This appointment went very well, I was on a lunch hour and knew I couldnt get stuck waiting. I was 5 minutes early for the appointment, did paperwork, sat in the waiting room, maybe 5 minutes and was called back to the examine room. I was seen very quickly, did the biopsy, he told me the meds to expect and I was done. It was great!

I went to see Patricia Booher for a small spit on my face that had begun to show signs of change. She and all the staff were friendly and professional. Turned out to be malignant. It was removed and healed quickly. Not only would I recommend this office and would use them again, but I already have been back with a place on my are that turned out to be benign. And I will return if the occasion arises again.

Ive been seeing Patricia going on 11 years. She is the epitome of what I want in medical treatment - professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

They give patients discounts on their visits only if they leave a 5 star review on various social media platforms. So those of you looking for an actual real review take that into account.

I have only seen Dr. Booher, but she is great. She is very caring and kind and really shows an interest in your well-being. She will listen if you have concerns and she checks me throughly for spots that could develop into skin cancer. I switched from another doctor to her, and I am glad that I did.

They need to do something about the noise in the office. When you call up there you can’t hear anything the person is saying because the background is just full of people yelling. That is if you even get through to someone, you hardly ever get an actual person to answer the phone. And if you have to leave a voicemail, you’re lucky if you get a call back.

This place hands down is the best and safest place to be! The people treat you like their personal family and not just a name on a paper. They truly care about each and every patient that walks through the door. Its been one year since the first time I went there, and I would confidently say that I would recommend anyone to this place as well as the people there. My experience at dermatology and skin care was excellent. Good COVID 19 precautions and the PA was easy to talk to. He did a biopsy on my leg and the experience was much better than the last one I had done there. He was gentle and only removed a small amount of tissue. No scar!

I was very pleased with my annual visit to have various moles removed and tested. This dermatology clinic is the best in West Tennessee. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and the physicians are very knowledgeable and spend time with you when you’re being seen. The wait time was quick even though you can tell they stay busy! Dr Carranza and her staff are the absolute best! I have no reservations in recommending them for annual skin cancer screenings as well as cosmetic procedures.

Appointments run at least 25 minutes behind and I had first appointment, got to appt at 7:50 at 8:00. Called and kept calling no answer. Finally after 8:15 someone answered from other office. VERY rude staff told we should have called. Which we had tried 4 times but no answer. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. Would not recommend and will find another dermatologist.

After overhearing the doctor talking about me unfavorably in the hall before coming in. I decided to change dermatologist to a different office. Now, they are refusing to release medical records to the new office or even myself.

Dr Carranza is fabulous!

It was 45° today but this office would not turn the heater on for their employees or patients per the owners orders. I was freezing for an hour and a half. Patricia Booher is a wonderful, experienced & sweet person. But the owners only see patients as $$$ bills. They even want you to leave a credit card on file. I will not be going back to Dermatologist Associates. They might have saved some bucks in electricity but they have just lost another patient. Is it worth it?

Sat in the waiting room over an hour after appointment time. Entire waiting room filled up and was called back while we still waited. Asked receptionist when we would be seen and was told the nurse was about to call us back. When the nurse came, she called the patient who had come in 20 minutes after us. Gave up and asked for a refund for my copay. Was told it would take 7-14 days to get it. Seriously? You took it immediately, but now you get to hold onto it for two weeks after eating an hour of my time?Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else!
