Every time I have come to TotalCare I have been pleased with the service and medical help met my needs. Great group of doctors and PAs! Dr. Wilson and Cheryl Vanderhilt-Ellis are excellent!

Grateful for Dr. Cunningham today! Wonderful experience and they are a Christian based medical facility. So refreshing! They even have cards for prayer requests! They are a bright light in medical field!

I have been going to Total Care Hulen for 4 years the only doctors to actually listen to me and give me actual results. They have been there for me through everything and Dr. James Ochuka is the kindest man with such great bedside manner, he has really been a blessing. I went in for sinus/ear infection and saw Laura (NP) the first time and Dr. Wilson on a subsequent visit. Both were caring, took their time and got to know me as a person. The entire staff was wonderful and efficient. I was looking for a new primary care physician and have found it. From start to finish Dr. Wilson, Laura and staff take great care of their patients.

On my first visit I was helped by (NRCMA) Crystal Perez and (NP) Laura. They were great and very professional. The second time I went I was helped by Dr. Wilson. Seems like everyone that helped me out at this location really knew what they were doing and are really there to help and not just get through their day. I usually always go to CareNow but seems like this is actually the way to go. I highly recommend Total Care in Hurst!

Dr.Wilson and staff pretty much saved my life. I was going through an extremely difficult crisis but Dr. Wilson was out of the office. I was concerned for my life at this point. A few minutes later a staff member( I think her name was Angie) called me back and was able to get in touch with Dr. Wilson who told me what I needed to do. It’s possible without Dr. Wilson and staff I might not be here. Total Care truly cares about it’s patients.

The nursing staff are always nice and welcoming! I always feel comfortable when I’m there for appointments and it’s always clean as well. Everyone is doing an amazing job top to bottom!

I love this office. Everyone is very friendly especially Dr Wilson and Melissa one of the nurses. They are fast and its easy to get scheduled in everytime. I like that this office is open on Saturdays too. I have been going here for 2+ years now.

I first went to Total Care in an emergency situation. The staff were very compassionate, professional, thorough and got me through that health crisis. I was so impressed with my healthcare, I became a regular and they are my primary care providers. Best decision ever! Mr. James is the absolute best!

Dr. Wilson is great. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure his patients are educated on what’s going on with their health. It’s rare to find a doctor who’s willing to spend a significant amount of time with a patient. I’ve recommended him to several friends and family.

Ive taken my daughter here twice & the doctor is great. Easy to get an appointment & they actually see you on time. I also like that Im not getting gouged on the bill like the other urgent care places.

During last years flu epidemic we found this urgent care to be open in the late evening. We brought the entire family down to be tested and get a preventive prescription for the flu virus. We were surprised and excited by the level of professionalism shown by every single person in this office. They are quick, don’t bog you down with paperwork, the doctors are very experienced and truly take the time to make sure they are providing the best possible treatment.We recently had an issue with billing. With one phone call it was fixed without question. I don’t even get that from my regular doctor. If you have medical questions it only takes a few moments to get one of the medical professionals on the phone - they take the time needed to fully answer the question too!With having multiple locations it makes it easier for our family as well. My wife works near on facility while I work near another. It’s quick and easy to bounce between different locations because all the systems and files are digital. Why can’t all offices’ be this efficient???Although we have a primary care doctor we still use this facility for visits. We are extremely happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Update: I was contacted by the office manager, who apologized and explained what was going on that day. She offered to make things right and showed that TotalCare does care about patient satisfaction. Most doctors offices will just shrug and do nothing if you have a poor experience so this was a genuine surprise.I really wasnt planning on leaving any review but Im disappointed with my experience with TotalCare on Saturday. I chose to go here because I needed to be seen on short notice and because the reviews were excellent. I was called in a few minutes after my appointment time, not a huge problem, but then waited over half an hour (40 min?) to see the doctor and ended up seeing a different doctor than who I thought I was scheduled to see. No apologies for the wait. The doctor did do a good job explaining my treatment options so Ill give her that. I was there for nearly two hours and my anxiety was getting bad. I suppose its good to go if you need a doctor on short notice and its not an emergency but Im not sure if I could come here regularly. Theres also Christian imagery around the office so if youre not Christian, it may make you uncomfortable.

I love total care! Everything about them I love. I love Dr. Wilson and Dr. Maryline. I love all their staff and nurses, very kind, attentive, and they just really get to know you. I’ve never had to wait long, even when I was a first walk-in patient. It’s remarkable that I never have to wait long to see a doctor. They’re open late at nights and Saturdays. My husband and I never regret making them our PCP. We are in good hands now.

Been going here for just over 2 years now, and like many of the other reviews say, its not always a perfect experience but they deliver 95% of the time. The other 5% they have always made right after trying to get things addressed. Wait times could be better as I often wait 30 minutes after my appointment to get a room and usually at least another 15 before I get seen. Well worth the occasional hassle in my opinion to see Dr Wilson.

