Dr. Helen Huang and Brenda the optician were so kind and helpful. It was my first time at Target Optical and it was a great experience. The frames they have are so cute. Thank you for being patient with me as I tried on all the pairs!!! Will be back!

I’ve been going to LenCrafters for years. Every visit there would result in a mistake or a delay...never in the timing they advertise. This place was very impressive all around. The glasses selection (mostly latest designer), organized and easy to navigate (wiping things down and glasses should be done more though-lots of fingerprints), and most of all the knowledgeable staff.

Excellent experience. Entire staff was very helpful. Dr. Huang did a great job to get me the glasses that suited me best.

Where do I begin... First off, I am from Texas and was visiting my girlfriend this week from Thursday-Thursday. On Saturday afternoon, we went to Corona del Mar beach and I lost my glasses while swimming. Unfortunately, I had no backup pair and was rendered helpless.I immediately began looking up nearby optometry clinics in hopes of getting an exam and a pair of glasses if possible. I stopped by two other optometry clinics and had no luck. We saw the third option being a Target and I didnt hope for much but called and the front desk lady was very kind and notified me that my insurance was accepted there. With a semblance of hope, we rushed over.Upon entry, the front desk lady asked if I wanted to set up an appointment and I agreed. She said there were none left today but we could reschedule tomorrow. I lost most hope by then and was preparing to thank them for trying when the doctor came up and told the front desk that she could see me! I couldnt believe it!Shortly after, I was seen and completed the examination. I was met with disappointment that I could not get the glasses immediately but it was expected at the same time.After letting the doctor know my situation of being on vacation, she extended her hand out even further! I told her that I had worn contacts in the past and asked if a trial pair would be possible. Sure enough, we were able to go through a contacts exam as well just to be certain. And I was given two trial pairs to hold me off until my glasses could be delivered up to 3 weeks later!Doctor Huang salvaged my vacation out of the kindness of her heart. This vacation was not cheap by any stretch so it would have been a true waste to see blur for the next 5 days. She was extremely nice and helpful and I am eternally grateful!
