You will quickly realize this Dentists office has a few scams going on here. I’ve seen it happen with a few people from work and when my boss and I put a call into our insurance Co.to verify , they informed us just how much $$$$ we were getting ripped off for! Beyond rude office staff . I know a lady who has worked there for a very long time . She even confirmed how corrupt they are .

Run away from this place. Bad bad customer service, rude and over charge patients. They never listen to the patients, only need money. They have closed few yelp accounts when they get bad review, so pathetic. You could definitely see the history how many people were upset with this place and how many accounts they have closed so far. How many yelp account are you going to open under this business?. This place should go out of business, so many fraud charges that this office is doing. Be aware before you walk in to this place. I will tell my family and family not to come to this place. Safe your life, money and times to see other good dentist and orthodontist where they are honest to you about works they do and correct charges.An owner of this place name Paula, she just acts like an account manager, she works directly with money going in and out and lie to people. They even lie that this place has changed the owner!! Really!!! same Paula is still there.It was a big mistake for getting braces here, the doctor only come in one day a week (just Tuesday) serious. What kind of service is it? Doesn’t give a flexibility schedule to patients, I have to make my schedule fit with their stupid schedule.My brackets broke for so many times and couldn’t get it fix months later. The wire cut my mouth for months, and couldn’t see an orthodontist when it was an emergency. I had to wait until they have someone available to fix it. No emergency schedule for patients. What a mess with this place. Honestly, if I knew how terrible before hand, I would never come to do any service and let them over charge me.I will report this place to BBB. What a terrible place I ever waste my life and my money here.

Dr Shah and her team are so amazing. I have been seeing the her for 3 years, and I really appreciate the time they take to explain options and costs when dental work is needed. Dr Shah provides proactive recommendations to her patients around teeth grinding, cavities, use of fluoride, and overall care. The new building is beautiful and I was so excited to see that all of her amazing staff. They are great with all ages and gentle enough for all those who fear the dentist.

Great new staff and total remodel of the whole office. Great services and gets me in and out quickly. No blab about unnecessary work but let’s me know what I could do to prevent certain areas from getting worse and what I would need to take care of in the next 6 months. Dr. Shah is incredibly nice, informative, and quick. I’d recommend to friends and family to this office.

This place is truly something else. I first came here about 1 year ago. from the get go they messed up on my treatment. I had to keep going going back for a dentist to fix it or adjust it. every time I went back, I saw a different dentist every time and everyone of them, talked poorly about the previous dentist that had seeing me. they gave me a filling when it should have been a root canal and a crown and they didnt properly clean out the cavity the first time around. they messed up so bad that they started giving me discounts (according to them) on everything I needed. they had to replace the crown because the dentist left an open margin and I was allergic to the silver material. I had to pay an extra $300 on top of the original $750 I had already paid for that crown. I asked why. the answer I got was DO YOU WANT A DISCOUNT ON TOP OF A DISCOUNT? and they couldnt explain where the $300 difference was coming from. her words exactly were its just different. didnt show me paperwork and I didnt even get a receipt. all I wanted was for someone to break the charges down for me. nobody was able to tell me why I was spending more money on something the previous office manager said it was going to be replaced free of charge. I just saw a new dentist and he told me there is something wrong with an in lay that DENTAL ASSOCIATES OF HUNTINGTON BEACH did. not surprised. terrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gone to this practise 5 times now and each time they take xrays and send me home with antibiotics. This last time this office said their surgeon doesn’t take dental-cal and that I need to make a cash deposit to get my antibiotics. That’s basically bribing me. Also my diagnosis is different each time I go in. I’m starting a law suit for Negligence, Discrimination on behalf of me having HIV. I think the Drs are afraid to operate on me. And by not giving me my antibiotics when my insurance company paid for the general visit. So I’ll through in a pain and suffering charge as well. Anyone that would like to join a class action lawsuit against these “Dentists” with me please hit me up. Im reporting all their licenses to the Dental Association Board of California. I WILL SHUT THIS DUMP DOWN along with getting their careers dismantled.

STAY AWAY!! I dont know what happened to this place. Ive been going there for years along with my friends and family. My last visit I was told that I need two back filling replaced with porcelain?? The female dentist told me that its something my insurance wont cover, but the front office has a good deal for me. I told I couldnt afford anything at the moment and she said that my teeth might break in 6 days or 6 months, but I needed to have this done ASAP.When I got to the front, they told me that I get 50% off the procedure for both teeth. Instead of $1500.00 a tooth, it is going to cost me ONLY $750.00 a tooth!!!I just got a second opinion and the dentist told me that he couldnt find anything wrong with either tooth!!! He said I need a cleaning which I just got from this place.Rip off place and I hope this review helps.

Nice dentist, nice office, but for Christ sake, Ive spent 5k yes 5 thousand dollars at this dentist in a MONTH and Im STILL in pain. They did a bridge and the temporary has now cracked twice and Ive literally been in pain for 2 weeks straight.. I feel like I cant win and though they were more than happy to replace my cracked temporary, its now happened twice and Im beginning to lose a little faith in their abilities to fix my teeth properly...feels like I shouldnt have to go back every 4 days to replace a temporary if it was just done correctly in the first place there would be no issue...NEVER had this much issue with a temporary..Id almost rather go back to how it was before, couldnt eat on that side but at least I wasnt in constant pain and discomfort.

