The over and above customer service from Karla, Linda and Andre is something you just never see anymore. Growing up I always feared the dentist. It was a struggle to get me to the dentist for sure. But ever since I discovered Ford Dental group I have literally no discomfort or anxiety about dental work at all! The office is wonderful! It is so clean. I appreciate the snacks, candy, coffee and other beverages offered in their waiting room. I appreciate the light feeling of the office and the staff. Everyone is so nice. SO NICE. Every time I’ve gone in for either major work or just a cleaning, it’s been pretty pleasant. PS- They give you a blanket to stay comfy cozy during your appointment. It’s such a nice touch!

My kids had a cleaning with Karla the other day and got a great report! They actually like going to the dentist! Thank you Dr Ford for the great report and for the referral for braces! And thank you to Linda for helping me with the referral and even calling for me to make a consultation appointment for my oldest son! I really appreciate her going the extra mile!

My experience at Dr. Ford’s Dental Group was excellent. The office was clean and I was greeted by Kristie and Diana. I had X-rays and an appointment with Dr. Safi for a review of my oral health. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Next Karla cleaned my teeth and checked my gum health. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a dental appointment for a cleaning and my schedule is a little challenging, to say the least! Kristie helped me get in to see Karla when my schedule allowed and made the process so easy! She even went the extra mile and made sure my insurance was going to cover it as it hadnt been quite 6 months! Ive had billing nightmares in the past at other offices, but not at Dr Fords office! Kristie really knows her stuff and is always happy to answer any questions I have! Everyone is awesome at Dr Fords office! He really has a great team!

Was a great experience. Very professional and very covid safe. The best part, however, was Judy who did my cleaning. Top notch. Great job and not needless chit chat. Dont know about you but hate being asked questions while someone is cleaning my teeth.

Suffice it to say that I’ve been a patient of dr Ford for 8 years now and I can’t imagine going to any other dentist. I actually tried going to a dentist closer to my house and it was not working out. I’ve always received the best of service and honest assessments of what work needs to be done if any. And all the staff is great but jennifer is my girl! While I was sitting there squirming for no reason other than I was at the dentist which is usually not pleasant in general all things considering, she made it tolerable. And Dr Ford is a class act and loves what he does. And it shows! Highly recommend

Best dentist office I have ever visited. Wish I had found them much sooner

I do not particularly enjoy going to the dentist but I needed a new office due to an insurance change and I found Ford Dental Group. I have had trouble navigating my insurance coverage but when I first called I spoke with Kristie and she helped me understand my coverage. I asked a lot of questions and she was so patient and helpful! I came in for my 1st appointment and felt at ease the minute I walked in. The check in process is seamless and when I got into my room, I was offered a cozy blanket, which I got to take home, and was (can’t believe I’m saying this) pampered at the dentist! When I was through, I was given chapstick, some dental goodies and they offer bottles Voss water, iced coffees and so much more. I was blown away and am so glad I found this office!

Friendly and laid back office. Karla is a great hygienist, she definitely knows which floss to recommend. I thought I was flossing properly and with the right floss but I learned from her that I was using the wrong floss and wasn’t flossing properly. I have seen Dr Ford and Dr Safi and both are great. I have some follow up work that needs to be done and will be going back soon.

I was extremely nervous at first but the moment I walked in the front desk receptionist made me feel very welcome and comfortable . Was very sweet and professional from beginning to end.Michelle was also very professional and fast when doing my X-rays. Overall experience was outstanding , I highly recommend coming here .

Dr. Ford as well as as each and every one of his staff had seemed like they went above and beyond at every step of the way. While I was provided a delightful swagbag and they had quite the accommodating manner, I later found out that their treatment plan was considered “extremely aggressive” after getting a second and third opinion once I was quoted for 9k in work. While yes, there were some extra things I was looking for in my treatment, crowning a large bulk of the teeth in a young individual is hardly necessary and should be a last resort. I appreciated their collective demeanor but I felt taken advantage of upon hearing that.

This Dental Group is simply THE BEST!!! Karla does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. I have been with her for many years. Dr. Jonathan is great and up on all the new technology. The office staff is always helpful and enthusiastic. Dentists dont scare me anymore!

