Dr Derek Lang actually listens and treats me as if I am an individual with real problems. His staff is helpful and friendly so be nice to them, I want them to stay that way. His office is not a walk in style office where no appointments are need due to his exceptional service but thats what you expect when you find a great one. Too bad we cant clone him.
