I like everything about this business: equipment for measuring my eyes, skill of everyone, quality of the eyeglasses and the after sales support that keeps the frames aligned so my vision is 20/20.

I had the best customer service experience here. I happen to be a customer that has questions & I get really involved in my care. Dr. Morgan was patient and very knowledgeable. The tech individual was caring & explained each device that we used with a pleasant tone. Lastly, I made it to Chantel & she was very decisive about how to select glasses. She was not only a good help but encouraged me to not rush the process. I cant wait to return this year!

Extort thats the business model here.They force people to do Retinal Screening so that they can charge more to customers and bill more to their insurance. They say Its mandatory.My wife got it done as they said: since you are new customer we have to do it as its mandatory.15 min later I walk in for my appointment and they tell me I need to do Retinal Screening too in addition to normal checkup. I tell them I am not a new customer, their response: doesnt matter Its mandatory.GL with your business.. Ill find some other place.Its not a rocket science.. people wear eye glasses since centuries back and nobody told them that you have to do a MRI along with eye exam! lol

Every person at every step in the process was professional and enjoyable. I did end up choosing glasses here too because it was a good selection that my insurance covered.

Moved to Dallas about a year and half ago and I was going through the struggles of finding a new optometrist but decided on going with V Eye P in Las Colinas. The care for the patient was the high point of the visit. From Michael taking time to look into my vision coverage and determine what option I had and how much out of pocket I would pay. I didn’t get the general answer from other offices that I would have to come in and then they can give me a better idea.When I got to see the Dr for my contact fitting, she was very new and told me she just finished schooling a year ago but had many year working in the optometry field. I never questioned her 1 year of practice because she showed me in how she performed that she’s knew what she was doing. Not to make this a long review but I found my optometrist that I will be coming back to for years to come! I just forgot her name. Shame on me LOL

My appointment was super last minute, I had forgotten to make an appointment and had insurance benefits to use. They squeezed me in which I appreciated. Dr. Morgan was great as was the technician and also Chantel the optician. The whole staff is great. The exam was very thorough and they have a great selection of frames. My husband and I both go here and have been pleased.

Very happy with my visit here. Dr. Patel was very nice and listened to my concerns. I was especially happy with Chantell who is an optician at the office. She found a pair of glasses that I love and I was appreciative of the lens package she put together. Even moreso, I broke the frames just a few months after purchasing (my fault, not due to quality) and she was able to assist me with the most cost effective way to replace them and then swapped the lenses and refit the frames for free. Extremely satisfied with the customer service.As the name suggests, the frames they sell there are somewhat higher end but I find that for something you wear everyday it is worth it to spend a little more for a high quality brand.

They try to sell you more than you need. It’s all about the money. Go to an honest eye doctor that is not trying to get rich off of every client.

They are doing excellent jobs to hep me pick up the right glasses and also the best shop I have been in the States with perfect COVID protection plan.

Dr. Patel level of professionalism is exceptional, and not something you see every day. I brought an issue to her attention, not really expecting to hear anything back because she does not know me. But she personally called me on her day off to address my concern, and was able to meet my needs and fix the issue. I am very impressed with the way she handles her business. If this is how she handles things and treats people before even getting to know them, I am excited to be a patient at this clinic.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I was prescribed with reading glasses and after my insurance coverage out of pocket is $300+. When asked for any discount Dr Patel said, just quit your job that will be better for you. I am not going here again. Front office is also rude when I asked for the reason for my 49$ co-pay. My insurance company said my co-pay is only 10$. But I ended paying 49$ as there was a prescription.

Going to the doctor should always be this fun! I struggle with vision issues and eye exams can be stressful but Dr Patel is so... human. She’s compassionate and wants to help, not just process patients. Her staff was also just as friendly and a great experience every year I show up for an eye exam.

Doctor Morgan and her team were phenomenal. Im super excited to get my new glasses because a small adjustment with prism because of the vertical offset of my eyes was just enough to cause a Halo effect. This was never explored by my prior optometrists but now I will finally be able to see normal again after nearly 15 years because these folks didnt just make a recommendation because they understood the eye data, they made a recommendation because they also understood ME. Another great experience at V EYE P Las Colinas.Ive always said that Dr. Rita Patel has a very Knowledgeable & Courteous Team, and year after year the continue to shine through.For the last 7-8 years, her and her team have continued to do all they can to take exceptional care of my needs. This year I had to go about my process a little differently (I had a need had to go see an ophthalmologist). However, after I got what I needed from the ophthalmologist, I knew I wanted to go back to Dr. Patel to entrust her team with my frames and prescription lenses. Not that the other office couldnt I just know that Dr. Patels team will provide genuine customer service and a great deal in respect to price.Nick did just that. He was diligent in pulling up my insurance allowable, he made sure all of my needs were met in regards to what Im looking for in regards to frames and lenses, and all while providing genuine customer service.I got to see Cindy again and she was just as sweet as before. She promptly greeted me and at the end, provided a courteous check-out.I left feeling excited about the new glasses to come. And left also feeling great, its always extremely satisfying to receive such reliable OUTSTANDING service.I look forward to my next visit.

