The ladies in the front are very helpful and nice, they have walked me through the whole process. All the staff are friendly, and professional. They also have cool games for the kids to have fun while waiting. Definitely recommending this dental office!

Horrible. I’ve had an appointment schedule for my son’s surgery since the 1st week of July. They had to cancel his appt due to technical difficulties at the office; which is understandable. However, it’s September 8th and I’ve been calling to re-schedule his surgery for weeks on end and NO ONE can get in contact with me to get this taken care of!! Every time I call, they’re quick to transfer me to Eileen, who is over the “surgery” department and she NEVER answers the phone!!!! I have left 3 voicemails and still NO returned calls!!!! Their customer service towards patients is horrible!! No sense of urgency in returning calls. It’s not my fault they had technical difficulties on the day of his appointed surgery date!!!!! And now I’m trying to get this taken care of and I cannot seem to get ANYONE to schedule him again!!!!!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!

I provided my Information for the first appointment, when I arrived I was told that they didnt have my Information and no appointment was scheduled. So I was scheduled for an appointment two weeks later. On the day of the appointment Saturday I was told that they couldnt verify my insurance the day before and my insurance was closed on the weekend. They had to reschedule my grandson again. Never again will I go back. This office is not organized. They should of called me the day prior and not on the day of the appointment.

Took my kids today to their six month check up office was clean they had movies on for the kids to be entertained the staff is friendly and very helpful. The staff is very patient with the kids Jacob & Haxyri did a great job.

This place deserves 0 stars but I have to give a star to leave a review.I called in to work to take my daughter for an emergency visit, meaning I was already not starting the day off right. I left home with no mask because I was already rushing to get my kid help. I went in to the office and the receptionist stated I needed a mask. I was okay with that, I UNDERSTAND the rules and didnt have a problem with wearing my mask. I proceeded to tell the girl that my kids didnt bring one and asked if I could have one. Her response was no we dont have any. I said wait this is a dental place and should have extra mask. Can I please have 2 mask, my kid needs to be seen. She repeated no we dont have any. So I decided they did NOT need my business and left.

Switched my kids over from another “Known” dental clinic to Aquario Dental best dentist decision I’ve made for my kids they have so much patience my Daugther usually gets super nervous about the dentist but they have done a great job at making her feel comfortable.

We have been bringing our boys here for years. They have great dentists. Everyone is friendly. It is great for the kids because they play movies while you wait. They also give them toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss with little toys every time we come. It is a n iui ce office. But, be prepared to wait because they stay busy.

We visited this place on January 27, the wait was fairly decent and we were majorly entertained by the movies. The staff were polite and courteous. I was attended by Edgar, and I couldn’t possibly have received better treatment all the while having a down to earth conversation.

This dental office feels like home from the staff, to the way they start conversations they actually want to have and the patience from beginning to end. I love this for all families with little ones there is a Taco Bell across the street if anyone is hungry and the movies from their Disney+ is played in the appointment chairs and waiting area. 5 stars for everyone and everything about my visit :) Chantel and Edgar make our visits feel like a visit to a family members home I dont feel rushed or uncomfortable at all.

My dentist appointment trip was awesome 👏🦷I really liked it, Dr. Rodriguez made sure I understood the procedure in detail , made me feel comfortable and relaxed , as a matter of fact I was even falling asleep while root canal was performed, that smooth it was. Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful I really feel that there is a level of Genuine care that I was given ,she was very thorough and felt confident in what she was recommending. I recommend Dr. rodriguez and Aquario Dental (she only works Wednesday, Thursday,Friday). For all children they are absolutely amazing they have TVs 📺 set up In every room very accommodating and professional for the kids. Dr.Rodriguez is wise and knowledgeable she is very sweet , gentle caring and professional will also go out of her way to see patients if they are experiencing severe pain or other serious issues. I would highly recommend her practice to everyone. Prices are very reasonable, even without insurance, and the women doesnt push products or services on clients. If you dont have a dentist, and are looking for a convenient location, Call AQUARIO Dental is the way to go.The experience I have had is always amazing. It begins with the receptionist, she is very nice, kind, and explains well the treatments I need and helps me get future visits set up and reminds me as well. Doctor Rodriguez is very careful when she is doing her check ups and treatments, she is very nice, and makes me feel comfortable treating my teeth.The dental assistants are very nice and polite and friendly. The place is very clean and nice, also the hygienist is very good at what he does. I really appreciate Aquario Dental 🦷 and I recommend it to all!

