Made Ya Smile @ Eldridge Lakes was the best experience ever in my life time at any dentist. They made you feel comfortable during your visit, and they were all very professional. While cleaning my teeth it felt like they gave each tooth the personal love and care as one would to their child. After a 5 year hiatus of not going to a dentist I walked out feeling fresh and with a smile on my face. They did what their known for. Made me smile.

Listen.. 5 years ago I had fillings done and they were sensitive and took days to get use to. I went Thursday to made ya smile and had a filling done I was able to eat on that side immediately with 0 issues. I am still shocked! It was the most easiest, smoothest, relaxing dental experience I’ve ever had.. It was so pleasant that I went out my way to leave this review.. Very professional, and caring.. Ive used several MYS locations and Ive never been disappointed. Routine visits, urgent visits, Invisalign, all have gone smoothly here. Scheduling is easy and they always work with you if a change is needed. Convenient reminders pre-visit help make sure you dont miss your appointment. Staff are all extraordinarily polite and accommodating. No complaints.

I had a procedure done today that was scary, go be honest. And I had to come here just to write that Anita the dental assistant was the kindest, most wonderful person. It’s so important to have staff that are that kind and warm when you deal with places like the dentist. They make a scary situation less so. Thanks Anita :) not everyone treats their customers like you and it’s very much appreciated.

I came in for a cleaning and needed a crown to be placed. Everyone here was very thorough and professional. They took plenty of xray images. The hygienist was good. The dentist went over the procedures and options. Prices were outlined clearly before any procedures were done.

I was going to another Made Ya Smile location for problems with my fillings, and after several unsuccessful visits with them, I came to the Eldridge Lakes location. Dr. Geller and Erica are phenomenal! Dr. Geller identified the issue quickly and fixed my painful fillings that have been treated by another dentist for -months- in just one visit!This dental office is all about comfort! They have massage chairs and even a blanket if you get cold during your appointment. They even offer coffee and water now that covid restrictions have been lifted.Speaking of COVID, they are also very clean! They wipe down the rooms after every patient. They change their gloves frequently and masks in between every patient.This clinic is seriously super awesome; you won’t regret coming here!

They have great deals even though I dont have dental or health insurance. I signed up for their membership which will allow me to get my teeth cleaned more often for like 70 bucks (what I spend on dinner lol) I used to avoid going to the dentist.. only been 5x my entire life, but with this cool membership that payed for itself 1st day, I am able to come more often and feel like Im actually taking care of myself!

New patients beware.Scheduled appointment 4 months ago and the receptionist rescheduled 3 times.One time was due to scheduling conflict and the other two were due to Cov-19.Understandable however they confirmed that they accepted my insurance and then on the day of my appointment 40 minutes before the scheduled time they decided to tell me they do not accept my insurance.Very unprofessional.Scheduling appointments with this very unprepared dentist office is pulling teeth itself.Hope this review helps other new patients.

What an amazing experience in dentistry. I was profoundly impressed and will continue to use Made Ya Smile forever. All the staff seems happy and love their work. Great professional attitudes and their advice as to the dental procedures and future maintenance is spot on. The patients are treated respectfully and appointments are kept timely. I even found that their prices are competitive if not less costly than other clinics in Houston.Very few if any after effects and I can smile again and eat anything I want right away. What a wonderful miracle for someone who was afraid of dentists all my life. Painless and comfortable. I am really impressed with Made Ya Smile Dental. The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional, the girl that took the x-rays was polite and courteous, the hygienist made me feel very comfortable, and the doctor was informative and polite. They start off with the normal x-rays but then do a bunch of extra stuff that I’ve never seen before. They take pictures so they can go over your treatment plan with visuals, they screen for oral cancer, and they don’t present your charges at the front desk. Instead, they take you into a private room which makes for a much more comfortable situation when discussing financing. Overall, great experience. It was my first time going to this dentist and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a new dental office.

First of all, this review for the staffs and the hygienist (Huong Portmann).The staffs here are friendly and nice.The best of all is the hygienist named Huong Portmann. She is one of the best out of the 6 hygienists that I had. She is very knowledgeable and very good of what she does! My cleaning with her was painless every time!Dont take my words for it, ask for her and you will know what I am talking about! Sadly, I didnt like the dentist there though...Yes, it is a little expensive there, but this hygienist will make it worth!THANK YOU VERY MUCH Huong Portmann for showing me the techniques to help preventing bone loss and gum recession.

It was my first time going to the dentist in many many years. I went in for an initial screening, got x-rays done, and even an oral cancer screening done. The staff was super polite and nice. It was one of the best visits I have had in a long time, minus being told I need two crowns lol. But that is what happens when you dont see a dentist regularly. I was super amazed at all the new gadgets they use now. All in all it was a great first experience and look forward to returning.

Can not ask for a better hygienist Jose is the best I ever met. He took his time and even during his lunch time to help me, my swollen gum infection have been under control and Im feeling much much better. Did not expect much from this practice -- the name sounds so unprofessional! -- but gave it a try anyway. WOW was I wrong! Fantastic staff -- wonderful people! My daughters cleaning was done beautifully and they take the time to explain things and talk to you -- no one was in a hurry. We were discussing wisdom teeth too and they answered every question I had and then some. The staff alone is worth going there for. They did an amazing job, we love them!!

