I was referred from my friend because I wanted lip injections for the first time and hers looked AMAZING. My boyfriend and I drove out about an hour away to visit the Image Center. I chose this location specifically because of its amazing reviews and convenience of Sunday appointments. I had such a great experience! I was so nervous the entire time leading up to the injections. So nervous that I which I had remembered my nurses name because she was absolutely amazing and made this the best experience for me. I believe her name was either Jasmine or Yasmine? It was difficult to hear under the mask and my nerves didn’t help either. She was incredibly nice and personable. She made me feel so comfortable during the process. She talked me through every single step. Letting me know when she was making the injections and reassuring me of how amazing my lips were looking. My boyfriend and I were super thankful for her sweet and caring demeanor. I left super happy with my new lips. I had no pain during the injection, after the injection and very minimal bruising the next morning. My mom LOVES my new lips and is already thinking of booking her appointment with Image Center too!

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful; they want you to feel as comfortable as possible for any procedure that you get done. Today I came in for the PDO Threads and The pain tolerance was a 1 out of 10 if anything I had zero pain. Definitely will continue to keep coming here.

This was my first experience at the image center. I arrived on time for my appointment and was given forms to fill out via iPad. Charlotte, my pa (?) then called me to the back to talk about my service. She was professional yet personable and made me feel comfortable. She explained the risks as well as possible side effects. The procedure went well and she made me as comfortable as possible.I am very pleased with my service and will return to the image center when I’m ready for something else.

Dr. Newen is honest and straight to the point. I showed pictures of my expectations and he was very honest with my possible outcome. I appreciated it. The nurses were so kind and excited for me. The only thing is they don’t offer opinions which is understandable but when you have someone who doesn’t know it would be nice to get guidance based on what the patient’s attitude. It was my first time at this office and from the front to the back every staff member was very welcoming and super nice. I was pretty nervous coming in for my very first lip filler Charlotte was my nurse and she was so nice and explained every step she did, let me take breaks if needed and had me double checking if I wanted to continue. Nurse Angeline was amazing! I went in for a non-surgical nose job and she fixed the bump on my nose while still helping me look natural. I was very disappointed after going in for a NSNJ at the Huntington Beach location. I drove all the way from Fresno just to have the nurse say I was not a good candidate. As soon as I took my mask of she said it would not look good, she took a picture and did a briefly explanation of why it wasn’t a good idea to get the NSNJ. However that wasn’t the issue, it was the way she explain and seemed like she didn’t want to do it (maybe because it was on a Sunday). I follow them on IG and expected them to be nicer, wish she would’ve examine my face and suggest different options to use my credit on, but she didn’t. I gave it a two because the location was beautiful. Also, this was my experience at the Huntington Beach location. I could’ve had a different experience at a different location.

Nurse Rose was very helpful and made the check in and check out proceas easy and was informative every step of the way. Nurse Christina who did my facial had a gentle touch and the whole experience was relaxing and she knew exactly what she was doing

I’ve been searching for a new place to do my lip injections and I came across The Image Center from a lot of influencers social media pages. I looked them up on Yelp and seen that all of their locations had amazing reviews. I immediately booked an appointment with them as they were having a spring special and drove down from Las Vegas. My experience overall was amazing - from booking the appointment over the phone, to when I arrived and checked in at the front desk, to my consultation with my nurse, and then finally to my lip filler process! Customer service there is beyond expectations. I had Nurse Sue and she was WONDERFUL! She was super informative and knowledgeable. I told her exactly what I wanted and she definitely DELIVERED. It was worth the drive here! I’ll for sure be back. Thank you The Image Center and Nurse Sue!

I arrived a bit late because I overlooked the building. Its right next to 24 hour fitness by the way. Jane and her staff greeted me so warmly upon arrival even though I was a bit late. They took my temperature and every staff member was wearing a mask. I felt very safe in their facility which is spotless and very clean. Safe enough to take my mask off and have them fill my lips! Why did I wait so long to get Botox and lips filled??? Im scared of needles. I hate the dentist because of this. Pain was close to nothing because they numbed me. My experience was so pleasant. They explained each step thoroughly. I would not hesitate to call Image Center. They are the best in Southern CA. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience with nurse Becca, it was my first time receiving cheek and chin filler so I had a whole list of questions and the staff made sure to answer every single one. I went with one syringe in each side of my cheek for a very natural lifted look(I will probably return for one more on each side) and one syringe in my chin for a better more defined side profile. The numbing cream worked extremely well and all I felt was a little pinch as the needle went in. I had ZERO bruising and minimal swelling the next day(my face was a little sore for about 24 hours) but that was completely gone by day 2. I am sooo satisfied with my results and will definitely be returning to the facility for all my future injections.

