Absolutely wonderful experience! Very warm, polite, professional staff. Went beyond what I was expecting! Highly trained staff. I was immediately set at ease and my experience was very positive. I highly recommend them!

My niece just got a job there and she was very proud to do what she loves. Yesterday she was told she was fired I’ve never seen her so heartbroken in her life. She has a baby that was sick in the hospital and was going through a lot but she was so ready to go back Monday. I asked her to try to contact her manager because she seemed really nice to her. To find out she didn’t even want to tell her what happen or why she was fired. I never seen a job have favoritism to others don’t recommend anyone working there!!!

This is a great place. My sister got new dentures and we had to go back for adjustment on the bottom denture. They are so nice and caring.

I worked there for a week!!!! They fired me with no explanation at all!!! They are very unprofessional. I tried to call to get an explanation manager would not answer. I don’t recommend anyone to work there so horrible!!

Very rude-will not refill my medications from doctor in Texas-so I must drive 1250 miles way to get refills--they think they know everything-more than well established physicians

Have had a tooth ach for days, started over a Holliday weekend so have had to just cope. Well anyways keep calling dental, in which you get tranfered there. Finally get threw to be told to call back on Thursday morning at 8am. Ok whats a few more days in pain. Call 8am Thursday they keep sending me to the wrong place! Call back finally get dental at 8:15 really!!!! Nope no appointments left call back tomorrow. They dont care a person is in any type of pain or how it can be affecting your health. So over this already.

Can never get anyone to answer the for Ive been trying for a month to get someone to answer the phones as soon as they turn on I go straight to voicemail and wait for hours and if I press call back never get anything back horrible.

Went there for extractions. Was very impressed on the entire staff. Very polite. The dentist I had ( Samira Haque), was the best dentist I ever had. Had 3 teeth removed, had no pain at all. I was out of there in about an hour. My next apt. Had same treatment. Very satisfied. Thanks to all

Made my wife and infant wait in a car for 40 minutes after saying it would be 20. Then when they called her to come in they said sorry there is other people in front of you but they were extremely rude about it. I wish there was more options out there than this. :(Not all the doctors here are bad I want to say that but some of the staff just doesnt care.

This place is SO unprofessional, their communication is out the door. Dr. Kingsley is the most rudest person i have ever come in contact with and I would NEVER trust her delivering my baby or anyone else’s baby. Will be removing myself and my family from this facility.

No helpful at all. my daughter has skin growing over her tooth to the point i bleeds and hurts and i can make an appointment😒😒

They wanted to charge me for a phone call to talk to a dentist and couldnt even tell me when i could get an appointment. Mind you i am in serious pain and just needed a simple tooth extraction there should be a law agenist this im suffering

I went to the Center For Family Health Dental Clinic today. I would give my experience 10 stars. I could not have been more impressed with the Facility and the staff. The staff at the front desk were professional and very very courteous. Every question that i asked over and over, they answered calmly and courteously each time. My attending nurse was very knowledgeable, professional and calming, and did a great job keeping me calm waiting for the Dentist. I am a big sissy when it comes to Dentist, they have scared me all my life. I would rather kiss a rattlesnake , than see a Dentist. Doctor Hardy changed all my feelings about Dentist. He was a very caring, very gentle, and very professional.. He poked me with a painkiller needle before I knew what happened. On a scale of one to ten, (one being good and ten being bad) Doctor Hardys shot was a point five (.5). He allowed my mouth to go numb and then pulled my tooth. It took longer to go numb than to pull the tooth. I left the Center for Family Health smiling and very happy that i came in and very happy and impressed that I had Doctor Hardy work on me.

I took my younger son there to get a filling and had the best experience. The dentist and the assistant made him feel so comfortable and interacted with him wonderfully. When he started to get antsy the assistant played with him and showed him the suction hose, and squirted water at him. It was nice they took the time to make him feel comfortable and did great work on his filling as well. Very informative and great quality in work. Taking my younger daughter there for her checkups amd cleanings. I would highly recommend.

Been coming here for a long time and Friday I was extremely disappointed and upset. I called at 8am (when they open) for severe tooth pain and an infection. I had been dealing with it for a few days and it was only getting worse. My face was swollen and it had spread into my jaw, neck and ear . Lady I spoke to on the phone (not kathy unfortunately) asked if I was swollen because thats the only way to be seen that day. I told her yes. She then immediately told me they had nothing that day (not sure how she knew without checking the conputer) and call back monday and they might be able to get me in on tuesday. Ive always found the swollen rule to be asinine. I ended up going to a walk in and getting a high dose of antibiotics for a severe infection. I was sick running a fever hot and cold sweat and sick to my stomach. I couldnt eat or sleep for days due to being in so much pain. Thankful for the walk in clinic who prescribed me antibiotics . I am really disappointed in the treatment I got from the dental clinic and the lack of care. There is no way I could wait to POSSIBLY be seen on tuesday.

Took my son in for a small emergency. I called and talked to a wonderfully sweet woman named Kathy. I checked in with Kathy as well, and I cant express enough how great this woman is! She was truly a blessing to me today! I thank you, Kathy, for everything that you did for me and my son! God bless you!

The ladies up front are a rude and unorganized mess. I shouldnt have to suffer longer because certain people chose not to do their job correctly.

Very clean office and bathrooms. Large open waiting room. friendly staff.

I have had to call multiple times to schedule an appointment and every time I’m transferred to the wrong people and put on hold for around 15 minutes at a time. This morning I had someone even transfer me to herself on accident. Every person I was transferred to said “I can’t help with that let me transfer you to...” I was simply trying to schedule a dental exam. All of that just to be told they’ll call me back. So disorganized and unprofessional

The whole staff was very nice and Kathy is amazing! Dr Hauqe (I hope I spelt her name right) is a great dentist and she is super friendly. My hygengist Deandra was amazing too! She made me feel totally at ease and comfortable.The only downfall is sometimes you come in for a scheduled procedure and they might do something else and reschedule said procedure for another time. So if you have a job it can be really hard sometimes. But they do their best to work with you.

This is bs on hold for 1 hour and still havent talked to anyone in dental
