WORST!!! customer service, my wife did her eye exam here and when she went to correct her reading prescription the general manager of Las Colinas location was very rude, sarcastic and not helpful at all. She went back to see the doctor as they had reset the appointment to re check the prescription. When she got there, the General Manager did not let her see a Doctor and he was frustrated for no reason and they said they are going to fix it but she did not see a doctor... so she does not how they will fix it... more to come...Dr Rojas was good but the general manager did not let her see him or any other doctor.. kind of weird...

My family always used to go to Las Colinas vision center. Last year, my son got replacement lenses as part of package offering they used to provide. The lenses got scratch marks within few months. Today I found out the replacement lenses were made of plastic and doesn’t have anti scratcn, anti glare whereas our first lenses were. They should have replaced with similar set of lenses as the first one. I feel kind of duped. Pl be careful and make sure you are getting what has been promised. I won’t be going to them ever again.

Very thorough and keep you informed throughout the process. They explain your insurance benefits versus what your out of pocket cost would be. Easy to schedule an appointment also.

I went here for the first time today. Before I would go to an optometrist in the mall. It took about two weeks to get an appointment, but once I showed up for my appointment I was in and out by an hour and thirty minutes. No long waits. A lot of tests. The staff/nurse were very accommodating. The optometrist I saw was nice.

After my doctor of 10 years just up and moved with no notice I was in a panic looking for a new provider. My son and I both have bad astigmatism so I needed someone thorough. I brought both my boys to see Dr. Krivacic last year and was very pleased with the service. From the time we walked in till we stepped out to fill my sons prescription, everyone was very kind and professional. I just went for my own annual eye exam today and I am certain I have found my new optometrist.

Ive been a patient here for 10 years now, and I couldnt be happier. The front office staff is amazing. They are courteous and efficient, so if you happen to have been a little late to your appointment they can still work you in pretty quickly.Excellent contact lens and glasses shop up front.Dr. Park and his staff provide first class care. Dr. Park is both personable and very knowledgeable. Hes able to incorporate questions and address symptoms quickly even in routine check-ups, and always appears to know about the latest developments in his field. Would highly recommend Dr. Park and this office!

I made a last minute appointment and they fit me in right away. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful super nice and friendly. The Dr is super nice and my glasses came in within a week. This place is awesome!

The staff is always very caring and attentive. Dr. Jon Park is the best!! He thorough in every exam and always explains everything. Very friendly and welcoming. Love coming to Las colinas vision. Also Amy is always super helpful with getting my contacts ordered and makes sure to give me details on any rebates offered.

Today I am writing about Debra Amadi. This young lady has been so excellent with her service and how she handles me as a customer. The way she sells she makes me spend an extra 800.00 easy. I meant this young lady through my cousin and I will never go anywhere else to buy glasses. This place Las Colinas Vision Center needs to give her a raise based on her excellent customer service and level of quality. Las Colinas Vision Center is excellent. Definitely worth the drive for me. Dr. Stephanie Gerard is an expert in her field, and the office staff are always very courteous. I’ve never had anything but the best experience. I’m particularly grateful to Pamela who help me select the best frames for my facial features and style. I’m so excited to get my new glasses. Ive been a patient here for about 6 years. Ive been extremely happy with the quality of the exams, the process for check in / check out. And they manage their appointments - there is never more than a 5 minute wait. I also really like the advanced camera they use to take pictures of my eye, then they compare the results year over year to see if anything has changed. Thanks for being so great!

Ive had a truly exceptional experience here across 3 years of patient visits to address advanced keratoconus.  Anyone who has the condition knows how tricky it is to prescribe an optimal solution because of how each eye matures with age.  Dr Gerard has been my primary and is a joy to work with.  Shes very patient and asks the right questions to make sure she understands what Im seeing during vision tests.  Everyone across the board has been real considerate.  For example, Amy specializes in contacts and gave me a phone call between visits to see how I was adjusting to a new style of lenses and we chatted for several minutes about my experience.  Thats above and beyond!  The technicians are efficient and a couple that Ive spoken with aspire to become licensed themselves, so theres a culture of excellence here.  The office keeps a reasonable schedule for vision screenings -- usually only wait 5 minutes in the lobby then 5-10 minutes for the doctor in the exam room.No business is perfect; Im sure theres room for improvement somewhere but I tell ya this is a terrific bunch of hard working professionals.   Thanks for all youve done to improve my natural vision up to 20/20.  Amazing work!

