First time going to the dentist in years. I have severe anxiety when I go to the dentist, but everyone at this office made me feel comfortable. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Got a cleaning done. I love that I don’t feel pressured into spending money like other dentist. Their main concern is patient dental health.

Haven’t been to the dentist in over 5years or more because I didn’t have insurance, they made me feel very comfortable and were gentle with me, also they speak Spanish for my bilingual people. All around very lovely staffed and didn’t mind all my questions. Highly recommend

I struggle with anxiety whenever I go to the dentist. I don’t have a great experience with the dentist, but at this Dentistry, everyone makes me feel safe and comfortable. The staff is super attentive. The service was quick and informative. I truly enjoy the service I receive every time I visit here.

I love the ease that comes with this office. Also, I recently went to another dentist in Cypress and they told me extra things that needed to be done on my teeth that were not true. Portal Cypress Family Dentistry will be my forever go to now. They also worked on my sons teeth as his first appointment and were AWESOME to him!

My husband is very happy with the service. They made him feel welcomed and comfortable. He is not an easy patient because gets so nervous but he said the music relaxed him. Also the TV help to focus on it rather than all the drilling noise. Everyone is really nice. Excellent customer service. What I love the most is so close to our house.

Everyone here... the receptionists, Medical Assistants, and doctors are amazing! My only complaint is I needed to meet with the periodontist Dr. Lee regarding a gum graft. I met with him and did the CT. After the CT was done is when I was told he is out of network with my insurance. If I knew that from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere. Now I’m trying to decide if I let him treat me and pay the extra money or if I need to look into finding a periodontist covered on my insurance. But I believe there is a $100 charge to get CT images on a disk, so after all the fees I don’t know what would be cheapest. I work in healthcare, so I understand the pressures of working with insurance and people’s financial restraints. I feel like I should get a refund for the CT and should not have to pay for a copy of my CT to go to someone in network with my insurance. I have no blame towards anyone for this, but I really would like them to help me out here. I feel like they should at least make a disk for me of my CT images without charging me.

The staff and Dr. Reinholtz are so nice. My daughter had anxiety about dentists and they made her feel relaxed (without sedation) lol. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and communicative staff!The doctor that came in this time to administer shots for numbing was great. He let me know what and how he was going to proceed. Some doctors get used to working with children and forget that as an adult I’d like to be 100% informed as to what is happening. I’ve reviewed the dental office before but today is an appreciation review. My 6YO daughter had to get a filling today. Naturally, I was a nervous wreck and did not know what to expect. When I tell you my baby did not feel a thing nor did she shed one tear. I am impressed and appreciative for the level of care and the time committed to my baby. My entire family goes here and we will continue to support this beautiful loving dental office.

We just recently started coming here for my son originally for a dental check up & now for braces. They have been awesome since day 1. As a single mom I never thought I’d be able to afford braces for my son but they made it possible. The office is impeccably clean & they are very thorough with their sanitization of everyone that walks through the door. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Burrows was gentle, professional, informative, honest, considerate- he made sure to give the right amount of medication for my comfort level. He listened to me about my bad experience I had with other dentists. He implemented patient: doctor rapport. Lulu was a sweetheart & the lady at the desk with the glass- I didn’t get her name, but she caring, personable, professional & facilitated my financial needs. The staff were all very kind and attentive to my daughters needs. They were able to keep her calm and at ease which was suprising considering her previous experiences with the dentist. After todays visit, Ive decided to transition our entire family to Portal Cypress Family Dentistry. I especially appreciated the covid safety measures they have in place as Im autoimmune compromised.

Best cleaning Ive have in a while. Not rushed. I love that me and my sons appointments are always on the same day directly after one another. Furthermore, I like the independence they foster between parent and child when the child is being seen. They do a great job with my son who once did not like the dentist due to rough handling at another office.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry and Orthodontics. The office is beautiful and they use the newest technology (Very refreshing). They even have Netflix in all the rooms. The TV is literally above you so you can watch while getting your teeth cleaned or worked on. The patient chairs are cozy enough to fall into an accidental slumber during your visit; the rooms are equipped with TVs that hang above the patients view, which can be, once again, programmed to whatever the patients heart desires.I recently switched dentists, and I have only had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned once and my wisdom teeth removed at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry & Orthodontics. But in those two visits, rest assured that a return to the facility and their services is a must. When a patient first enters the facility, you are greeted by warm hellos by their lovely receptionists/ secretaries. Those first hellos set the tone for my entire visit. First time in there today and LOVED it! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everything very clean and explained to me everything that was being done and a treatment plan!

I could have written a review months back but I wanted to wait until I was done with my treatment plan in case something went wrong. But there is nothing negative to say. The office staff are very pleasant and professional- starting with the front desk ladies, Dr Jonathan Burrow did great (he removed my wisdom teeth- if I would have known it wasn’t painful at all I would of have done it years ago), and the hygienist (sorry I forgot your name) did an awesome job. After not visiting a dentist office for awhile I was so nervous of going into a new office knowing nothing about. But overall I’m so glad I found them, a place where they provided excellent service and prices.

All I can say is this place is great they took amazing care of my daughter explained everything and gave me multiple options for her teeth. The place is spotless they have a cute little kids corner. Highly recommend you to bring your children or even yourself here, the staff will take more than great care of you!

So i was looking for a better dentist after having less than satisfactory experiences at two other dentist offices in the area. I live in a neighborhood right off of Eldridge and i was able to see that a new dental office was being built so i decided to wait and give them a try. After i saw that the office was open for business, i just walked in expecting to make an appointment and to my surprise, they took me right in and started working on my teeth. All of the staff were so fun,friendly and professional. They made me feel like i belonged there, like i was already part of there family. Feeling relaxed and at home, Dr. Gabriela came in and i was immediately impressed how knowledgeable and professional she was. Right away i felt i could trust her and i knew i was in good hands. I am so happy and grateful i tried this place. Most people dont like going to the dentist, i cannot wait till my next appointment!
