Not only was I able to get a full set for just $96 but it was the best set of eyelash extensions I’ve had. They’re so natural. Also had a nice nap.

Had my nails done by Hannah! She was quick and super efficient. Love how detail oriented she is. I paid $55 for something Id probably end up paying more for closer to home. This place came highly recommended from a client of mine & I will be back!Also LOVE love that I can text in & make an appointment.

Dont waste your time or money. Shellac Mani/pedi didnt last 2 days, nails chipped and broke. Lashes started falling out in clumps after 1 day. Definitely not worth the $200+ I spent . Will not be returning.

I had been using the same lash place for about the last year, I let my lashes go for a bit and needed a full set, my previous place had no availability.I stumbled across glamour due to its proximity to my work. I was coming up on a trip and my thirtieth birthday and wanted to treat myself before the trip. I was excited to see they had availability within two days of my searching.I saw Cindy for my appointment and she was courteous, on time, professional and gentle. The salon has a very relaxed feel and super comfortable chairs. I actually found myself drifting off throughout the appointment. I left super impressed with my lashes too!!Pan to several days later and I found one corner of one of my eyes did not support the lashes well and had already shed them. I called in to see if I could get a mini-fill before I leave on vacation, which is tomorrow and my only availability is today or tomorrow after 5 (yes, I was that person) and assured them it was okay if not.Well, the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly pleasant about the whole thing and they accommodated me the same day! I know I was at the end of her day, but Cindy stayed and took the time to not only fill in my missing corner but touch up some of the other areas. The most absurd thing was that they didn’t even want to charge me for it! Thankfully they let me tip, at least. This salon really stands by their work and customer service and does a high quality job!I’m looking forward to continuing to see them and next time I am definitely going for getting my nails done, too!

Beware!!This salon is a big ripoff/cheater. They did not honor our online purchase of eyelash& full body tanning vouchers, I requested refund multiple times and the guy that answered my call wouldnt do it. No wonder why they get 1 & 2 stars reviews on LivingSocial and Yelp, I dont understand why on earth they get higher than 2 stars on Google. My coworker came get nails done at this salon, and she shared her critics on how slow their employees do while they provide just a basic washing of the feet for $35. She said other salons nearby even provide other inclusive items while this Salon charges extra$$ for like warm wax which costs pennies.Beware!!!

Best place!!! They never pressure you to tip, they are always kind, they offer you water/tea/etc, they give complimentary a hot towel and lotion message at the end, and they do great work. Never been treated so nicely at a nail salon.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes :) I go see Hannah and I love her but I’m pretty sure I’ve been to all the girls and they are all fantastic! Before I went here I was using a lash place down the street on Gilman blvd and they were WAY more expensive and started falling off after 2 days. This place does a great job , they are efficient ,clean and you get a great service :))))

I’ve gone here for years and posted a review that was critical of the service I had received. However, I have since determined it was merely a miscommunication. My husband and I have been back many times since and are extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I came in for the first time not knowing what to expect, but I am definitely going to go here from now on! Tsu (sorry if I spelled wrong) and Jenny were so sweet and patient. My nails were not doing so great, one had bent really badly before I came in and the place I went to before had used a different dip powder that was more difficult to take off. Tsu had such a good attitude about it and was so kind and gentle with my nails, constantly checking in to make sure it wasn’t hurting. She was lovely to chat to as well. Jenny was gentle and thorough with my pedicure and didn’t judge me for having ridiculously cracked heels. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was as well. I will be back! I’m on the fence about continuing to use them for pedicures. I have been going to this location for years and it has changed owners several times. They have raised the price of the basic pedicure from 25 to $35 and suggest at least an 18% tip. I am generally fine with this, however my pedicure used to be much longer and much more thorough. I don’t generally even get a polish and it seems like they rush me through in about 20 minutes. I have issues with an ingrown toenail that I mentioned to my technician, she looked at it and said it was fine. I don’t think that is the case.

I called hoping to get an immediate volume lash fill due to my birthday being on thanksgiving (in 3 days) and Cindy was able to fit me in right away. She did my lashes and they look so amazing and full and perfect for the holiday/my birthday!!! And Hannah did my nails! She gave me a shoulder and hand massage as an extra special touch with no added costs. I’m in love with this place. I live in Monroe, but the drive on a Sunday is definitely worth their professionalism * thank you so much ❤️

I just had a pedicure and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The employees are so kind and I felt so relaxed. The quality is amazing and I am so in love with how it turned out. Would highly recommend!!!!

Great people and good quality

Got my eyebrows waxed and trimmed the other day. Was painless. Came back the next day with my significant other so we could get our toes done. Had two wonderful experiences. This shop is relaxing and very clean. Highly recommend.

Loved the service. Very relaxing. The staff is very friendly. Definitely going to come back here for all nail services. They added hand massage and pineapple cuticle oil to my service free of cost. And also welcomed with green tea. And while waiting for your paint to dry you can get free massage using the massage chair.

Went with my girlfriend for a much needed spa day and it was epic!!

I Just traveled to WA for job interview. found this shop and i have to say Katie is amazing. She listens to you and gives you exactly what you want. I love my lashes they make me look great for my interview.Definitely would recommend her!

Really glad, they reopened, however they now have moved to Issaquah permanently. Its going to be a hardship to continue going here. They do excellent work but unfortunately I will need to find a backup 😫

Very good manicure. I asked for no polish, just buff. I was then chatged an extra $5 to have my nails buffed...no polish. Sort of a rip off.