While visiting Dallas for a special event, I stayed at a hotel and lost my last pair of contacts swimming. I did not have a back up pair of glasses. I was in a real pickle since home was a five hour drive away and I cannot drive without contacts. I did a quick google search and found the nearest eye center near my hotel. I spoke with Cassy over the phone, she was super helpful and told me they could get a trial pair of my prescription contacts the same day. Took an Uber over there and Marilyn at the front desk was so very helpful and patient waiting on my hometown eye doctor to fax the info (my own hometown clinic took over 30 minutes to fax the prescription) I may just switch to V Eye P Las Colinas Clinic and theyre all the way in Irving TX! Great place, and wonderful staff!

The medical service is great! Dr. Morgan is an outstanding optometrist and a very friendly person. She took time with me more than any other doctor Ive ever met in my life. She went above and beyond her duty and made it very coptions are a, b, and c. She was not pushing for any unnecessary procedures or purchases, so I didnt feel like a product or a number. If I stayed in TX, I would never see another doctor other than her even if she went to Alaska -again.

Came in today for contacts and glasses. Ive been using V-EYE-P for many years, and as always Dr. Patel was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I also needed new glasses since my old pair had broken earlier this year. I was helped by Chantell who was wonderful. Not only did she have an amazing personality, but went above and beyond to find the perfect frames for my facial structure. I highly recommend for any vision needs!

I have gone here several times and each time has been an excellent experience. Dr. Patel does a great job ensuring your eyes are healthy and getting your vision perfectly corrected. Their frame selection in the glasses area is great as well. Very high end stylish frames and the opticians take the time to explain pricing and find the best lens for your situation. The staff is wonderful and so very kind. Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concern about my health needs as well as very informative as to her findings. She explained each step and reasons for the necessary changes. She took her time and made me feel extremely comfortable. Overall the office personnel did not push their products and have price points to fit all budgets. I have already recommended my mom and made an appointment for my son. VISION CITY IS AWESOME!!! Here is my story: So on a Monday of all days I wake up and my eye is red. I just thought I scratched it or something while I was sleeping, but by the time I got into work it was completely blazing red. By boss said you have pink eye go home. Naturally being the first time in my whole life to have pink eye, a small panic may have ensued. I had heard about VISION CITY from a family member so I gave them a call. The whole experience was FANTASTIC!!! When I called in to book the appointment they were very understanding and got me in by 10 am. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was out the door and had my prescription filled by noon. This was a much better result than I had anticipated and I am very grateful. Considering I have just moved back to TX, Im really glad to know I have a great eye doctor for when I need new glasses :-)

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhana for over 5 years. I love her and her staff. They are very friendly accommodating and professional. They have a great selection of frames. But what I value most is that she is able to fit me with contacts despite my eye condition.

I like the well behaved staff and doctor,one thing I highly disliked is, we go to doctor with with our insurance card so that every thing will be taken care but paying $50 if doctor will write any medicine made me think next time should I visit this place or not. I was not told this thing over phone, after reaching there I got to know my eye test fees will be taken care by insurance, but if the doctor write any medicine I have to pay $50, my appointment was scheduled and I had no choice but to go for eye check up , so I paid, but I will recommend they should tell this upfront so that the patient can be well prepared, not sure where on the earth extra money for recommending a medicine ?

My experience with the team at the Las Colinas location was awesome!!I needed to get a new prescription filled and wanted to use the frames that I already had. from a prior prescription. I received no pressure to buy new frames which was very nice. When the lenses came in, they needed to be adjusted. so they sent back to be redone. On the second visit, they still required adjustments which were luckily able to be made onsite.I am very pleased with my new eyeglasses and especially the attention I received at V Eye P Las Colinas in order to get to the perfect result.I truly felt like a VIP!! Thank you!!

Just left V EYE P and am very satisfied. Every employee I had contact with was very professional and friendly. Everything was explained exceptionally well even though I was the last patient of the day and the doors were already locked by the end of my appointment. I will definitely refer others to V EYE P.

