This was my first visit to Alpine Dentistry and it was very pleasant. The practice is very organized, communicated with me via text, and the dental hygienist, Hailey, was superb. I very much enjoyed the visit and will be going back in 6 months for my next check up!

Wonderful service! I had an emergency visit with a broken tooth and they created a slot within a few hours and everyone was positive, professional, and proactive, and I was back to a yoga class pain free within a few hours. I was a tourist in the area and had jolts of severe tooth pain. I was worried I would need a root canal. It was a Friday afternoon, and I called several other practices, only to be told they were full and closing soon. I showed up in person at this practice, and not only did they squeeze me in around other patients, these people were some of the nicest folks I have ever met in any medical practice. Kiffin was working the front desk, and she listened sympathetically, spoke with the dentist, and got me settled. Tyler, who introduced himself by first name (a first in any dental practice I have been to) was kind, measured, calm, and conservative with his care. He believed that I had a cracked tooth, and that I could wait until I got home to get a crown, as long as I didnt chew on the tooth and took ibuprofen as needed. That turned out to be true! If I lived in Jackson, I would choose this practice.

I appreciated the short visit with Tyler Bergian. I was inspired by his expertise and his laid back style. I felt a deep sense of calm despite hearing the news that my teeth needed to be extracted and that I was going to need an implant. Thanks man and keep up the good vibes🤙

By far the most detailed tooth cleaning and highest overall care I have ever experienced. Everyone is very kind and professional and they do an amazing job of explaining everything they are doing and seeing to make sure you know all your options.

From Stars to finish, my experience with the staff at Alpine was great. Making an appointment was easy and checking in is streamlined. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. I needed a root canal, which they sent me to an endodontist for, and came back here for the final filling. Even though Ive had a root canal before, Dr. B still explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I never felt like the staff was rushing or hurrying to the next patient. Really great experience and highly recommend.

Tyler is great. He thinks outside the box and is thorough. He finds solutions to issues that most dentists would not find. He fixed my grinding/muscular issue rather than assuming I needed a root canal.

I did not have a good experience at this Dentistry. Went in for severe wisdom tooth pain twice in one week and it was misdiagnosed and I was given costly and bad advice on both occasions. Ended up contacting another practice and my dental pain/problem was recognized and solved in 15 minutes.What I received from Alpine Dentistry for severe pain brought on by a wisdom tooth pressing against my upper molars:I was explained that wisdom tooth pain is a MYTH (so it couldnt be that?)That he (the dentist) wasnt sure it (my pain) was a dental issue.A complete set of x-rays when I was in for wisdom tooth pain.Was given a antibiotics for an infection in another part of my mouth. As it turned out, it was not an infection but a full pocket.Cost: around $175Second visit several days later: Pain was excruciating several days after the first visit. Clearly something is still wrong.This is what I got on my second visit to Alpine Dentistry:I was told that I might have a cracked tooth below the wisdom tooth.And that this was not a dental issue and recommended a Periodontist and that I have a root plane and scale. I had one last year - so it is not that.I was given a syringe and told to rinse with salt water.Cost: around $70Pain was so bad within several days that I ended up calling a third time. Alpine Dentistry is closed on Monday. I contacted another practice and they were able to listen to me and recognize that the wisdom tooth needed to come out. 15 minutes I was pain free.Cost: $180Lesson: Do not visit Alpine dentistry if you are experiencing wisdom tooth pain.

Had my cleaning and check up with McKenzie and Dr.Tyler; McKenzie was gentle , through, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and how the procedure would go.

GREAT, NO PROBLEMS, EFFICIENT AND NO BAD NEWS!

Broke tooth night before, called @ 8:00am and got appt @ 11:00am, examined, explained options and complete with the option I chose by 1:00pm. Very friendly professional and was recommended by another dental professional in the area when they didnt have an appt available..

Dr. Bergien solved my problem! During a dental cleaning exam, I mentioned that my jaw was popping and I was waking up in the mornings with intense headaches. Sometimes, the headaches lasted most of the day. Dr. Bergien talked to me about possible causes and suggested that I make an appointment and we do some investigating.I am so glad that I followed through. After a detailed exam and further x-rays, Dr. Bergien thought that a custom splint/bite guard was needed. Since getting my bite guard 6 months ago, my jaw has popped only twice and my headaches are GONE!Part of the problem was that I was grinding my teeth, in my sleep. Since getting my custom bite guard, I have become much more aware of when Im grinding my teeth and have discovered that when Im stressed, I grind my teeth. Though I only have to wear my bite guard at night, Ive learned that if I start getting a headache during the day, putting my bite guard in for a few hours usually makes the developing headache completely disappear.Dr. Bergien has solved my jaw popping and headache problems. The quality of my mornings and days has improved immensely! I cant thank him enough.
