service was professional an kind. I was so pleased. Then I met the doctor and she was so confident, knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed me. I must say this visit was awesome.

I was impressed with the quality of your work. The kindness shown to me, when I was so nervous. You made me understand that I was scared for nothing. I am looking forward to my next visit to take this other cancer off of my face. I would tell anyone that if they need cancer taken off, dont want, get it done now. I had a minor surgery scheduled and I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called back to a room. My nurse Kaelyn was super friendly and made me feel right at home. She was very proficient preparing me for the procedure. Kaelyn made sure I was comfortable and pain-free; she answered all my many questions. She’s one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. So Sweet!Dr. Huber did the procedure. He was also very friendly and down-to-earth. I’ve had several of these procedures done at other clinics but never has a doctor explained each step in the procedure as it was being done like Dr. Huber did. I was surprised he spent so much time with me. He even gave me his cell number to call in case I later had problems. Great experience at Levy!

Clean, friendly, waited about 20 minutes but the waiting room was full. Dr & all helpers were right in the room. She listened to me. Answered questions. She was efficient but not rushed. Very informative & knowledgable about my suspected condition.

I had an appointment for a cool sculpt consultation. I sat there for 30 minutes before being seen. The doctor was very friendly and informative, she didnt rush me at all. She answered all my questions. But I got to the front and the receptionist was printing out my quote and she told me the consultation cost $80!! I told her it would have been nice if they would have informed me of that when I scheduled the appointment! $80?!! I was not happy and I wont go back!

Worst customer service! I drove 45 mins to dr apt , I miss understood time . I thought was 10:45 a.m was 10:15 am arrived 10:30 told could not see me I was late , also they were sorry . Im new I miss understood , they wanted me come back 1pm . Young lady kept saying we sent you a text, yes you did its just simple mistake. I do not live in jackson . Have mercy on new patients that make simple mistakes.. you are not sorry .