Best facial by Christina! Will be back. I loved how she allowed me to relax and was so knowledgeable when I asked questions. I will be getting Botox next month and will look forward to working with her and their team!

Ive been following this place on Instagram for years. My first time going was for a liquid nose filler. The process was super fast easy and painless, Booking an appointment is super easy the wait time is like 2 minutes even if your early. Ive had a different nurse every time they all took the time to answer any questions I had. Shout out to Nurse Caresse for answering all my annoying questions, and thank you to the nurse who gave me a goody bag on my birthday that was super sweet. Ive only been there 3 times and I just got a membership so will see how things are a year from now hopefully my skin will be on another level.

I just got my lips done for the second time ever. I saw Nurse Angeline and honestly my experience could not have been better. She really took the time to understand what I wanted. We talked about my different options (juvaderm vs restylane) and how to achieve my personal “lip goals”. She made me feel so comfortable because I was still a little nervous from the first time I came in. Nurse Angeline is very personable and I HIGHLY recommend seeing her. My lips have never looked better!

Botched my lips. She didn’t even use the whole syringe and once the swelling went down, you could tell I didn’t have filler on my the lower left side of my lip and the middle of my top lip. I was really looking forward to this. Called to let them know and I needed to pay for them to dissolve and pay for another syringe. I rather go somewhere else.

Just got to the image center and i really like how there on top of sanitation. First thing after walking in is they check your temperature so that definitely makes me feel a lot safer. Then your asked to fill out some waivers that also include covid 19 forms. Then your walked in to these beautiful rooms to be numbed. When I got my Botox done here 2 weeks ago i did not need numbing but now that I’m back for chin and lips I am being numbed. And let me tell you there numbing cream works so good! Then your walked thru your procedure with a very skilled registered nurse( & all the nurses here are so sweet!) When you come here you can tell that they really care about you and are gonna give you exactly what your looking for! So if your still in search for a medical office for your cosmetic procedures, no need to keep looking this is the only spot you need. And did I mention how amazing there prices are! I was so happy leaving the office and no doubt I will continue coming back!

Where do I start! The minute I walked into the image center I felt extremely welcomed! The front desk girls are so kind and compassionate with all the new patient questions I asked. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the entire med spa! They had transparent barriers, hand sanitizer at every corner, and I noticed the front desk girls sanitizing all areas often. Being someone who takes this pandemic very seriously, I felt so safe here. As a was taken back I couldnt help but admire the beautiful space they provide for us. The image center is so detailed and aesthetic, definitely will be taking some notes for my own home decor! The rooms are even more stunning, good energy through out the place. I was seated and welcomed by my favorite nurse Kara. I feel like I asked a million questions but she was such a good listener and gave great feedback. Needles can be a bit scary but I promise I didnt feel a single thing! The numbing creme is also such a thoughtful touch! Karas attitude was very soothing and reassuring that Im in the best hands. I had my cheeks, chin and jawline injected so let me just say WOWW! The techniques they provide at the image center are phenomenal! I love how I look, I feel so much more confident and beautiful and its a huge thanks to all the staff at the image center. I will be returning very soon for more treatments :)

Well I’m surprised there are so many good reviews. I have been getting fillers for 10 years now and just moved to HB a few months ago and was looking for a new place to get my fillers. I went to the image center in HB and have never been disappointed like this before. Results are hardly anything compared to what I usually get. Not sure if it was the product or the way applied or what but I will never go back. What a rip off! Still looking...Update: was invited back for a touch up and and very pleased with the concern over my happiness with my results. Got a touch up and will post if I receive the same results but feel confident I will get better results this time.

If you’ve ever thought getting any cosmetics done or even a facial done this place is the best everyone is so nice and they make you feel so comfortable, they are always covid compliant with temperature checks to screening questions and sanitizer. I’ve gotten hydrafacial and their emsculpt but never gotten fillers before until today, I was literally so nervous but the process ended up being so smooth and easy, I got my smile lines done by nurse Sue she did amazing and answered any questions I had. Oh and they also have great skin care! Definitely coming back I’m addicted!

I have always been super scared to get lip fillers but it has always been something I wanted to do since my lips are so small. I finally decided to do it and I am so glad I chose this place to do it! I got nurse Claire and she was so friendly and talked me through the entire thing. I am going back for a second syringe because I love them. Definitely would recommend, I did not get any bruising or bleeding.