Update**** I didnt think anything had changed other than the name, but i had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. I guess the change of name also caused a change in customer service, I dont know maybe quarantine made everyone grumpy. But the patience and bedside manner they once had was no more, except for the one nurse that checked my son in, everyone else was more annoyed that i followed my 8 year old son into his appointment, and his nervousness only seem to aggravate them more.Great office! The staff went above and beyond to make my six year old son feel safe. They displayed so much a patience I was amazed. They also were very helpful and informative when it came time to pick out his glasses.

The team at Las Colinas Vision is great. I was in need of new contacts but I travel so much it’s difficult to get by the center. Dr K gave me samples and Annie shipped everything to my home. Best service with a smile!!

A very pleasant and welcoming experience. I called them over the phone, and the lady who answered the call was very pleasant. After a few preliminary questions about my insurance coverage, she was able to quickly let me know about my specific benefits and plans, and also able to promptly given an appointment for the next day. My experience with the doctor and her assistant was also great, and I now have a pair of progressive glasses that are better than anything I have ever had in the past. They have a reasonable collection of frames to select from, and the nice thing was they were not pushy at all. Overall, I recommend them highly.

Been here once, for a routine eye exam and to get glasses, had a wonderful experience all around. Dr. Park was very professional and through, and his staff the same. I have strabismus, and cant go just anywhere, these guys showed the same high level of knowledge that I was used to at my ophthalmologist back in Houston. Front desk and the folks over in the optical/glasses department are all great, and Im very happy with the new pair of glasses I received. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely fantastic staff!! I would give more stars if I could. I was in panic mode after loosing my last pair of contacts over the weekend and dont have glasses (just not in the budget right now, thanks covid :( ) I ordered contacts last week and they arnt in yet. I didnt know what to do as my typical branch was not answering their phone. Frantic at this point, I drove there and no one answered the door. In my desperate quest to see things other then basic shapes and colors, I called the Las Colinas location. The receptionist answered on the 2nd ring, confirmed my previous order, and left me a temporary pair to tide me over until my contacts came in. Kristen went above and beyond to help me and I am truely grateful. They just earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!

I’ve been a patient/client for almost 30 years. Dr Krivosic, Kristin, Amy and the entire staff are top notch. In addition to vision correction like contacts and glasses, they always have the most up to date testing and equipment. On occasion when traveling I’ve had to see other eye doctors. None compare to the complete wellness approach at Las Colinas Vision Center. If there were more than 5 stars I’d mark the highest level possible!!

I couldnt get past the initial phone call to schedule the appointment before things went downhill. Not sure if their front desk staff is upset they are working before the holiday tomorrow or what.1. Our insurance company referred us to the office, as they are in-network with us. When the woman over the phone asked what insurance we would use if we had it, she curtly tells me thats just medical not vision. Well, I was not only referred here under our vision insurance but I am on the only portal under our vision tab and there is my coverage confirmation.2. All over their website they advise that they take pre-school age patients. After just giving my sons age, she once gain cuts me off saying their office doesnt see anyone under the age of five. This is in direct conflict with their website and also before I could further explain that our pediatrician recommended an exam, she was cutting me off again.I immediately understood this would not be the office for us, especially since there was someone on the other end of the phone serving as a negative representation of what was to come.With that being said, we will gladly find another office.

Outstanding. Ive been to many eye docs over the years and Dr. Kravacic is far and above any of them. He takes time to explain in detail every step of the process. The office equipment is more sophisticated than any place Ive been. The staff is great. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent care and service! The staff was wonderful and the wait time was very minimal. I loved how they didnt just focus on giving me my prescription but showed interest on my overall eye health! Great place! I would recommend it to everyone!

While doing some repair work at home on a Saturday morning, felt something went into my eye. Tried removing it with no luck. Called the office, Office is closed. But, there is a number in case of an emergency. Called the number. Dr. Krivacic answered. I told him my situation. He told me to give him 45 minutes and he can meet me at the office. Sure enough, he stopped what he was doing and met me there even earlier. He pulled a small piece of rusted metal that went under my eyelid. He removed it, gave me eye drops, then called in the antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy. All that on a Saturday morning. I can never thank him enough. He didnt have to drop everything to come to the office, but he did. This speaks volume the type and caring doctor that he is. Of course, this cascades down to his entire staff and practice. THANK YOU again.

