Went in because of tooth pain and really didnt know what was going to happen. Got looked at by the dentist and was quickly diagnosed. Then Nicole came thru and helped me get the funds needed for all my problems. Super helpful and very nice and calm environment.

I went to this clinic today to get the free x-ray & exam advertised on the sign outsude. My experience was all in all pleasant. Dr Tran explained to me in detail the dental work I need then Nicole explained to me also in detail the cost & all the payment options & plans available to me. Everyone was friendly & courteous.

I am just not impressed to be honest. I am not a patient there however my sister is & after today I won’t be coming here!Every time I come with her , we’re waiting for more than an hour & a half before she is even seen. They literally schedule more than 7 patients at the same time .. We were scheduled for 2 pm along with 10 other patients ( I counted the sign in log) that’s ridiculous. On top of not having enough employees to compensate for the said amount of patients being scheduled.Not to mention the air is almost never working & it is always jammed packed in the lobby DURING COVID! I think they should be a bit more considerate of every ones time! No one wants to be sitting in a dentist office for two hours on a Saturday, people have things to do!They have also messed up twice with my sister’s procedures. Over it.You can find a better place tbh if you are a busy student/ professional etc.

Ms. Debbie is a sweet lady she helped me my husband was scared and she calmed him down. My husband didnt want to be seen but she calmed him down and he is being seen and he is doing fine. Ms. Debbie is a wonderful lady with a loving spirit and soul. I thank God for her being here to help me with my husband.

I been coming here for 3 years, I was done with my ortho payments with in first year since I have a good insurance. They recently told me in order to continue with my ortho treatment I need to start paying 100 dollars a month again for another 8 months to a year or until Im happy! And obviously Im no happy with that! Dr Navarro is very unprofessional! So if you looking for a place to get bracest I do not recommend you this place! Unless you want to pay twice at the beginning of your treatment and at the end of your treatment.

They don’t get any stars! I had to put the lowest for it to post ...This was the worst experience as a first time patient doing an extraction I have ever had.1. They quoted me during a previous free exam one price and when I arrived it was another. After I mentioned that they decided to go back to the original quote.2. I waited over an hour for an appointed extraction3, the dentist showed no empathy telling me not to yell after a pain that occurred that I shouldn’t have felt due to lack of numbness on that tooth that was getting extracted. I told dentist it hurts he was like i know how to do my job and I have to work with him. I never questioned his job.4. I waited for my prescription after the receptionist finished talking to another receptionist that wasn’t relevant to my needs5. They gave me NO after extraction instructions to take care at home6. They showed no empathy7. The anesthesia side effects caused my body to tremble and heart racing as they didn’t check my temperature pulse blood pressure to see where I stood anyway before doing anesthesia.8. They were arguing about how the room wasn’t clean after I was in it9. Also at the front desk they wanted me to pay for service since I was paying out of pocket before I got the extraction I asked why and didn’t get an answer and then the receptionist warned the other lady as she was on the phone to remember to put that person on hold so they can’t hear what’s going on in the office.I was going to return so my daughter couldget braces and formy future dentist needs but I experienced better and will not!

I wish I could leave a half of a star..Just left the office for my first visit 30 mins ago. at My appointment time was 12:00 PM, I arrived at 11:37 A.M. Literally the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a dental office. First off they are super unorganized. After filling out the initial paperwork, I had to ask if they needed my medical clearance from my OBGYN since clearly I’m 7months pregnant and that’s something she should’ve asked for immediately. Anyways, the doctor took me back to a room and put the napkin on my neck then left. After sitting there for about 20 mins she came back and said I needed to fill out more information which was literally what so had already filled out then she just left again. I sat holding the paperwork for another 15 mins till about 12:30. She finally came back and then said she needed to move me to the Ortho side. Literally by the time I sat in the chair in the new room she said she needed to move me back to the original room I was just in. I sat another 15 mins until she and another dr came in and she just said what type of cleaning/procedure I needed, they then left again. At this point, this pregnant woman started to get aggravated. The first doctor came back in after about 15 ish minutes and said I needed to sign the consent for the cleaning then left again, so I then sat another 10mins. The 2nd doctor and a dental assistant came in at exactly 1:01 P.M. and she cleaned my teeth which lasted till about 1:17 PM. After that she instructed the dental assistant to floss and polish my teeth which he seemed to either be new or just didn’t quite know exactly how to do things. He did good other than I had to grab the suction and do that part myself because he like completely forgot to suction in between doing so many teeth and I was basically gargling spit in the back of my throat so I just grabbed it and suctioned myself. I left exactly at 1:28 P.M. I was there for almost 2 hours for a simple cleaning.

