Well kept office! The experience was so positive!Nice selection of frames and Al, Eric, Victor, and Denise were so Amazingly helpful! I was delightfully surprised! Fantastic exam as well with Max and then Dr. Wright referred me to an ophthalmologist over a concern about my eye.

The staff is incredibly helpful and handles everything quickly. I feel very comfortable going to this store.

If you need new glasses, this is the place to come. They have a great selection of frames in all styles and price ranges. Much more variety than most eye doctor offices.

Great place. When I called on the phone the lady was very nice and helpful. Then when I came in I got helped right away everything was very fast and easy. They have also fixed a pair of glasses that I didnt get from them for free. Love these guys will be back.

If you are looking for a great eye doctor, go see Dr. Tsai. I have been going to their office for several years. Very thorough from the extensive exam all the way through the selection of frames & lenses. They work within your insurance plan (if you have one) and do not try to up-sell you over what your plan offers. Very friendly office and staff. Highly recommended!!

Needed an appointment. Docs out on vacation so cant get one for 3 weeks...not cool. Going to an eye doctor that doesnt shut down arbitrarily.

This place is amazing I would come down here every year for an eye exam if I could. I was having horrible eye pain and was on vacation the staff got me in right away and made me feel comfortable. The doctor (the most amazing man Ive ever met.) gave me the best care. He even gave me his personal phone number to call him if I had anymore problems. He also went in on his day off just for me to make sure I was doing okay. I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so much for all of your help!!

I have been seeing Dr. Tsai for a few years now. He is excellent! He takes the time to explain everything that he is not only doing, but seeing as he examines you. Answers all questions and is courteous. In previous years I have bounced around to various optometrists, and if feels good to finally have a keeper.The office is very well kept and the staff is excellent and accommodating. On my last visit, they made time to squeeze my daughter in for a quick exam and Dr. Tsai took time to explain to her what they were doing and even educate her in a quick ophthalmology lesson, which she loved!A ++

I have been going to this optometry for last 4 years. I had an eye exam 2 weeks back. Nicole ordered my new lens( not frame) and never made sure I need computer glasses and not reading one. It took almost 10 days to get my glasses back as I wanted to keep the frame and order just lens.. my eyes were still hurting with new lens.( 2nd visit) So I went to the office and talked with Dr. Ivan, he decided to change my prescription without checking or testing everything and asked me to come again when the new lens are ready.( 3rd visit)When I got my new lens, my eyes still were hurting. Frustrated... wrote this review at that time. When they read the review, the doctor called me immediately and he was annoyed about the negative review but never gave me explanation why he is doing trial and error with the patient. we made the 3rd appointment for checking my eyes.(4rth visit) I went to the doctor and this time they checked everything properly and came to conclusion THAT MY LAST YEAR PRESCRIPTION IS STILL GOOD WITH NO CHANGES?????? WHAT???? all they wanted was to sell me new glasses??? so now they ordered new lens again with my last years prescription.(5th visit) They never gave me an invoice of what I was charged with, so I sent email to request for invoice. Doctors wife calls me and says she is hurt with my review!!!!?????? What???? did anyone see how much my eyes were hurting all these days with 3 wrong prescriptions?????I am getting my new glasses finally with the last year prescription.MY conclusion after this experience: they are just a shop trying to sell glasses. DOCTOR does not care or check the patient properly and I highly doubt if he is actually doing his job correctly. Both the doctor and his wife are so rude, no one even apologized for all the inconvenience caused to me. I could have really hurt my eyes if I kept wearing wrong glasses for a year. PLEASE ASK THE DOCTOR TO CHECK TWICE AND GET SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU GET ANY PRESCRIPTION OR DIAGNOSIS.. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They took almost a month to return my glasses with last years prescription finally with a refund.( thanks to my review here)

Dr. Tsai is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. His style makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.
