The staff is always nice, facility is always clean. Dr. Brown is excellent fixing your smile. It has been nothing but pleasant coming here. Cost was better than a lot of other places and I feel as she gifts you more on your investment. Oh and shes from my home state ++ Mississippi. She has been wonderful in helping me achieve the smile I desire.

I wish, I went with my daughter’s orthodontist.The staff are really nice. My complaint is with dr.brown. I wish, she was there to see her patients when they have their appointments. when the assistant is done with everything, she needs to check to see if everything is done properly before releasing the patients. I believe she is all about the money but not the service.That is the type of service my daughter received by her orthodontist. Her orthodontist didn’t release her till the work was perfect.

However, after visiting Dr. Brown’s Orthodontics Office last week, I would be remiss if I did not write a review about the exceptional service I received during my initial consultation. My braces are off and Im super happy with my new smile! What I enjoy about Dr. Brown and her staff is everything, everyone is extremely friendly and they are great with children. Everyone is extremely professional. I love the that you can get in and get out not a long wait time at all. The office is extremely organized and accommodating to busy schedules of parents, and financially, the practice works with me to afford the care that my child deserves.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for over a year now. From the initial consultation at the recommendation of a friend and now after a year of treatment I have been nothing but pleased with Dr. Brown and her office staff. Wow! What an awesome experience! I brought my daughter Chloe in for a free consultation for braces after Dr. Brown became highly recommended by 2 of my friends. I was pleasantly surprised that we were greeted with warm smiles. We enjoyed Dr. Browns movie theatre while we waited about 10 minutes to be called back. This was a big hit with Chloe and I! Dr. Brown greeted us both with high spirits and made us feel comfortable with her immediately. Dr. Brown and her staff explained everything to us during Chloes visit, presented different options to us and made sure we understood her treatment plan. I have to say, this was a unique appointment because we not only had a professional visit with them but we laughed with each other and felt like friends when we were finished! Chloe and I are looking forward to her up coming appointment next week and we look forward to seeing them again! Dr. Heather Brown Orthodontics office is the most professional yet friendly dental/medical office that Ive ever been in. Everyone is welcoming, happy and looked as if they want to work there. Unbelievable! My 7 year old and I didnt meet a stranger in that office. When Dr. Brown arrived to examine Craig she was just as jovial as the others. Its very rare that you find professionalism, no wait, exceptional customer service, and awesome bed side manner all in one office. I couldnt find anything to complain about and neither could my picky 7 year old son. Lol! He loves that place after 1 visit and cant wait to get back to the massage chair. I absolutely love the team at Dr Heather Brown and the results that I am getting. I had bracers as a teenager and was never satisfied with the results or the experience (at a different orthodontist). So I went in for a consultation after being referred to Dr. Brown by one of my friends whos currently a patient. I felt right at home! This business has some questionably ethical business practices. I set up an appointment for a retainer consultation. They informed me on the phone that it would be $308 for a record collection and various fees for the retainer. But, the consultation was free. I asked them why I couldnt just provide my own records from my dentist since $308 is a very hefty price tag for getting my free records, and they said that Dr. Brown likes to do her own tests, but that the tests were part of the consultation, so the tests were free. But, that should not be confused with the $308 record collection fee. What seems to be happening is that the consultation is free but then they charge you an exorbitant amount of money to collect records to cover the costs associated with consultation (like duplicating already done X-ray panels). This business marketing is disingenuous and very shady to me. If that is not what is happening then the person I spoke to on the phone is not equipped enough to explain the process, which would be another problem. Either way, I ended up deciding not to book for treatment there because I do not abide businesses that behave in this kind of shady manner. If you want to charge for a consult, charge for a consult, dont backdoor it in.

Dr. Heather Browns office is great! The waiting and work areas are inviting, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered, starting with my initial consultation, was courteous, informative, and professional. The office manager, Lauren, walked me step by step through my payment plan answering all of my questions. Dr. Brown performed my procedure quickly and I couldnt be happier with the results. I was initially referred to this office by a friend who is a patient of Dr. Browns. She needed extensive work done on her mouth and dentist after dentist kept giving her the run around with payments and unnecessary dental work. Because she would eventually need braces, she went to Dr. Brown for a consultation. Dr. Brown referred her to a great general dentist who performed the NECESSARY work on her mouth. She then went back to Dr. Brown for her braces and her teeth are now gorgeous! If you or your child is in need of an orthodontist, Dr. Brown is the best!

Dr. Browns Orthodontic Internship has only enforced my decision to become a dentist. With her hands on program, it forces you to take on the role of the Doctor, and think the way she does which is something not all internships offer. Her internship is definitely something I would do again and recommend for anyone interested in dentistry. Since she exposed you to all the different branches of dentistry, you really get to understand what it is you want to do. This internship has definitely been enjoyable thanks to Dr. Brown and her staff.

I was really pleased with my previous orthodontist and was looking for a comparable new orthodontist to continue my treatment after I had relocated. I intended to do a few consults and make a decision, however I was so impressed by Dr Brown and her staff that I began the process to become a patient that same day! Everyone was very friendly and professional and I’m excited to see my new smile!
