Have now tried three separate times to get ahold of this office to schedule an appointment. First time I couldn’t leave a voicemail because inbox was full. Second time I left voice mail and got no call back. Third time was immediately sent to voicemail.

The staff and Dr. Viola are the best! They all all so helpful and caring. All my concerns and problems were addressed. Even the girls scheduling appointments made it easy and a pleasure to schedule my next appointment. Dr. Viola is so attentive to any issue that may pop up. She goes out of her way to help her patients. Thank you Dr. Viola!

Very poor communication.Questionable billing practices.They did not discuss treatment options available at the time of service. They did not perform the services requested to my satisfaction or in a manner that I would have chosen, had I been presented with treatment options.They did a good job of following up, but even then, a very poor job of listening. Therefore, they were unable to address my questions and concerns intelligently.

I was ready to leave Jackson & seek dermatology help in Chelsea, when I heard that Allegiance had hired two board certified dermatologists to come to Jackson. I am glad I waited, because I know the care I have received from Dr. Viola since her arrival has been excellentOne measure of a good physician is to understand the limits of their practice. It did not take long in my case for Dr. Viola to recommend the U of M for Mohs surgery because she doesn’t provide that service. That referral increased my confidence in her assessments.So in addition to the excellent clinical skills of her staff, I enjoy the friendly camaraderie of the whole office. In summary, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent Service! Glad to have got the best Doctor in my opinion (Dr. Kathryn). I am given the best treatment. I love the workers there; they are so kind. One of the best Dr. offices in Jackson. Quality Service!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Viola and her staff. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and I have been extremely impressed with the kind and attentive communication from all of the staff Ive encountered. I most recently saw Dr. Viola regarding a severe skin reaction. Not only was she able to see me within hours of my call, but she was able to help me drastically improve the reaction that day. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Jackson area.

Everybody is nice in office.i like that they explain everything just don’t assume they patient knows it. Dr Gordon is good. They know what they are doing.

I had one visit and was pleasantly surprised. My skin looked smoother and clearer afterward. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone having skin issues.

They need better hours. Their narrow band treatments only go to 3:30 so I have to leave work early for a freaking 5 minute appointment. Otherwise great place.

I was very pleased with my half hour consultation with Gail. She asked me about my skin care concerns and had samples for me to try for under eye cream, face cream and a few others. I will be returning to purchase some. I also learned of their extensive facials and other treatments available. I felt no pressure to purchase, but only concern and good information. Why isnt this place advertised more! Allegiance! You have a gem here. Let the women of Jackson know about it! There are very few other options for information about skin care (unless you go to Macys! ).

Wonderful building, friendly staff & the Dermatologist was extremely caring & took my concerns seriously. Biopsy results later showed that I had been right about a small ca lesion that needed to be removed. We are very fortunate to have this dermatology practice in town.

I had a very good experience even with having 2 stitches from a biopsy... Dr. Viola was very pleasant, easy to talk to and good at what she does... had me in and out in no time.

I have been seeing Dr Viola for 2 yrs or more. I love her and all her staff members. Dr Viola has done so much for me, shes fought for me in so many ways more so than any other dermatologist Ive seen in the past. She is a God send for me. Dr Viola has never gave up on me and I know she never will. In fact because of Insurance issues that Im having now, she is still fighting for me and with me. Since Ive been seeing dr Viola my skin has cleared up, I havent seen my skin look that good in 15years. Im so very thankful for everything shes done for me, and will do for me. Dr Viola is such a caring person and dr, such a sweet woman, Im so happy that I have her as my Doctor. I love her and her staff members so much. I would very much recommend her to anyone

Dr. DSa is very thorough and her staff is very patient and friendly. I would highly recommend her!

Everyone is polite and accommodating. The facility is bright open and inviting and the staff are helpful and kind.

The doctors are quite pleasant but, dont expect quick referrals or other services requested from the doctor to happen quickly by the support staff or assistants. They can be quite rude, and give excuses when things are not properly done in a timely manner. Dont expect any phone calls either. You have to call them.

Dr Viola is an amazing dermatologist. Took time to listen to what I needed. Would highly recommend. Wonderful friendly staff.

Ive had wonderful experiences with Dr. Viola. Wait times generally 15-20 minutes, but this isnt unreasonable given the nature of office practice.

Henry Ford Allegiance Dermatology has a wonderful caring and professional staff. I’ve been happy with my treatment.

The office staff is great. The aide I met is great. That Dr. Dsa is pretty and smart, but she seemed really stressed and even told me she didnt have time to look at my rash if I wanted her to do my skin biopsies. When I told her I had mentioned both when I scheduled the appointment, she said no problem. We can check that out at your next appointment. I think were about 4 weeks out now so make sure to schedule it today. Whaaa??? I dont think so! I would be willing to try another dr there becuase the staff is fine, but she is not. I would have been cool if shes said it when she started. But she waited till the end. Not impressed!

I am so glad that I have Katherine to help me with my scalp psoriasis. I just started going here and I plan on continuing.