Ive been coming here for a few years now...many cleanings and checkups. And I just had some recent dental work done. The staff is great...courteous and professional. They explain everything. And Dr. Omrani is fabulous. He guides you through the procedures, gives you step by step knowledge of what hes doing, and his techniques are very smooth. If you need a dentist, this is the place you want to be.

This dental office is where the assistant named Janet broke my tooth off in my upper jaw then they refused to take responsibility for it. The owner drives a Ferrari but does not care about his patients. Almost $7,000 in repairs and they wont get away with this. I promise all who they have injured. It hits the fan soon! Dr Shah is going to be put out of business for good.

These people are ruthless rip offs! Even the elderly!!!Here is how their scam works. First they lure you in with their unbelievable low price specials. Then they do an exam and find as many things to do as possible to your teeth. Then they generate this huge print out with unbelievably overpriced itemized charges for all the different things that theyre going do. Then they will try to calm you down because they say they have financing to help you pay for it. They say its 0% interest and everybody gets approved. Now that should be a red flag in itself. Who gives 0% financing unless the person hast excellent credit? The reason they can charge 0% is because they overcharged you massively on the work that they do. They then will take you into a room like a car dealer and try to pressure you into signing. They disguise the outrageous prices they charge by telling you the attractive monthly payment. Everybody acts so nice over there but they are greedy greedy bloody greedy people with no conscience!! You end up in debt for years unnecessarily! They will even pull this scam on elderly people like my mom who was 93 at the time. But I did not fall for their scam thank God.DONT FALL VICTIM!!! They even were ready to put my elderly mother under full sedation when that is extremely dangerous and was unnecessary. These people are bad bad bad people that have no conscience. Stay away from these people. I went to other dentists and got things done for a fraction of the price that they tried to charge. Im talking about 60 to 80% lower prices!!!!

Do not, DO NOT COME HERE!! They are the rudest most inconsiderate staff and dentist I have ever seen.From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was in shock that they actually treat patients the way they treated me. After my X-rays I just couldnt handle how bad my experience was that I just walked out. I ONLY CAME TO GET A CLEANING DONE! I was going to pay out of pocket to get the laughing gas as well because my anxiety is that bad but they didnt care and were trying to find ways to charge me for things I did not need. I came in for a cleaning and I was asked multiple times if I was in pain and what was bothering me. I was so fed up with them and I wish there was enough characters to explain my experience, believe me Ive tried, but theres not. Take my word for it, I didnt even let them touch me after the X-rays. We walked out.Im warning you! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Great decor and great staff at Dental Associates of Huntington Beach. Simply one of the best places to get your dental work done. If you cannot afford treatment they will help you be able to afford it.

The office was clean.comfortable and the receptionists were GREAT. The Dental Assistants go far and behind to make sure you are happy with your visit...

I highly recommend people not to use this dentist. They send SCAM ARTIST out to rob people saying they are dentist at this location. When I called them they said they have nothing to do with them and it was a poor decision that they made years ago with whatever company theyre working with. Them working with scam artists should be a major red flag for everyone, it only shows how desperate they are for business. Save yourself the hassle and look around there is a lot of much cleaner , better looking , honest dentist in the area. You can get a better review of this place on yelp.

Hands down the BEST Dentist Office. My daughter had a huge fear of the dentist, but because of Dr. Shahs as well as her staffs patientce and compassion, Dentist Appointments are no longer a nightmare for this Momma!!!

Just recently Dental Associates of Huntington Beach is under new management. The new staff and fully remodeled office is top notch. They re-designed the office, added new computers and changed the decor. The prices are still super low and super affordablle!

This place is the worst place ever. Runaway. They convinced me to buy crown by $1000 and it broke. They told me the porclin tooth is better than metal but its out of insurrance and will never broke. They mqke a plan for me by $5000 the first day i visit. I called teh insurrance and i discovered the correct prices which went from 5000 to $1300. The first thing ever they think about is money money money and very bqd service to come bqck and pay more. But who ever go there one time will never go back.

Been dealing with them for over a year regarding my daughters orthodontic work. As of today no response, I call and leave messages and no one has returned my call. I talk to someone they say they will call me back they never do. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied. We were dealing with my insurance, my poor daughter is the one suffering, but they dont care, they just ignore your messages and never call you back.

Worst experience I could have. This place is a nightmare. Read the other reviews and run. They messed up my mouth, charged my credit thousands of dollars, left me in pain for weeks, and failed several times to fit a bridge. I have to go somewhere else to fix what they messed up.

Dental Associates of Huntington Beach is defiantly one of the best dentists in HB. After living here for awhile I learned the hard way that good dentists are like finding a needle in a hay stack. Once you find a good dentist its wise to stick with them and never leave. Im never going to leave Dental Associates of Huntington Beach!

After being in so much pain i needed a place to go AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. So i gave this offcie a call and they gladly said youre more than welcome to come in and we will help you I came in waited no longer than 10 mins and was relieved of my pain. Now theyre my main dental office. With courageous staff and wonderful Doctors.

This place is terrible. Rude people at the front desk and I made an appointment. Had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time. They will try to take all of your money.
