This nail shop is not up on current trends. That is not good for business. In the nail business you have to keep learning.

Blue Water nail & spa is my new go to place!I have been looking for a new nail salon to go to for about 2 years now, and everyone I go to is a disappointment. But I found BlueWater on Groupon, and just decided to try them out without any knowledge. And I am very happy I did! They were go helpful and honest. They never tried to push me into other services just to get more money out of me, in fact just the opposite happened. I went in asking for Acrylic nails, but the women helping me told me my natural nails were strong and beautiful, and if I got acrylics they would take a long time to get strong and healthy again. She recommended that I get shellac instead. I was so impressed by that. They also did a pedicure on both my husband and I. She saw I had the start of an ingrown toenail (ouch!) and took care of it for me! My husband and I hand such pretty feet after! They never made us feel like they were in a rush. The music was low enough that it was relaxing,and it was clean!!! So many places these days are disgusting and this place was a relief! I will definitely be going back!

They did a great job. I had gel/shellacs done once at another salon in the past and it lasted a few days. It has been 8 days so far and they are still perfect. Highly recommend!

Very good place and nice people

Received a Living Social deal for Christmas. Mani/pedi. Ownership changed hands a week ago. No phone call, nothing. Weve had this appointment for a month for a very special occasion. Extremely disappointed.

Ive been there about six times and found someone I thought did a good job. Then she left.The gift certificate I got from my son for Christmas for a manicure and pedicure (value $56) was used and they up-charged me for the services so that my regular nail fill and pedicure cost $78. They just wanted more money from me.And the fill job was sloppy, at best. The pedicure was rushed and less than acceptable as well.Im never going back.

Went there once for upper lip waxing it hurt a lot and burnt the skin and left me with a horrible looking burned gash on my face. When I went to complain one of the employees gave me their owners number and no one picked up.I have been waxing my upper lip for past 15 years never had this kind of experience. Also the lady who did it was not very friendly. However other people seemed to be good.They should hire trained and experienced professionals for waxing.

I come here all the time to get shellac manicure and pedicure. The place is super clean, I have gone to different places but this one is my fav. It has a relaxing environment with Vietnamese music, water and tea is offered. You can also get your shellac and pedi at the same time if you are in a rush.

Great atmosphere, good hygiene practices, but unprofessional and too rushed. I went mid afternoon (about 1:30 or 2 pm). There were two clients (one person about mid way through a pedicure, and another who was just about finished with a manicure) and 3 employees that I saw when I entered, so it didnt seem busy. I was a walk in (did not have an appointment). I asked if they had time for the herbal pedicure, their top of the line service which includes essential oils in the water, a mint mask, a parafin wax treatment and hot stone massage of the legs and feet. I was told yes, and was led right over to the chair to get started. The first 15 minutes or so of the service was enjoyable. But then, the employee answered her cell phone, and continued to have a conversation for almost 5 minutes, holding her phone in one hand and giving me a half hearted leg rub with her other hand. I was incredulous and appalled. Soon after, quite a few more clients arrived and were given what I have come to know as the standard answer that it would only be 10 minutes if they would like to wait. The woman giving me a pedicure proceeded to rush through the rest of it. While I did receive all of the extras that are included in the herbal pedicure, it was not the least bit relaxing as I had expected, and definitely not worth the $48 price.

They accept walk ins. Booking an appointment is easy. Dont go during weekends though if you have no appointment.

I got in really quick. My paint on my toes and nails. They didnt last long.

My experience at BlueWater Nails & Spa was terrible. They carry poor quality polishes that wear off the moment you get back home. After they polished my fingers, the polish did not dry for 20+ minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Nice nail salon, very clean. I had a spa pedicure and it met my expectations.

This place offers the worst customer service. Inexperienced help and rude behavior. Gave me a horrible eyebrow wax and took out chunks of hair. Absolutely do not recommend!

Not happy the place is DIRTY and no one speaks English where you can understand them. Also very expensive don’t waste your time and money.

Got my nails done here and the tech that did them was new. Another tech kept telling her what to do. Which was fine. Im ok with someone learning and getting instruction. My nails looked pretty good, got gel Seahawks colors and footballs. Within the week they started falling off one by one. Ive had gel done before and it lasted forever. This was completely not like my previous experience with that. This was the first and last time I patronized Bluewater nails in Issaquah highlands.

There arent enough words to describe how poorly I was treated at this salon yesterday. I made an appointment for pedicures for me and my friend earlier in the day. They started my pedicure about 15 minutes after my appointment time, but it wasnt a big deal. I sat next to my friend while they worked on her. During my pedi, I asked the lady working on my nails if she had time to give me a mani also. She said, Oh, sure! She proceeded to the mani after she finished the pedi. She was about halfway one with my mani when the salon manager(?) walked over and spoke with her in Vietnamese then turned to me and said she needed to stop working on my mani because I had not made an appointment for that service and they had other customers waiting. She said either I could sit in the waiting room or come back another time. I told her that I am leaving out of town and I dont have time to come back another time. She nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders and told me that I should have included it on my original appointment. I had to grab a towel and wipe off the cuticle softener and dead skin on my hands and pay and leave. What in her right mind told her it was okay to treat a repeat customer this way?! Why was the next appointment any more important than my own? She acted as though it was my fault that her employee told me she had time to work on my unscheduled mani. AND...to top off the entire situation, I was getting prepared for a birthday dinner. Happy birthday to me!!

Very bad experience. I had shellac manicure and pedicure but the nails chipped off in 2 days. The service is not as per their prices.I would never recommend this nails spa to anyone.

My nails was not done right then on top of that I got gal nails n the palish is already coming off !!! I ALWAYS GET GAL AND IT LAST TILL ITS TIME TO GET A FILL ! ITS ONLY BEEN 3 days smh