Rating it with one star due to their lack on keeping schedule appointments. This happened with my over the phone consultation and now with my post op. I recently got my breast augmentation last week, and was given instructions stating I would have a phone consultation within 7 days. I was kinda upset due to wanting it in person instead of over the phone, but they stated it was over the phone due to minimizing patients due to COVID-19. I called back 3 days later asking for a sooner appointment due to questions and concerns. They rescheduled it within 4 days after my breast augmentation. I never received a call or follow up. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 5 years and our post op patients were always a priority especially if they had concerns! And especially if they recently received surgery, wouldn’t they want to know how the incision looks? They always prioritize influencers. I just seen their Instagram a influencer going in for her 6 month post op???? We pay the same amount of money or probably more. Why can’t I get the same respect ??? I’ve referred several family members and friends to the Image Center. So unprofessional!

This place used to be 5 stars when Joanna worked here, but it’s become very shady. They’ve replaced experienced nurses with nurses fresh out of school, and it shows in their work. Claire messed up my injections pretty badly. I’ve been doing them for years and have never had this bad of an experience. The pricing is not transparent so don’t bother with the promos, and the office is disorganized, with brand new staff who never know what’s going on. They are expanding too quickly in my opinion, while letting patient care and safety fall to the wayside. During COVID they were letting patients in not wearing masks, were not disinfecting iPads after patients used them, and had no available hand sanitizer unless you want to purchase some. They had me numb myself from the main jar of numbing cream, which felt SO gross to just sit there in the lobby holding an open jar of cream product in my lap for 30 minutes. I wonder how many other people have sat here breathing over this same jar, like... this cannot be sanitary. During my most recent appointment, I waited 70 minutes before I was seen. It was super inconvenient to waste that much of the day just waiting around. I have been a customer since the year the Image Center opened, but it’s pretty clear things are going downhill fast. I don’t think I will ever return or recommend it to anyone who cares about their face.

I have been to The Image Center many times for Botox and filler. My my most recent experience was with Claire and wow not one bruise from my lip or mouth filler! I’m so thrilled with my results- more volume but natural- just what I wanted. I highly recommend any of the staff, but if you get Claire your in luck!

The staff and Nurse Angie were super nice and friendly. However, I would give this place 3.5 stars because my lips turned out uneven.. my left side of my lips are bigger then my right side (bottom and top). Noticeable enough where friends have commented on them. That means, I have to drop another $$$$ to fix this.. *sigh...

I’ve never had surgery before but the Image Center made my first experience such a memorable one. I got my BA done recently and I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE. I’m 6 weeks post-op and I felt great even 2 weeks post op. They made such a life-changing decision a really easy and smooth one. They listened and reasoned with my questions/concerns and were there with me throughout this journey. The staff is so friendly and responsive, especially in reminding me of my appointments. Every interaction I’ve had with each staff member has been so impressionable and positive. I recommend this place 1000/10. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I would suggest you to not go there. I havent been treated with respect. They make me wait for 45 minutes, even though there was no people. I suppose to have consultation with doctor. Than woman, that was answering phone calls next to the front desk came in with no introducing herself, speaking quickly, not clear with broken english grammar and heavy accent, would tell me what kind of procedure they have with no clue what would be more appropriate to me.I was driving 1 hour one way for consultation and even didnt have proper consultation with doctor. That was completely lack of respect to my time and unprofessional.

First & foremost I will say the staff is extremely friendly & professional. I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Peter Newen & he is such an amazing & talented doctor. Unfortunately, I didn’t actually meet him until the day of surgery which made me a little nervous, but I knew I was in good hands. I’ve had several friends go to him for breast augmentations so I wasn’t too worried. I am now 2months post op & I’m Loving the results. The nurses & anesthesiologist taking care of me the day of surgery were by far the most hospitable & friendly people I have ever met. Following my surgery I had a post op appointment a week later with nurse Kat I believe? She is such a sweetheart & answered all my questions & concerns. I honestly wouldn’t go to any other doctor ever. Lol

After having two pregnancies I was so ready to have myself back !! & I finally found amazing medical spa I can get everything done same place !!When I walked into this place The front desk gave me the warmest welcome !!nurse Angie gave me my old smile line gone with filler :) I look 10 years younger with Nurse Kat a following Botox !!Love them so much !!Thank u so much for making me not only looking beautiful but feel beautiful!!I recommend 100% this amazing place !!

I’ve come here to get my lip filler twice now and both times I’ve loved how nice they’ve looked! First time with nurse Joanna and second with Angie. I’m hooked! I also got Botox done for the first time with Amber and she was the sweetest. She made me feel really comfortable and answing every questions I had. She was very gentle , I didn’t feel anything. Overall, I am definitely coming back!