I was in the waiting room for 5 minutes before they took me back to private room. After taking vitals, the nurse said doctor will be in 2-3 minutes. Nurse came back and said doctor was answering previous patients questions and should be by in less than 5 minutes. Doctor entered room less than 5 minutes later. I was there for annual physical and the nurse that drew my blood was the best I have ever encountered. I never felt the needle enter my vein. I would highly recommend this Total Care facility.

I was a new patient at this location and was highly impressed with the over all care I received. Payton, Angie, and Yolanda make a great team and Dr. Wilson is a great health care provider. I was in and out and felt the love since walking in the door. Not only was I seen in a short time, my prescription was also sent electronically and ready for me to pick up by the time I got there!!! This place is AWESOME, I have never met a more caring Doctor, Dr Wilson is the best DR I have ever seen. The staff is awesome and remembers my name and my childrens names. Dr. Wilson and the TotalCare staff always take such great care of me and my wife. They spend the time getting to the bottom of our ailments, and if they can’t find out what’s wrong, they’ll send you to the specialist who can. They’ve made going to the doctor actually enjoyable.

I went here thinking it was a urgent care, it actually a Family Practice!! I called when I got there and the sweetest nurse ever met me at the door to take my tempature! (I FEEL AWFUL I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME). She took all my info and entered in the system. Then shortly I met the doctor, he was just the greatest, I love a doctor who you feel you can very free with, his name was Doctor Wilson. Very nice fella I highly recommend if you need to see a Doctor. Loved the location and the staff is the BEST. But the very best part.....Im already feeling ALOT BETTER, thank you again Dr. Wilson.I an Sur I will see you again in the very near future. 👍👍👍👍👍

Update 3: Long story short, the manager contacted me and fixed the bill. I really appreciate that. (2/26/2020)Update2: The office manager said they were going to take care of the bills, but I am still receiving the exact same bill...I emailed the office manager yesterday, no response yet. (2/25/2020)Update1 : The office manager contacted me, apologized and said they are going to take care of my bill problem. I really appreciate it.The doctor and nurse were surely very nice and friendly, but I am not feeling good about what happened next.They suggested me to do an annual routine test, and told me it would be fully covered by my insurance. I was new to the country and didn’t know well about insurance stuff, and that was the first time I used my insurance, so I even asked them again to make sure the insurance would cover that, they checked and then said yes. Now, three months later, I received 600-dollars bill for the routine test. So I called back to figure out why. The front desk staff(I forgot her name) was terrible, she just didn’t care and told me there is no way they could know what my insurance covers, and hung up on me.

I had a negative experience but the management reached out to me to make it right as much as they could given the circumstances, and they did it within a few hours of it happening. They do truly care about their patients and really seem to understand the importance of great customer service. I appreciate them taking the time to understand my dissatisfaction. Also the nurse practitioner at the location in Hurst is amazing!

Angie Marshall has continued to go out of her way for me and my family. We trust her with our very own lives and if it weren’t for her we would have never found Dr. Wilson. Angie’s commitment to her patience is what heath care should represent, thus is how we knew if Angie recommended Dr. Wilson.... He had to be The BEST... Sure Is!!!!! The Whole crew, Payton, Angie, Dr. Wilson and Yolanda all treat us beyond what we have ever experienced before and this doesn’t even begin to praise all that Dr. W has helped us with. He has treated us, cared for, followed through and taken extremely rare interest in achieving all of our health care needs while educating us so that we can continue to live the heathy, energetic life that we are created to live.Hooray For TOTAL CARE HURST....

I was looking for a primary care physician and per the google reviews I decided to try them out and get mine and my family yearly done. The nurses and doctor were super nice and friendly. We did have some issues, however the nurse and the doctor called us and corrected the issue. Which was a surprise to me. Overall very happy with my service.

Love Dr. Wilson! He sees my whole family! I referred all my friends and family. Dr.Wilson takes such good care of us. The staff is friendly, you get back quickly and the hours are amazing.

This is now my primary doctor. I was in and out in about 30 minutes as a walk in. They took my insurance which is rare in this area cause its from a staffing agency. Everyone was friendly and listened to what I have to say. They asked a few times just to make sure I didnt need anything else. Not to mention the place was super clean and easy to get to. Will definitely be referring to anyone I know

The entire staff is so attentive so friendly this is the best doctors office I have ever been to. They take the time to listen to your concerns and address each one. They dont rush you through and they have hours that are workable for anybody. I was able to get a full check up, my blood work done and EKG and even my well woman all at this facility!

My PCP is in Dallas and her office was closed on Saturday. I asked for a weekend recommendation on social media and Total Care was the first response I received. I immediately made an appointment and had more then one time to choose from. The front office wait was extremely brief and check in /out was a simple, pleasant experience. During the course of my visit I saw 3 health professionals who were equally kind, thoughtful about my care and professional. I found the office at large to be clean and bright. Adding to my delightful experience I felt 10x better 24 hours later, thanks to Maryline and team. I would not hesitate to return and have already shared my positive experience with my husband and a friend.

This is a great Dr office, I always have a great experience here. The staff is always so friendly and inviting. My whole family comes here and always has an awesome visit and get in and out in a timely matter. The folks at TotalCare Hurst are impossibly nice and upbeat. They set the bar high! The lobby is comfortable and clean. The rooms are appropriately sized, clean and private. Had a great experience.

