My 5 yr old son went over the handlebars of his scooter and knocked 2 of his teeth back - it was 9pm at night. We had never had an appointment with Dr. West before, but he had been strongly recommended by our pediatrician. We called Dr. West at 9:30 at night via his emergency paging service - and received a call back right away. In the middle of the Covid lock down - at 10pm at night (30 min after our call) having never seen my son before - he met us at his office to assess my sons situation. He took x-rays of my sons teeth and let us know he was going to be ok. This level of care no longer exists. With Dr. West it still does. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

With two teenagers in braces, we spend a lot of time in the orthodontist’s office. Dr. West is easy to schedule with, accommodating on unexpected visits and thorough in his care of my kids. He puts the patient’s needs above all others and treats them with a great respect.
