The EyeGen Vision Center is definitely a friendly and professional place to do business! Their customer service is excellent and when it came to making my new pair of prescription sunglasses... they far exceeded my expectations! Without question, these are nicest sunglasses I have ever owned!

I was referred to this eye clinic from a friend, who raved about the doctor and the eyewear collection. I havent had an eye exam for over 3 years, so I was very impressed with my experience at EyeGen. Dr. Smith went to great lengths introducing me to contact lenses after several comprehensive eye exams. The staffs were also very patient and personable as I picked out some glasses frames for my next daily pair. I went in for my first ever eye exam. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I was unsure what to expect on my first eye check up, but I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The staff and Dr. Smith kept things light and jovial, but still very informative. The clinic has a bright, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. I will be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

The office was clean with many glasses on display. The staff at EyeGen were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable, professional and had good chairside (bedside) manners. The technology at this office is state of the art. The staff goes over your insurance benefits with you and breaks down the cost of the entire visit before you pay. I left with my vision being at 20/15! I highly recommend this office!

I am in my late 40s and I don’t think I have ever had a more detailed eye exam! One thing I love about Eyegen vision center is when your glasses are ready, they present them on the most beautiful tray ever. I asked Dr. Ana Chang Smith why they did that, not that I was complaining at all :-) And she said because you have just spent your hard earned money on these glasses and they are a piece of jewelry. Everyone deserves them to be displayed on this beautiful piece of art. I love them! I will take my glasses on a beautiful piece of art any day 🤗The staff is truly sweet and overly helpful. They check in every few months to see how I’m doing with my new prescription. Top-notch, all the way and I will never go to a different vision center!

I just picked up my new glasses from EyeGen and I just love them! They were super patient when it came to choosing the right frames. There was such a great selection that it was really a difficult choice. Awful experience. I asked if I could get my prescription after I PAID and am ENTITLED to receive a prescription but Dr. Gregory Smith told me no and that I had to Sign something which is FALSE. You dont have to sign anything and by law they must release your prescription after the exam. I was lied too and taken advantage of because I trusted they were doing the right thing. Avoid this place, head to lenscrafters instead!