Made Ya Smile on Eldridge is a fantastic place! Jose, Karen, Krystal, and Dr. Mannino made my visit comfortable and enjoyable (Ive never said that about a dentist before). They were very professional and personable. I appreciated the way they educated me on what they were doing, what needed to be done, why, about how long it would take, and the cost. Professional, friendly, straightforward, and great service....glad to finally find a home for my dental care in Houston.

I did simply treatment there days ago. After the treatment, my teeth hurts even worse with red and sweeling gum! Whats more, the filling material they actually used was different from the plan. I paid for resin composite. But got silver filling at the end. Lastly, be careful about how much you need to pay. Make sure the insurance coverage in the plan agrees with what insurance actually covers.

Excellent service from all staff. Honest dentist that doesnt make issues up to make money.Cleaning and sealants needed only. I will always continue to use Made Ya Smile! Very happy.

I am a former customer. Each time I visited, I had a different dentist and there were new staff. It felt like a revolving door. Some of the dentists were very professional and I felt did a great job. However, there were others who I felt were swindling me - saying I cavities in need of immediate repair and guilting me when I asked questions. Prior to coming there I hadnt had a cavity in over 20 years. The last visit the dentist and hygienist really scared me saying I had a terrible cavity and that my tooth would split if I didnt get it filled straight away. I had just gotten work done at the last visit and they didnt catch this? It made no sense. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist office and I got a clean bill - no cavities and I havent had any since I made the swtich. My husband didnt have the same experience so maybe it was just the dentists I happened to work with. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. I really believe I wasted time and money on dental work I didnt need because of them.

Both my daughter and I have had work done at Made Ya Smile without incident. I wemt for a routine cleaning this morning. It was awful, painful. I thought I wasnt going to be able to finish. The office manager apologized profusely for my bad experience and agreed a cleaning should not hurt. The hygeineist is temporary, but that still doesnt change my.view that it will be a while before I can summon up the courage to return. The dentist was wonderful and the office managers response was very appropriate.

Very terrible start to what I thought was going to finally be a good dental experience, that was highly recommended by many. Maybe it was just this location. I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment, so I showed up 15 minutes early. When I walked in the young lady looked surprised and asked if she could help me. I told her that I had an appointment. She then says that I was real early, but that she would give me the paper work to fill and hopefully their meeting would finish early. Well I finished my paper work and went to take those to the front desk and waited about 5 minutes and no one showed up. I decided to sit down and wait. Finally, after another 5 minutes, a young man came and sat down at the receptionist desk and didn’t say anything, so I asked him what time my appointment was and he told me 11:00 a.m. Nothing else… So, I informed him that when I called they gave me a 10:45 appointment. Don’t want to go into details, but his answers to my questions were simply open-ended. As I asked him questions he literally treated me in a very hateful and condescending manner. I told him that I researched trying to find a good dentist and that I was not impressed with Made Ya Smile at all. His answer…ok. At that point, I told him that I was going to just leave and continue my search, and he says, “ok”. I left very the office very disappointed. Your employees must work on their customer service skills. Not sure if I should try a different location.

No I had not been to a dentist in years. Scared of past experiences with one most definite. So I thought to try Made Ya Smile. First off I knew I had tooth issues only for them (after x rays) to bring back a pic of what I would look like with dentures. Ok so they wanted to quietly sell me that.Dentist said Id need a root canal for my issue I went in with only to have the file broken off without the instrument on hand to get it out.Not to mention one of the hygienists was talking about a pet professor aborting animals and keeping remains in jars as I was sitting there scared out of my wits.Back to my procedure- dentist had to call someone else to figure out what to about her mess up on me.I also didnt enjoy the dentist hopping from me to attain to other patients- I made the appt for one on one care. I was numbed up before the procedure and the hygienist was surfing Wayfair on the internet.....in the end the dentist said Id need dentures. Ok I have a few problem teeth but not a full mouth yankout.As a person already afraid of a dentist this experience made me feel a dentist doesnt care. I was just another patient the dentist wasnt patient enough to care about- so she sent me on my way.Other locations might be better but this one is a joke. None take the time to be concerned - just another number -Everyone should feel they are the only one treated at the dentist. The dentist should understand that.Coming from me I was sexually violated from a dentist before- hence my apprehension - but to hear from her doing my failed root canal why did I say Id do this is farrrrrrr unprofessional.I was given laughing gas but every word I heard spoken by the dentist and hygienists were not a laughing matter.Thank you for making me feel worse about myself. Sorry I trusted to give you a chance.Thanks for at least not charging me for what you knew you screwed up on.

This was one of the worst dental experiences ever! I would NEVER recommend Chakaki for dental implants. After a 2 hour wait to been seen for the first appointment, she drilled the implant too far and hit a sinus cavity which caused an infection at the implant area. Took off work for a scheduled follow up appointment and Chakaki did not even show up. Its been 5 months and still cannot get ahold of her to fix the problems she created or finish what I paid for!

This particular dentist office does not have the technology to remove plaque or tartar from a patients teeth. They do not have good flouride or whitening treatments either.

I have been going to the MYS for years now and they started it off with a screwup up on my tooth and I have been trying to get it corrected every since I am I paid for the dental work and never got the correction to the bridge that I need now they wont even give me a temporary bridge anymore until my blood pressure goes down in which its always been high.