I booked an appointment several months ago and had my eyes examined for contacts. I met the Dr and did not like her from the get go. I felt rushed and she over talked and interrupted me every time I attempted to speak. After getting fitted I then went to the front desk and paid my balance in full. The remainder was going to be billed to the Insurance. I received a call a week later from one of the employee there explaining that she made a mistake when giving me the balance of my copay. She admitted that she did not understand my Insurance and she quoted me the incorrect amount. STEPHANIE said before I picked up my contacts I needed to pay an additional $41.50 dollars. I became upset only because she admitted several times during our phone conversation that it was their error. I called and attempted to speak with the Dr, however the staff there said that the Dr, does not take calls in reference to complaints. After going back and fourth with the Office Manager I got no where with her besides her bad attitude and big ego. I attempted to send the Dr. an email explaining the situation because I felt like she would be concerned with the way her staff handled this situation. I never heard back from the Dr but did here back from the Office Manager again saying that my contacts would not be released until I paid this amount. Needless to say it was been several months and I decided to give in and pay the $41.50 so I can just get my contacts. I called to make sure that they were available for pick up and the the Office Manager Stephanie gets on the phone and says because I have waited 3 months to pick them up I must also pay the $10.00 shipping fees they incurred when they had to ship them back. So lets see here!>? You mean to tell me you havent called me to see when I planned on picking them up so you send them back and you want me to pay after everything your office has made me deal with? Well after asking her if she felt like if charging me $10.00 was a good business move she said she would waive it as a courtesy. Point of my story I would not reccomend anyone to this practice, I figure if the Dr doesnt care then why should her staff, and believe me they dont! This place is overpriced and unworthy of peoples hard earned money!

Seeing Dr. Patel was life changing for me. Having previous troubles with past eye doctors and finally coming to her was amazing. She was able to diagnose my specific eye condition/disease that others were unable to. She also provided a brilliant solution in my prescription. Before I felt like I was always straining and my eyes were exhausted, but now I am able to lead a normal life and see clearly. I am very thankful and fully recommend seeing Dr. Patel. Her staff is helpful and friendly. They let you know costs up front. Her office is a comfortable environment. I have recommended her to my family as well and they all agree she is a great optometrist. You will not regret seeing Dr. Patel.

I was here about to buy glasses. THEN I read the reviews. Its true the staff is nice and helpful and attentive and personable and the decor/ambiance IS swank...BUT I found the same as some of the other reviewers... i found the exact same frame online for HALF the price. I guess its the nice decor and ambience were paying so much extra for. I decided not to go w/them because of this and the NO RETURN POLICY.

Came to this location for the first eye exam of my life at 35 years old. All of the staff was extremely friendly and took great care of me. Belinda was a blast and helped me pick out a perfect pair of frames for my style. Ill be coming back for sure, highly recommend.

V Eye P Las Colinas is very pricey compared to other eye wear retailers, but their customer service is extraordinary. The staff is so nice and go above and beyond to meet your needs. If it wasnt for their service, I would have switched to Lenscrafters or similar years ago. However, their level of kindness keeps me coming back for my annual appointment.

I thought I might have an eye infection so I did a quick search and found this location. The reviews seemed good and it seemed like a very nice place so I made the call. It turns out I was correct in my assumption. It was a very nice classy place with very nice classy people. I was helped immediately by a young man (I cannot remember his name, I’m sorry). But he was quick in helping and very nice and genuine. Also, being a brand new patient, the checking-in process was extremely easy; I was surprised. I didn’t wait long at all. The woman who helped me first was also very nice and made me feel at ease. Unlike most offices, I did not wait long AT ALL for the Doctor to come in. Dr. Patel was a very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable person who was able to diagnose me within 5 minutes. The greatest part of my experience were the 2 women who worked here - Ashley and Jennifer. When I went to pick up my prescription at the local Walmart, there was some major confusion with the Pharmacist there and the medicine they had in stock. I was able to get my prescription changed and filled at a Walgreens a few miles away luckily. However, this was only due to Ashley and Jennifer and Dr. Patel who were so willing to stay at work and help me do this. They answered immediately, were 100% willing to assist, and were so gracious about it. I will not forget this and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I love everything about this place- from the state of the art optometry equipment, the very friendly staff, the nice range of stylish glasses, and even the office decor. I drive past many optometry offices to get this one with no problem!!!

Hours are flexible, you can book your appointment online quick and easy if you’re a returning patient, they’re clear and straight forward about what your insurance pays for and what you’re responsible for. I always leave satisfied with the services provided. Dr. Fong is great and Wade, especially, has always been very helpful.

Had an issue with my eye one morning when I got to work. I found V Eye P online and they were right by my job. I called and they got me right in to see the Optometrist. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and professional. The office is very nice as well.

Dr. Patel and her staff are always friendly, efficient and organized. I work nearby and am able to schedule my annual CL exam over my lunch break, knowing I wont be sitting in the waiting room for ages as sometimes happens at other offices. Dr. Patel gave me some strong contacts & wanted me to come back next week as she wanted to order a stronger prescription for me just didnt have at the moment. Checkup visit was good, stronger contacts came in, tried them for a week then placed order. Im a contractor with limited insurance & was worried Id be paying $300+, cost me $50. Great place & will revisit in 1 year.

