Shopped around to have a dental implant done. I am so glad that I had West Road Dental perform the tooth extraction and replaced with a dental implant. All phases of this processes was done with the professionalism and customer satisfaction I come to expect by having Dr. Lepow and his team as my dentist for many years. They seriously offer complimentary massages while you wait. I never would have thought I would get this kind of treatment at a dental office. I am so happy to have found this place. I made an appointment after not having a dentist for far to long. Every single member of the staff that I met was beyond caring and kind. From the front desk ( Mel and Heather), the assistants and hygienists( Vanessa and Cheyenne) to Dr.C and Kris! At no point during my visit did anyone make me feel ashamed or bad for the state of my teeth, and I was reassured that no matter what they found that they would work with me to get my smile back to where I wanted it. Going to the dentist isn’t a welcome experience for me because I have a not-so-perfect set of teeth. I knew I will have to spend a long time in the dentist’s chair but my recent visit was a breeze. My experience here was absolutely amazing and warm. As an 18 year old booking my own appointment for the first time by myself they were extremely patient and empathetic. They walked me through everything in a way I could understand. I was assisted with understanding my own insurance, procedures, and my dental plan. I worked with Dr Cavazos, Jaquata, megan, erin, heather, and two other ladies who were absolutely outstanding.

I live nowhere close to West Road Dental but the quality of customer service from the moment you walk in the door and care from both the hygienist and dentist make the drive worth it. I love coming here because I know the service Im getting is 5 stars. They have weekend appointments and the wait once you get there is always less than 5 minutes. They were even able to refer me elsewhere to get my wisdom teeth removed.

Honestly, we did a last minute appointment and they were ready to get us on the same day. The staff was incredibly helpful. Always on point. They explained everything that was being added and done in great detail. Big shout out to Cheyenne and Vanessa for the great service, conversation and making our first experience amazing. My family has been coming here for years because the staff is so friendly and competent. Ive had cleanings done, cavities filled, crowns put on and they are always ready to get the job done quickly and professionally. Ive been going to West Road Dental for over 10 years and Ive always been very impressed with the quality of their services, and how friendly and accommodating the staff members are. My last visit was a few months ago and Cheyenne was my hygienist. She was awesome!! She was super gentle and very informative. No one really likes going to the dentist, but Cheyenne definitely made it a pleasurable experience!!

I have been going here for over a year now I had a lot of work to be done the staff was always super friendly and understanding of my crazy schedule. Before, during and after all my crazy teeth work I always went back to the same dental hygienists Cheyenne. She always had a smile on and asked how I had been doing and would always inform me of what’s going on and ask how I feel. She made sure I didn’t have any pain and was very gentle and answered any questions I had! Great experience !

Dont fell for this place. It was Lepow Dental before. I had to make sure it is the same people before I wrote my review...And they are... Probably they closed the other one to avoid the lawsuits. What a bunch of professionals...Cannot give -5 stars, so 1 it is... They genuinely dont care... Their focus is solely your money. They broke my friends tooth ( never told her so, another specialist told her ) while making root canal and they rescheduled her many times assuming she will give up coming. They charged insurance full for this botched operation. And nearly after 3 years, they did not put a crown yet on her tooth in 2017. Jonathan from Lepow called last time on February 2017 and told he will personally take care of it... in 2018 no call... While been there waiting, I have seen 2 incidents, patients fillings have fallen and they were trying to complain to receptionist...What an unprofessional disturbing place...Do yourself a favor, Avoid at all cost...

I recently had a cleaning plus 2 crowns done at West Road Dental and felt as though my experience warranted a review. Dr. Cavazos and Ronnie made me feel at ease when they did the procedures. I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months and have been a patient for about 8 years. Had my teeth cleaned by 6 different hygienists and All have done a great job and spent 40-45 minutes cleaning on every visit. Im very lucky to have them. On the couple of times I needed more than a cleaning, Dr. Evan did a great job and kept things comfortable. While cost can be slightly higher than other places, the quality of their work makes it well worth it. Scheduling is wonderful. The wait is always less than 10 minutes, usually 5.

This place try to rip you off, i have a insurance and i have 1 cleaning per year i went here and they did the cleaning them they try to collect $2k... really how is this even possible be aware they will bill you without any regrets and hit your credit...

I did not see a regular dental hygienist before I started going to Cheyenne about a year ago. My mother had gone in for a cleaning and was scheduled with Cheyenne. She knew I was due for a cleaning and told me to call the office immediately and ask to be scheduled with Cheyenne. She could not stop saying how nice Cheyenne was and what a great job she did. I called and asked to be scheduled with Cheyenne and she was right. Cheyenne is amazing. For someone who has a fear of going to the dentist she totally puts me at ease and makes it bearable. Good impression of Doctor Cavasso. Doctor Lepow and Gina are excellent and caring. Other staff do not promptly return phone calls or just seem to ignore or forget your message.The financial person at first seems caring and willing to help.But a incredibly generous and affordable offer promised,after more specific questions to gain clarity, proved to be a temporary short term solution almost like putting a band aide on a broken arm. And spending much more money down the road.I am desperate for some kind of treatment before I will be unable to chew or swallow any food.
