Felecia & Dr.Rives is the best! They made my visit feel comfortable as possible. They handled all of my dental needs in a timely manner. Very sweet ladies❤️. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I moved back to town from Brookhaven , and started getting cleanings at this clinic. I absolutely love the Doctors ( mostly Dr. Rives and Dr. Rose) and all of the Dental Assistants ( Mrs. Misty and Mrs. Dale both did an outstanding job when I had to get fillings done) ! They do an amazing job at making their patients comfortable !

The Ortho Department is very impolite (the ones I’ve spoken with). I’ve been straight up lied to numerous of times and the rudeness is on a different level. I’ve been hung up on, on 3 different occasions. The 1st time it happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt by “assuming” it was a glitch until it kept happened again and again (different days). For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to get my dental clearance form emailed/faxed so I can start my treatment. That’s it, nothing more nothing less. It’s almost like they overbook their appointments or something. I say that because when my kids had their appointments, they rescheduled the time from 8:00 to 9:00 WITHOUT even notifying me. At this point, things are getting frustrating. I feel so intimidated that I’m skeptical on calling them again. They just simply don’t care!

Do not get braces done from here if you need flexible scheduling, u will not be able to change because the ortho I have called does not take in house transfers. U will have to take off braces and start over if you change even if you’re up on your payments. I just hate how they take all these new ppl and don’t have time for their already patients, I strongly do not recommend them

This is the most horrible treatment I ever experienced!!!! You have to sit in your vehicle and sweat to death or run your vehicles gas out until youre called in!!!!!!!

I have been having my braces on for four years. It seems like every time I come into the office, the ortho crew is NEVER THERE and i’m never notified when they cancel appointments. it’s making my process of my braces very much longer and i want them off.

I had a great appointment! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and we were Greeted at the front door with a big smile. I had a great cleaning and check up. I would definitely recommend for the whole family!

All of my children had a wonderful experience with this group! They were very professional, kind, and made my kids feel very comfortable. There were no tears and they all got a good cleaning! We will definitely return!

Wait time is horrible every time we go its like they double book appointments ! It doesnt matter if youre early the wait times is still outstanding Waited with my daughter 3hours ..It appears that staff doesnt care about how long patients wait

Tuscany Wilson was very helpful. She greeted me as soon as I came in and told me what chair to sit in... long story short she is a great worker... I really recommend!!!! And she is pretty.... Come y’all...

Dr Mahanay, did my extraction. No pain what so ever. Only a calm and relaxing environment. The conversation was enjoyable!!!!

I am not satisfied with the timing, services and billing that I received from this office and my doctor, Dr. Rose. Here are the reasons:1. They book a doctor three times more than her capacity. In all my 5 visits to this office (4 with Dr. Rose), I kept waiting on the unit for a minimum of 50 minutes to maximum of 2 hours!!!! In 2 cases, the doctor just numbed me and left!!! I waited for looooong (almost 90 minutes) for the doctor to come back!! Then she did all my upper jaw, left side teeth (4-5 teeth) all in less than 30 minutes!! Just imagine what the quality would be!!!2. As I said above, the doctor worked on my teeth so hurriedly that I had to redo 2 if them after 10 days of pain that I felt my teeth will break from inside if I dont fix them again. All outer surfaces were sharp and rugged and hurt my tongue and affected my chewing. She just said, it’s okay!! She could spend more time in less hurry to smoothen the surfaces!! Some part fell off while I was eating!!She missed fixing a surface in one of my teeth, too!!! And I had to go there one more time a month after to get that fixed and pay a huge money for that later only because she missed investigating the back surface of my tooth in all the hurry and time pressure she was because of being booked 3 times more than her capacity and she must rush from this room to another to another. This mismanagement led to me being charged more as at certain point my insurance limit was over and I had to pay higher charges!!3. I paid for all services even before entering the office which is usually not common. No problem! But the secretaries are usually completely familiar with insurances and what they cover and what not. Also they can easily recognize when the insurance limit would be approached. I was not informed of any of these. After a few month, I received constant bills and extra charges that could easily be avoided if they informed me!4. They had charged me even for the redos of the teeth that I had a lot if pain!! After 2-3 calls to the billing department and waiting for a few months, they removed the charges for redos! For the surface that the doctor missed, I was even charged for the examination and xray that they did again only bcz the doctor had missed that surface. Again after a few calls, they removed the charge for examination and x-ray but still I have to pay extra charge for that surface!4. I contacted the billing department about the tooth that my doctor missed fixing on the first place and I am charged $109 Only for one surface of it after my insurance limit was over. The office manager was supposed to call me but I did not receive any reply until I called back and after many calls and long time on hold to get connected the lady in the billing department and she told me that they only removed the charge for their examination not the extra charge for that tooth.All in all, I just expect them to give me discount or a payment plan on all the accumulated extra charges as I am s student and I cannot pay for all those and I still hope they care about their customer service and satisfaction.

Great place, but you never get seen at your appointment time. No matter if you come 15 minutes before or right at your time.

My experience here at sunnybrooke dental has been great, i would recommend to other parents.

The worst place I ever go I went to takE off my tooth and spent 1 hour waiting and they charge me $50.00 for visit and after that they told me to go after 30 days to the other location on Ellis and I have to pay another $127.00 to take it off with the insurance cardWhy they don’t say we do not do this kind of job at this location