I went in for an eye exam, and they were fast and efficient in getting all my information. I didnt have to wait long, and it looked like they were very well organized. The doctor was also very nice and helpful. I had Dr. Fong. He helped with any questions, and was very nice.

Went in yesterday (3/15/18) for a quick tightening and the guy cracked my frame. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my glasses; Ive only had them for two years, and all they needed was a simple tightening. I wasnt even ticked when he said he accidentally cracked my frame behind the right ear and would start me out on paperwork to get a new pair, courtesy of them.What pissed me off is the technician handed me my glasses back - cracked frame and all - and told me to be careful until their store was done preparing my new glasses. I told that wont work, as Im about to start a new physical warehouse job the very next night. I left out the fact that Ive been on Social Security for the past seven years and have been through years of myriad abuses of power. Now Im about to start a new entry-level warehouse job I have no experience in, is taking the place of my Social Security and will be paying for me to finish up my pre-engineering degree.I did, however, break out my phone, start recording audio proof, and show evidence that I have a multi-millionaire friend whose married in to the wealthiest Native American tribe in the country, and he gave me unfettered access to his lawyer. That caused them to jump, heat, delicately shrink-wrap, re-heat, and triple check the stability of the cracked area. Its a shame I have to go all the way to left field to get quality service, especially when they broke my property in the first place.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Will sneak in hidden charges. Try and UP-SALE everything. Staff is rude and very unhelpful. Dr. Patel is friendly but will price gouge you as well. I had vision insurance, went in for an eye exam. Hit me with a $400 bill. When I questioned the office manager became irradiated and said a particular eye test was done on my eye that wasnt covered under vision, it was medical. Gave me trial contacts to wear, vision was so blurred after a day I called and e-mailed the office no one would get back to me. Finally after I sent a 3th e-mail Dr. Patel sent me my prescription. Went to 1-800 contacts and got a box for $89.00. They were charging almost $500 for a box. Take my advice and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You will be sorry. To many other places in the area to choose from.

I have now gone to V Eye P Eyecare for about three years now and I absolutely love them! Dr. Patel is very kind, informative, thorough, and professional, which makes the process much less daunting. Her staff is always amazingly sweet and very patient. I cant think of any time that I have gone in- be it for my exam or to pick up my contacts- in which I wasnt greeted with smiling faces. I truly cant say enough about how fantastic they are. As long as I am living in the DFW area, they will forever have me as a patient and client.

Really, they dont care. They charged me and my insurance, they knowingly double dipped. The Good Dr. Patel knows this goes on. I bet she even encourages it!Haha Im the sucker, Im the clown.I will NEVER NEVER go back, and will tell anyone with good sense to stay away. They are not honest people. They will milk you on EVERYTHING.I put my name to the reality of how they do business, it stinks. I will NEVER go back. Not ever.

Ive never felt compelled to write a yelp review before, but my experience at V Eye P was beyond superb. Ive had vision difficulties my entire life and I never knew a visit to the Optometrist could be amazing until now.Ive wanted contacts for years, but the hassle of appointments and contact ordering has always deterred me. However, Dr. Patels staff made all of this as fast and easy as possible from initial call to end of appointment.Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by a stylish office and Ashley, the front desk assistant who couldnt have been sweeter. I expected to wait forever (because it wouldnt be a doctors office visit if I didnt) however, as soon as I filled out my paperwork, Ashley ushered me to the back to meet with the technician, Wade. Wade was the most personable, helpful and attractive technician I have met in my life. He had me laughing the entire time as he administered tests before my examination with Dr. Fong. Dr. Fong was engaging and answered every question I had with ease and clarity. Within 30 minutes, I had a prescription and contacts to try and see what worked best for me.For anyone who appreciates V Eye P service, check out Dr. Patel and her amazing staff!

Called just to make an appointment, not very friendly service. My husband still went and just not very helpful or friendly and glasses were going to take 3+weeks. Distinctive eye care took awesome care of him and and glasses took about a week .

I recently had my eye examination and purchased a pair of glasses here. The staff was very thorough and spent the time to explain the tests. I really love the pair of glasses I got. I have gone back a few times because the frame just was not sitting well; however, they have been very helpful and kind each time.

My name is Amber Kemp I am very happy I came here TODAY... I was warmly greeted by the front office staff ... I was handled VIP style..I came in with broken glasses badly taped and they took the time to properly tape it up lol . Dr. Peter Fong very nice and patient kept a smile and down to earth about everything. The final part selecting the glasses with Belinda was the icing on the cake ! though it was pricey but I would pay for Quality service any day ! I will be returning here in the future. I highly recommend this office ! thanks again for this very nice experience !