I always value good customer service and when I receive stellar service. I give credit to where it is due. And I do just the same whenever I receive bad customer service. I don’t let it go unnoticed. I’m a paying client after all. It’s just unfortunate that I’m one of the few that received terrible customer service from the billing dept. But before I go any further just want to say thank you to the staff that made my visit worthwhile. The front receptionist/staff (Diana & Michelle) who were both pleasant in the office, received my phone calls and attended to my inquiries in the most PROFESSIONAL and friendly way. Dee was also a great hygienist. She was very personable and took great care of me. Dr.Safi had a great bedside manner and was friendly, so was her assistant :) Also may I note that this dental office has really modern technology (a little on the pricy side) but dental work is definitely up to par so I’m not totally crossing them out. BUT I’m leaving this business a 2 star review because after my dental work and we get to sorting whats owed, the billing dept (Kristie) wasnt exactly the friendliest. Her attitude could use a little tweaking. I would not get into details of what I experienced but let me tell you that they have little to NO patience in addressing and answering billing questions. Snarky would be an understatement.

I wouldn’t trust any other dental office other than Ford Dental. Ford Dental has the most amazing Doctors and the best staff. They are caring and understanding and provide superior service. Linda the office manager goes above and beyond what is expected and we are so grateful to work with her. Thank you Linda and Ford Dental for everything! I highly recommend this place to any new patients. You won’t be disappointed.

Ive been a patient at the Ford Dental Group since the 1980s when Jonathans mom and dad ran the practice. And when they passed the torch, Jonathan picked up right where his folks left off by providing the same quality dentistry. The professionalism of the staff and the quality of the services have always been top notch, and thats why lve been a patient for over 30 years. If l ever move out of the area l think l would be hard pressed to find a dental practice as competent and respected as the Ford Dental Group.

My dentist retired and I was referred to the Ford Dental Group. Let me start by saying I am a baby when it comes to the dentist. The staff at the Ford Dental Group was more that accommodating and super friendly. The staff who worked on a broken crown I had were very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This office is fantastic, I highly recommend them.

We have been going to the Ford Dental Group for over 25+ years. They have always provided excellent service. This last visit was a bit of an emergency and they got me in first thing in the morning to fix a loose crown. This is typical of the type of service they provide.

Dr. Ford was trained on how to put implants in but when something g went wrong— he was clueless and negligent. I felt abandoned by him. I had an oral surgeon remove the implants and as a result issues are on going .. Beware!!!!!!!!

This was my first visit and was a little concerned about a visit during the pandemic. No need to worry - The office was immaculate and I felt extremely safe. Dee was extremely thorough in her cleaning and explained everything that was happening. The front desk staff were friendly and gave me complete information on all charges and fees. Dr. Ford was efficient and welcoming.

At my sons suggestion, I changed dentists to the Ford Group and I am so happy that I did. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I am a senior citizen and they have a fantastic easy pay plan for seniors.

The staff was amazing and extremely nice ! And Dr,England was amazing ! I for one am terrified of the dentist but she was constantly checking to make sure I was okay and she really just had a calming aura. I never make follow up appointments for the dentist cuz I always leave in pain and miserable but I left with a smile on my face and follow up appointments !! Great place. The staff is very friendly. Today was my 1st time there. I felt very welcome big difference from other places. I totally recomend this place. Dr Don gave me a good introduction of himself and explained everything step by step on what he was going to do and what work i need to have done.

I would not recommend him !!! HE worked on my tooth , when i went to a CDA event - I dont have that much money, So I went to CDA in Anaheim to get one tooth fixed. I wait for about 5 hours to get help. He was the dentist to help me. He started to work on my top tooth(that was cracked)That i just want to get fixed(that it), with out tell me .He shaved off my bottom tooth(with out warning).I was not happy.I can hear him tell the student, he was done for the day and want to leave. SO he ruched the work he did on me(that he left sloppy) and ruined my bottom tooth. This is what i get for trying to save some money ,go to a non-profit (CDA) event .Have a bad dentist ruined my teeth. Now I have to go to A REAL Dentist and fix the mistakes he did. Update===> (1/26/2018) Wow I just read what he wrote-just completey rude.