The entire staff (esp. Chelsea and Dr. Gerard) have been awesome to work with and the quality of care that I receive her is unlike any other Vision Center/Optometrist that I have dealt with. I have been to others in Las Colinas/Irving but none have come close to matching the level of service that they provide. At a competitors office I was actually given the wrong prescription 2 times before I quit using them. I feel comfortable that this type of occurrence will not happen here! Thanks again for all you do!

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Las Colinas Vision. Every staff member that I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I let them know that this was my first vision test. I was offered water while I waited for an optometrist to check my vision. I also think its important to point out that I was squeezed in last minute. I try to avoid last minute scheduling, but my eyes were bothering me at work and at school, and I felt that I might really need glasses - no more putting it off. I explained my availability - only on Friday after 4 p.m., Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Its my schedule - I have a lot on my plate and I happened to be off that Friday. They worked me in for 2 p.m., an hour after I called. I am very thankful for this. Im still waiting for my glasses, which I confirmed today should be here after 7 business days, but all in all, I had a great experience and highly recommend this place.

Must preface this with the fact this will be my first review I’ve ever left for a business and that is simply because it is hands down best vision center in Dallas area and I feel the need to share that with everyone, if you are looking for a great place you should go here! To save you from all the reading I’ll give you a summary beforehand, Dr Gerard is amazing, great at her job, and spends time caring for her patients. The staff is awesome and the office has top of the line equipment with all the bells and whistles. Now for the extended version: I started going here 3 years ago when my office moved to the Irving area, it was convenient to schedule early morning or afternoon appointment to not miss much work. I have been to several over the years (been wearing glasses/contacts for 20 plus years now) and this place has far exceed all other experiences, especially this last year. I choose Dr. Gerard, bc I read in her bio she specialized/had specialty training in contacts and saw she had worked in lasik which I was interested in. My first year she spent a lot of time with me as I had been experience a lot of dryness with my eyes and contacts. She ended up switching me to daily wear contacts, she and the office were great and super patient in helping get the right brand/pair for me. When I went for my annual appointment in 2017 (this last year) I opted for the $30 eye pictures and Dr Gerard noticed something off with the retina area. She then took me back to another machine (aforementioned bells and whistles) to get some other images of the retina and started asking me questions about symptoms for retinal detachment, to which I had none. However, she insisted to refer me to a specialist and that I go get this check out even though I had no symptoms. I really had no idea the severity of this until she stated if it was detached it could lead blindness. The office did all the scheduling all I did was tell them a time frame and they had it all set up for 2 days later, which is when I found out it was indeed a detached retina. Fast forward to this year 2018 (3 months post retina surgery), they have again gone above and beyond to make sure that I am well cared for and in the right prescription and lens with the new changes to my vision due to surgery. I will continue going here as long as I am in Dallas area regardless of where my office/home is, because this place is simply the best you can find!

Ive been coming here for a couple years now. I actually moved to Florida but still make sure to plan a trip all the way out here for family and I get to keep these guys as my eye doctor too! Highly recommend!

My husband and I are not from the area, we are only here for work. My husband had been experiencing pain in his right eye. I called the office and the scheduling receptionist spoke with Dr. Park and he fit my husband in a few hours later. Dr. Park was so patient and completed many tests and explained what had happened and even gave him medicine to begin treatment. We are so impressed with the staff at this office, we would highly recommend anyone who is in need of great vision care to become patients here. My husband and I travel the United States for work and we will make sure when in Irving, Texas to have our routine vision care taken care of in this office.

This place is a godsend for all of us with bad vision. Its quick and thorough, as crazy as that may sound. They go a step above to help you with all your needs and always have friendly staff to assist with everything. Glad I found them.

Scheduling an appointment was very wasy, friendly staff and very accommodating. Their online patient registration is excellent. It streamlines your check-in.The onsite team were excellent, provided excellent customer service, and they are extremely efficient and courteous.

First time here, really liked how they kept me updated with appointment schedule. Had a good experience on the day of my appointment but everything went down hill from there. They were suppose to call and text me when they got my Lens in so I can bring them my frame but did not heard from them for two weeks, I had to call in to check what the hell is going on. They said lens are in you can come whenever and drop your frame. I am like if the lens are in what the hell are you guys doing sitting on them, call me. So I go there today they check there system and there is just two word on there system that they left message who did you guys call, when did you guys call because i never got any message. No answer!! Not going back there again.

Ive had a lot of problems with my vision, but the great staff and doctors helped me by diagnosing something that past doctors were unable to find. It took me several visits, but Im so impressed and pleased. Las Colinas Vision Center will be the only place me and my family go from now on.
