Its a hit or miss, the glasses that I got here 2 weeks ago were nice but I cant see out of one lens and they cant fix it apparently, they told me to check in with my doctor and the doctor said to go back to who ever made them. So Im out $350 . Im at least glad my sister didnt have any issues with hers. The guy that helped us with our transaction was very helpful though

This place has amazing service. I went to another eye glasses store, close to target and it was horrible and overpriced. Not sanitary at all, and none of the glasses were cleaned after to prevent covid. But then I went to the Walmart Vision center, and they let everyone in one by one and kept people 6ft apart. The worker that helped us was named Rosemarie and she took the glasses and sanitized each one, and gave them to me. We took 3 hours from her time and she was so patient and didn’t mind. And at the end, she picked the glasses I decided on. She was so helpful and the Walmart vision center has amazing workers, prices and glasses. I recommend this place because they will not cheat you of your money and they take care of everyone to make sure they don’t spread virus. Very good place and nice workers. They sanitize everything and care about the rules of Covid 19. I recommend everyone gets glasses there.

I asked Jenny the sales person for the “PD” (pupil distance) and she stated she couldn’t give me that information it was again their policy.Which prompted me to look closely at the receipt (trying to find a website to refer me to a copy of their policy) I couldn’t find it. Go figure.I guess even though it’s my information... it’s against their policy to tell me.

Went to my scheduled appointment that I placed days ago they didnt have my appointment. The only appointment available wasnt until next week. Never getting my glasses from Walmart again.

Years ago I bought my eye glasses there and I liked them now it’s time to get new ones

The doctor is amazing I like how they call and email you about reminders of your next appointments. They called me to let me know when my contact lenses expire. They said theyre open from 12 to 5pm on a Sunday. I went at 12 and they werent even open. I was waiting and there was no one at the front, lights were not even on, there was no sign of anyone. I dont know what kind of business says theyre open at a certain time but its close when one shows up. I had other errands to run and couldnt be waiting any longer. Because of this I have to make an appointment for an eye exam to get a pair of contacts, like wow. I hope no one has to go through this.

I’ve been getting my sons glasses here for 3 years and the staff is always very helpful. Never had a problem with the glasses and will keep using them.

Doctor was very careful to get me the correct prescription for contacts. Very happy with the experience and will return for checkup and also to purchase additional contacts.