This was my second time back to see Dr. Richard Wilson. Both experiences have been great! The facility is clean, with a friendly and professional staff. I havent experienced any long wait times.Dr. Wilson has a calm and gentle bed side manor, I will definitely be making him my primary care physician. Hes genuine and takes time to talk to his patients instead of rushing through the exam. The clinic is a private practice with another location in Fort Worth off Hulen and isnt operated by a large hospital. Which helps attribute to the quality of service that their staff provides. I highly recommend for a doc-in-the-box for affordability and for primary care if youre looking. This is a solid choice for customer service and affordability.

I had a wonderful experience both me and my husband. The staff was very friendly, caring and professional. The facility is beautiful and peaceful. We chose to make it our primary care facility for our family. The physicians, nurse practitioner and nursing staff are awesome !!!

If you want to pray (and pay) the pain away, go ahead and try this spot. I paid $130 in office and another $147 after insurance to remove a wart. Long story short after using the same equipment you can find at Walmart for $20 my wart was not removed. In fact it continued to grow and I went to a specialist that removed it at a much lower price.

Dr Wilson and Total Care were fabulous. I got the answers and treatment I needed fast. I had to get a CT elsewhere but got the diagnosis within hours of first seeing Dr Wilson

Great staff and physicians. Ive been there twice - all the support staff immediately put me at ease and were professional, personable and knowledgeable. The doctors were very easy to talk to, werent rushed, and addressed my concerns. As a self-pay patient, I also appreciate that they tell you the costs upfront - no surprises or awkwardness. I moved here 16 months ago from Phoenix where I would see a wonderful Christian husband/wife alternative medicine team but had reconciled to going to more impersonal facilities here. My boyfriend uses Dr. Wilson as his PCP. I was in need of one for a referral for an MRI.I told him my injury/history, and I was instantly given an order for a STAT MRI. The results have more info than the ER visit did, as well as a referral to a spinal specialist.I appreciate him and all of his staff for their work!!!

Friendly, convenient, kind, great with kids, clean, well equipped--what more could you ask for! Went in for urgent care f/u, definitely signing up for primary care now too. Dr Wilson was fantastic! Very helpful front desk and patient MA. All around, a great experience. :)

Love, love Dr. Wilson but every other PA & doctor I have seen there has been awesome as well. Dr. Wilson is fantastic at taking time to talk with you about what is going on and offer actual solutions. I see him for everything as my primary PC but the way he and his whole staff treat me when I come in with a migraine is over the top! The girls fight so hard with insurance for your meds too! I never make an appt, always a walk in despite being Total Care patient for over 4 years and the wait is never too long, facility is always clean as well.

I went to this doctors office a few days ago and the whole staff was amazing! The front staff smiled the whole time and talked to us and brought my kiddo some snacks to keep him entertained! Our Dr smiled the whole time talking to us and listened to every thing I had to say!

I was recently faced with finding a new primary care physician after my doctor of 20 years announced his retirement. Ugh. I was so stressed thinking about seeing a new doctor after all of this time and had no idea whatsoever where to begin my search. By chance I happened to land on the Total Care page and read the biographies of a few of the doctors. I was sold after the very first visit -- fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. Oh, and they also have an incredibly cute receptionist (bonus points) lol. So in the end, I have to give a shout out to my former doc for retiring early because I absolutely love this place. Five stars and I would give it six if that were an option. :)

I absolutely love it here all the staff Marilyn Kelsey Sylvia Catherine and Celia made me feel so comfortable. They are super professional and explain everything very well to you . Very good experience. In and out in 30 minutes as a walk in and that included filling out paperwork. Nice people working there. It beats CareNow who had a 2 hour wait and a less than friendly person answering the phone. I would highly recommend this facility for fast efficient service.

This place is a gem! Very little waiting. The doctors take their time to listen and talk to you. Their hours work great for those who have to worry about work. They are primary physicians as well as walk-in care. Fantastic. I cant say enough. They offer regular care as well as some specialized things -- like hormone, allergies, weight loss.

After arriving with a bad cough and eager to get the care I needed, Im impressed with the experience. The staff I met (Payton, Crystal, and Dr. Richard Wilson) were very nice and professional. It had been my first time there and met Peyton who had a great and friendly vibe which made me much less nervous. I was almost immediately placed in a room after vitals were quickly checked. Crystal was clearly skilled since even using a manual Sphygmo for BP was quick and in best practice. After talking about my symptoms, Dr. Richard Wilson quickly came up with the most likely cause and even explained his was through . My brother also got checked and he went as far as bringing up false positives without even being asked to and described and used medical terms along the way. He did a great job and Im very impressed.Overall, the team was great and the whole visit was quick and effective. After a single day I already feel so much better. Thank you TotalCare Hurst.

Dr Wilson, the nurse practitioner Maryline Ongangi and the entire staff at TotalCare Hurst are amazing! This is a very family oriented practice and they listen and take the time to understand concerns.