As a teenager, I usually hate going to the dentist however, the staff at Aquario Dental made it bearable for me. I actually got quite a bit of laughter out of the staff and I kept a smile on my face the entire time. I can’t wait until I’m due back for a visit.

Called and scheduled appointments for both my kids at 11. Arrived and asked to wait a short while. Its been an hour and told we have 3 families ahead of us. Whats the point ofscheduling an appointment...... but the staff is great with kids and that outweighs the wait honestly. But extremely long wait times even after being called in

I have a good experienced with Dr.Lopez and Vick the assistant.

My daughter has a temporary filling that should of been taken care of in less than 2 weeks, over a month later I had to call for an appointment because they obviously dont follow up after sending you to endodontist, got an appointment a week later just to be told once I got there that they have to verify insurance and would take another week, again I had to call them back after that week and got another appointment for almost another week to be left a voice-mail that I had to call to reschedule!!😡but if her temporary filling falls off what then? Just go vack to endodontist and have them take care of it and make another appointment once done?? Are these people trained or went to 6month classes because they must think i work around their schedule, and mind you the endodontist is not close by!! Do better in scheduling!!! Not just tons of 3 month yr olds just for the medicaid!

Giving one star because it wont let you chose 0. Do not go here if you are in pain. They do not care. My husband has been in serious pain for a week and they refuse to give him anything to help. They told him to take 2 Tylenol and 2 Advil together. When that didnt work, they called in a stronger antibiotic. Nothing at all for his pain. Not even tramadol. I know there is an opioid epidemic but to let your patient suffer for over a week is horrible and just shows they do not care. He cannot work and just has to suffer until he can get in to see an endodontist.

Dr. Cumbest is amazing my daughter was extremely nervous due to bad experiences in the past with dentists but thanks to yumi and Dr. Cumbest she was relaxed and calm this helped her through her extraction procedures. I highly recommend Aquario dental on wayside.

I have no idea how people rated this place a 5 star must of gotten a discount or paid because this location has the worst scheduling and then worst part they scheduled me at 4:30pm just to find out that there was 2 families with 5 kids to be seen each!! You have to work yalls scheduling way better than this, specially during this Covid going on. Awful.

He is calm and reassuring as he discusses and explains what he will do, quickly winning your trust.Previous dentist experiences had been difficult for our five-year-old granddaughter. But Aquario Dental has made a world of difference. There were no tears and when asked about the visit she excitedly proclaimed It was amazing!Finding Aquario Dental was truly a blessing for our family.

They have always been able to work with my kids especially my smallest she has always been scared of her Dental visits and Aquario Dental has been the only Dentist to not send me to Bissonnet to put her to sleep because they cant work with her. They have been patient and understanding with her. I appreciate all their help because now she is not scared of dentist anymore.

I felt I needed to share as I greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness and sweet ways. Nowadays people find even simple courtesy impossible.

Everyone here is so professional and friendly. I have three daughters 18, 10, and 5. The dentist was amazing with all three girls. She found common ground with them and made them feel comfortable. For me that says alot they love there job and actually care about the kids feeling good and comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone, you will not be disappointed!!!

My son did very well during the consultation and procedure thanks to the dentist and his assistants. The work was re-evaluated and I received all the information I needed to make a decision with confidence. I feel very comfortable and trust the oral health of my kids to the dentist (great bedside manner)!
