We went there for annual eye exam , staff was very helpful from starting either its the question about my insurance or the frame /glasses etc, Doctor was exceptional and was answering every doubt we had . She examined in detail. Will recommend this place everyone , I would have give more than 5 starts if there is any option

I was not aware that there was a new optometry practice near my place, even closer than the one I used to go to (todays vision)! I think I have found THE one now. Dr. Heda was very thorough in explaining what tests I would be getting so that I am not caught by surprise. She took such a good care of me and made me feel at ease. The entire scheduling process was a breeze also. Luckily I was able to secure an appointment the next day through their online scheduler which is always a plus. I am a big fan of text message reminders for upcoming appointments. And of course I received one for my appointment. It was definitely an enjoyable experience I had at Look Eye Care!

I took my mom to get her eyes checked and the Dr. was super nice. Place also had great selection of designer frames. My mom’s nose pice came off and staff replaced the piece right away. If your looking for service and quality it’s the place.

I had a great experience here! Im new in town and finding a new optometrist can be a challenge. Dr. Heda and staff made made feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. My sight is their priority! Im so happy that I found my new optometrist and eyecare center.... and the frames available were stylish!

I was able to get a last minute appointment. Monika greeted me upon my arrival. She preformed my eye exam while explaining the process on each test. Definitely a pleasant experience. I typically go somewhere else with my prescription to purchase my glasses. Monika took the time evaluate the pair I brought with me. She asked if I had a separate prescription pair of sunglasses. I went to the car and let her take a look. She brought my attention to the examples Of glasses she had on hand, comparing them to my current pairs. Then she started asking questions about my occupation and do I primarily work inside or out. Then asking about outdoor activities I like. All this time I just thought she was being nice and she most certainly was. However, her evaluation of my current pairs along with her questions helped her select options that would be an improvement on what I was wearing. Monica said my current sunglasses were heavy and being on roofs make you sweat. She picked out a pair that was light weight, thicker on the sides to block the sun and clearer brighter view. It just made sense. She was able to give me options on the second pair that would be easy on the eyes while working on a computer and just as easy to wear the outside turning into a more refined set of sunglasses. I truly wasn’t expecting a one stop shop as well as the exceptional customer service. Excellent location with a very friendly optometrist, who knew it could be this easy. You can’t go wrong.

Dr. Heda and her staff are very professional and friendly. It was my first full eye exam and I found it be easy and comforting because of her high level of knowledge and caring attention to detail. I am happy I chose Look Eyecare. I highly recommend her services and will be visiting again for future appointments.

I visited Dr. Monika for my yearly eye check up and contact lens fitting. She was very nice and patient with me, answered all my questions. The receptionist was very nice and helpful too. Would definitely go again.

Love this place! It’s convenient and easy to get in and out of. I have been having ongoing problems with contacts and Dr. Heda was very helpful and let me try several ones before deciding. Their glasses selection looks good too, I plan to go back for some. Overall I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Look Eyecare!

Ive been going to Dr. Heda for the past 8 years when she was at Target Optical. When I found out she opened her own practice I wasnt going to trust my eye care with a new doctor since Ive always been impressed and happy with her care for my eye needs. Shes so easy to talk to about any issues you may have with your eyes even if its not regarding glasses or contacts. I definitely recommend her to everyone of my family members for their eye care.

Ravi and Monika are running a beautiful optometry practice. From the unique stone architecture of the practice to the diverse selection of frames to the family-friendly service, Ravi and Monika made me feel very comfortable in my recent purchase. Look Eyecare also offers great incentives if you get contact lenses through them. I got a free pair of Maui Jim sunglasses from one of the rebates they offered! I recently visited Look Eyecare and Eyewear after losing my old pair of glasses. Ravi helped me pick out a new pair of frames from their extensive collection. I found out that I needed an eye exam as my lens prescription was expired. I was able to be seen by Dr. Monika right away and she performed a very thorough exam. It was clear how knowledgeable she is and she really made me feel at ease. The fees were reasonable and I was told up front what everything would cost. If you are looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares enough to meet your unique needs, LOOK no further than LOOK eyecare :) I almost never write reviews but I am so impressed with Dr. Heda that I had to write this in hopes of helping someone else decide on Dr. Heda. Over the years I have had my fair share of experience with private and retail optometry. Dr. Heda is the only one that has validated and addressed all of my concerns. My previous doctor, who I saw for years, was very reputed and had an office with the latest greatest technology. But, at the end of the day she saw me for a few minutes, gave me a prescription, and never really followed up to make sure what was prescribed is working for me. If I mentioned dry eyes, or discomfort, I was brushed off and basically their attitude was aww, thats too bad, deal with it. I had thought for years that thats just how it is. But Dr. Heda is so attentive, she never rushes me, and follows up to make sure that my prescription is the absolute most comfortable it can be. Ive never had a doctor actually offer by themselves to change my prescription until it feels perfect. Shes the first person to try me on multiple different brands, and she makes informed recommendations. Her office is inviting, clean, and the staff is kind. The receptionist was able to give me a rundown of my copay and insurance benefit details before I even walked in (whereas, Ive been hit with $150+ bills at the end of the appointment by other practices, who neglected to tell me if some test wasnt covered). So, thank you Dr. Heda and your team! Keep doing what you do! (Also, they are fully adhering to COVID protocol/guidelines to ensure a safe experience).

Dr Monika is nice but if you want to buy only frame and not lenses through them with insurance, they won’t let you. My insurance always covers Frame only option but i was told to buy Frame along with prescription lenses otherwise won’t be covered by insurance. I did call my eye insurance provider and was confirmed the coverage for Frame only option.I went to another eyewear center, and got the Frame only with my insurance.Dr Monika is very nice and knowledgeable, but unfortunately it was very disappointing experience with their own policy on eyewear.

Convenient location, great staff and good inventory of eye glasses. Bought a pair of eye glasses for myself and one for my son, we are both happy with the purchase. I recommend this place to everyone!
