Showed up punctually and checked in via text message. Was instructed to come inside to the front desk within a matter of moments, and was given a tablet on which I was able to update my information. The staff at the desk was extremely courteous and professional. The hygenist who took care of me did an outstanding job of explaining the steps of the procedure and the dentist provided the details of what to expect on my return visit in a few weeks.

This is a superb Clinic for Dental Work. The two Dentists, Dr. Grubbs and Dr. Umphlett, are skilled, first class professionals, who use the latest Dental technology to give one the best Oral Health possible. They make every effort possible to keep the patient comfortable and pain free. Above all, both Dentists are personable and caring people. It is not unusual to receive a personal call from them inquiring about how I am doing after a complex Dental procedure. Their Assistants are equally skilled and equally caring in their work. Ive never had a problem with knowing what my insurance benefits are or what my responsibilities are, as the dental insurance is a contract between me and them, not them and my dentist. Dr. Grubbs has been my dentist for many years. I can always depend on him and his dental hygienist to make my visits anxiety-free, painless and provide excellent treatment. I wont use anyone else!

Dentist himself was ok but they sued me in small claims for what I thought my insurance took care of! Very expensive mistake! Beware of this place!
