Not that many people cut curly hair very well or they cost me an arm and a leg. Thu did such a good job with my hair Ill definitely be back. My hair had been so flat with losing my layers since I wouldnt go in to get a cut and she livened up my hair. I feel like Julia Roberts in the 90s. ☺️

Melted my hair and then refused to give my money back and then offered a redo and refused to honor their word of a redo when it finally grew back not professional at all in any way shape or form if they was real professional they would have told me no to begin with because my color was bleached blonde and it would fried my hair but no she proceeded to try and perm any way instead of warning me of what would happen i would have been fine if they was upfront and truthful about it.

Okay for a simple cut. I have a lot of layers and fine hair, and was disappointed to see one side of my head is an inch longer. With above shoulder length hair, this doesnt look so great. Ive had worse though.

I asked if they could perm my hair knowing my hair is bleached is why i asked .... they did and MELTED my HAIR... i had just below shoulder length hair when i went in and because they melted it. instead of just saying no we cant because its bleached but now it is very short and still messed up i haVe to grow it out get it cut like 2 more times to get all the melted hair cut off and back to healthy hair

Worst place to cut my hair! They ruined my day by cutting my hair way too short!! I didn’t ask for this cut. I even showed them a picture and they didn’t care. I am so mad! Never going back there .

I love HairMasters but I did have services added that I did not ask for...so pls let them know what you exactly want and dont want, or you will pay more than expected.

Well, since Im being asked to share my personal experience with places Ive been to, anywhere my/everyones, locations are known by having a cell phone. This particular HairMasters is absolutely the worst of ANY hair salon, or whatever they call themselves?!. I can say this without any preservation whats so ever!. Since I went there 4 times with in the last two years, TRYING, WAITING PATIENTLY, to get a haircut. While waiting, being told you dont need an appointment for services. Worked for me being Im pretty busy making it difficult to schedule. While waiting, usually over an hour. People would walk in with a later appointment with a specific person, who is still working with a client. The person finally coming available for me, ends up helping the person with the appointment with someone else!! Again! I walked out! But that was my last time!! Really BAD customer relations!! Maybe their country doesnt teach them the importance of the job??!!.....

After a huge miscommunication with my hairstylist of many years giving me a blunt cut to my shoulders (7 inches shorter and I have ALWAYS had long hair), I visited HairMasters in Issaquah where the manager, Dawn, shaped the cut so it actually looked stylish and I came to get used to.A month later, I went back in to get a light trim of my bangs and shared my horror story. Dawn was no longer there so I got Van. How difficult is it to mess up a trim? While Van started, I noticed she was in a rush to take the next customer while I watched her repeatedly thin my hair on one side then excuse me to take the next person. I was surprised she was already done. Van didnt even check to see if sides were even.Result? Once dry, a VERY BAD choppy, ugly mushroom cut that actually looks shorter because she had cut off the weight by overlayering. I went back the next morning and she couldnt see what she had done nonetheless admit her mistakes. I am absolutely horrified and cant stand to look in the mirror. Now I have to wait for it to grow out.While I have gone there several times with little complaints, DO NOT have VAN touch your hair if you are a woman. She does not care or take accountability. She is better suited for a barber shop.

2nd time after 3 months my hair has been cut too short like it contours round the head.Totally ruined my day, very mad and disappointed. Especially after I showed the front and side view photos of my previous haircut by Jack who cut my hair when he was still working there.

If I could give negative stars I would. When I went in the lady was unfriendly and cold. When I suggested an A frame cut she told me it would look silly and that I should keep my hair long. Once she finally started cutting it she did it dry and made me stand up. I have had every length of hair imaginable and never once have I been told I need to stand in order for them to cut my hair. In the end I told her to just clean up the ends and frizzyness. She cut about 1/2 in off the bottom and did nothing to clean up the rest of my hair.So if you want to pay $20 for someone to tell you your haircut will look silly and then proceed to do basically nothing. By all means go here.This place is awful I should have listed to the other reviews. Hard lesson learned.

Suggestion for mens: If you know how you want it, Hairmasters will do a great job. Dont walk in there if you want them to style it for you.

I went in recently for a wedding hair consultation, and though my wedding isnt until May, the stylist treated me quite rudely.

I got my hair cut from the guy, Jack. Quite rude, and didnt even give me the cut I had requested. When I pointed that out, he argued with me and said that that was what I had asked for. It wasnt. I had specifically mentioned what I wanted three times before we started. He also kept arguing that side bangs wouldnt look good on me, whereas I have had bangs for as long as I can remember. It was clear he wasnt confident cutting bangs himself.

Horrible customer service here. Went for a haircut today and the lady who was doing it seemed high. She kept blabbering something & did a horrible job. Please stay away from this place

Worst experience EVER, the lady colored my hair wrong, and when I said this is not the color that I asked for, she was arguing with me. Finally she said that she can fix it. Then she wanted to charge me for fixing her mistake!!!!!!! I refused to pay, asked for the manager ( was not available), then I walked out:(

Worst. Ever. She didnt do any sort of an actual cut, didnt shampoo or style. Barely even parted my hair to cut it. Not even worth the time.

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I told the women (think her name was Pet or Pat) to stop shortening my hair 3 times!!! Still would not stop!!

I was there with my daughters they answered the phone totally ignored my daughter and I after she got off the phone walked away very unprofessional

The man who cut my hair has no listening skills- I showed him how I wanted my haircut and he did his own thing- I had to get up and leave while I could still fix it myself
