We like the doctor but the office has been really frustrating. Imaging place never receives doctors order, and my pharmacy never receives prescription (of course they claim they sent those out). My wellness got rescheduled, so did my husbands. He needed to get 2 extra days off to see the doctor for that rescheduled day and the other day for chest xray (had we known we would have gotten it done on the same day as blood work). They are very disorganized and do things as it goes. You have our insurance information and how come you call us the day before to tell us the NP you scheduled for us does not take our insurance. We also dropped off my husbands heart monitor on Dec 3, they never had reviewed it until 21st I finally decided to call them and asked about it, and asked the doctor to call me and he wouldnt do that either. (I also had a question about pepsmear and asked a question back in November, they said the NP wasnt in that day but will get back to me but never did that either, its been a month now)

Nice office staff and interior design, but unfortunately I feel that Dr. S is more interested in referring and making $$ than the patients’ best interest.

Office staff is personable, and efficient. Gloria, the receptionist, is particularly well-suited to dealing with the public and knows each patient by name - that seems a small thing, but it means a lot.Dr. Strzinek is a hands-on Osteopathic physician (D.O.) and listens to my layman concerns and complaints with interest. I highly trust and recommend this practice.

This office was listed as my pcp on my insurance. Yet when I got the flu I was told I needed to come in and do new patient paperwork before I could get an appt. I was then told its an application and they would call me within a few days to let me know if they accept me. They call me 3 weeks later and said the Dr has declined seeing me. Ive never been rejected by a dr, nor do i think it is very ethical. I have filed a complaint with my insurance for this office.

Great dr liked him very much. Followed up with me personally. Great PCP!

Lady up front is very rude Love the NP Sara Toller havent had any problems with anyone else in office Hillary is very helpful and nice just have had alot of problems with lady upfront she is extremely rude and will make it sound like you are yelling at her and your not if they would get rid of her the office would be alot better!! Talked to Dr on phone he is very nice and professional

Been seeing Dr. Strznek for 5 years. Always get great care and advice. I highly recommend his office.

I just moved to the DFW area and was feeling under the weather for a couple of days, I called to see if they could see me that day and the lady said it wouldnt be till the afternoon but I needed to come in and fill out all the new Pt paper work first. That should of been a red flag right there for me, but seeing that I live 10 minutes away and work 3 blocks from their office I said I would. I went to the office and filled out the paper work and gave them my insurance information and then was told that they could not schedule my apt due to having problems with their system and that she would call me to schedule my appt. That there really bothered me seeing that I work in the medical field and I AM VERY familiar with insurances and all she had to do was call to get my benifits. Of course she didnt want to because it does take longer but she didnt. I went in and filled out my paper work around 10 Am and Patricia not call me back to schedule my appt til the next day at 4:45. This was the worst service ever I heard the Dr is great but sad that is staff and the from desk receptionist Patricia is lazy to call and verify benifits when the system is down. Would never recommended anyone here, would ifind been great since it is 3 blocks from my job but oh well! Shame on them!
