I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The office was very professional and well put together. Dr. Snell even had a complete outline of upcoming services and treatments that I needed right after the first visit. It didnt make me feel like just a patient or dollar amount . So happy I was referred to a great practice.

They have amazing staff and a great atmosphere. They give great attention to their patients. You are always greeted with a smile and the Doctor and assistants are amazing. I am never need ousted to go which means a lot since I have never liked going to the dentist.

People there are very professional and greet you with a smile soon you enter the door and when the dr doing her work you wouldn’t even know she’s in your mouth. Great! Place to go have your teeth cleaned and extracted I was just there and had 2 extracted and only felt like I had 1 extracted she’s just that good didn’t feel a thang.

I had my second appointment with Ridgewood Smiles Dentistry yesterday afternoon. It was very professional and thorough experience. Im going to say my personal dental assisting tech Taj was excellent. She explained every procedure that was going to happen in a step by step fashion, which I really appreciated. Most dentist just begin working. After all the preliminary work was done Dr. Snell came in and begin working to fix the issue. I loved the fact that she was explaining the procedure as she was performing it so it was a learning experience for me as well, because most dentist are quiet as they work. Overall, this is the best dental office I have ever been in. The front desk staff were very personable and professional. I had an excellent experience and appreciated the time they spent with me. A big round of applause to Dr. Deidra Snell, her dental team, and office personnel. I will most certainly be back and highly recommend this dental establishment to my family and friends.

I had an awesome experience! I deal with anxiety and was honestly scared to go. My hygienist, Nicole was amazing! Dr. Snell is so wonderful and has an amazing spirit. They both eased my mind and my anxiety decreased. They talked me through the entire process. They are a Godsend!!

I was having a major anxiety attack about the visit, but right away that disappeared. From my arrival, during the pre-exam, throughout the entire visit, I was extremely pleased. This is THE best dentist office I’ve experienced!!!! I was so nervous but they assured me that they would take care of me and they did all of my doubts were put to ease and I would definitely recommend them for adults and children GREAT experience!!!!

This dentist does NOT know what she is doing. She is only in it for the money, and trying to do everything herself with very incompetent staff. When you dont care about your patients, mistakes are made! I wont be back because it was just a waste of time, pain, and money!!!

My complaint is about appointment management. The first time that I called in May 2019, they gave me an appointment for two days after, a Saturday Morning mid May. In my visit, after doing the cleaning and Xrays, they gave me appointment for August 22nd 2019!! More than 3 month after!!! They promised that they put me in the waiting list just in case there are any cancellations!! I called frequently and asked if there was any opening. The first time I visited the office, I expressed my need to fix my teeth before the end of July. Nobody cared. I asked the secretary to share the problem with the manager and get back to me. But it never happened! When I requested my Xrays, they sent me but I noticed that not all other dental offices that I can get an appointment from at that time can enter those Xrays into their systems!! So not only I was not served at the right time, But My husband and I had to both pay again to other dentists to redo the Xrays while our insurance did not accept it and we had to pay all xray redos out of pocket!!!When I called to share the same problem about my husband, they just repeated that they have no appointment!! Even they didnt say that they are sorry!! Please dont accept new patients when you dont have time to treat them!!! You might have adequate time for hygiene and cleaning but not for treatments.In our only visit there for cleaning and checkup, Dr. Snell herself was kind and efficient. But for appointment, we were left without any support and commitment which was not good at all!!

I had a terrible experience here at this dentist!: recently in the past few days have been to this dentist for an extraction. Upon my arival I was not greeted by anyone. I had to fill out a good amount of paper work. And went on back to see the dentist. She took xrays and could tell i had an abcess and wanted to make sure I didnt have an infection so write me a script for 800mg ibuprofen and penicillin . Then the next day went in for the extraction. Apparently the abcess was worse then they originally could tell which bothered me. And the fact that i could litterally feel them pullimg my teeth out of my jaw. So two days go by and I get to looking at what should be two holes in my gums. Instead I find what appears to be my roots still in my gums. Im not sure what to think or say but im almost positive there shouldnt be any tooth left in my gums. I will not be going back due to the pain, unfriendly staff and the fact that I still have tooth in my gums that I paid for them to surgically remove. If I could give them no stars I would!