Please do not consider choosing this facility for your dental needs. They are always greater than 1.5 hours behind on schedule, staff unprofessional and I definitely question their qualifications and experience.This is the worst choice to make for a dentist. Please listen to all the reviews!!!!!!!

Poor service and staff on the Ortho side. Not 1 or 2x but 3x and to think I have 15 months if I hadnt already put my deposit down I would leave and go elsewhere. Lets see how 4th vusumit goes.

Omg I dont even want to give them one star.. the management is the most unprofessional. New employee must have just started and was asking or training for help and manager seemed bothered. Could see and hear gossiping loudly in back. Went later in the day and no one but new trainee was there. Left and came back hours later and still no staff. Called hours later and was told that staff left earlier. Who runs this place? Dont waste your time and money.. inexperienced unprofessional and ghetto.

Hi , I went in today at this dental 🦷 office and the service was excellent!Dr Ali was my Dr . They put me on the laughing gas because I suffer from anxiety when I go see the dentist . I had two fillings done and a cleaning and I got my treatment done with no problem .I will recommend Dr. Ali and the staff. They made me feel very comfortable, the young man the assistant and a lady assistant Ms Debbie I believe is her name . They all treated me very well !Very thankful for this great experience and I will definitely recommend this dental office . 👌

It was my first time visiting this dental clinic and I arrived about an hour earlier. The lady at the reception area took me right away , I didn’t wait much , after I filled out my paperwork , someone was ready to assist me with my X-rays and few minutes later the orthodontist assisted me, everyone was very nice and friendly . I personally had a great experience today . Also , they have high-end technology!!!

Dr. Ali and Ms. Debbie is an outstanding team together. The front desk was polite and very healthful the ladies are awesome. The office always is able to get us in for appointments.

I got there 10 mins early for my appt that the lady on the phone insisted was the only day of the week that the Dr who accepts my insurance would be there. I filled out all the paperwork and waited in the lobby while uncomfortably listening to the manager at the front desk argue with another worker.After 20 mins of waiting, a different front desk woman called me up to tell me the Dr that accepts my insurance isnt there on Sundays and will be on Tuesday. Ill be going back on Tuesday and, hopefully, Ill have a better experience. Wish me luck...

Very Very Very Very Slow. I done paid twice with my insurance and two deposit because I miss a couple months due to me having COVID!! They don’t call to remind you about appointments, staff plays around too much. They keep you waiting forever. I should have went somewhere eles for my braces

The staff is friendly and made sure I was ok after getting all my damage teeth pull. , so I could get dentures. The Best Doctor to go to is Dr Patel, he is gentle and make sure you are ok during the procedures. I made a mistake going back to get some more teeth pull on a different day, that Dr Patel is not there on certain day..That doctor was rushing pulling my teeth, rough, did not make sure I was not in pain, he keep going when I holler and said I can feel everything. When I got home I was in some much pain I was shacking. After the swelling went down I noticed one of my tooth was not completely pull out, he left chip of it in my gum. I called cool Dental back they told me to come back in Sunday. I almost did not go back. I saw a different doctor his name is Dr Patel. He took out my painful chip tooth that were left behind with no pain. I will only keep going back to see Dr Patel. He is a Awesome Doctor!!!I went back to see Dr Patel he pulled 5 teeth from my top with no problem. I was not nervous and I did not holler like I did with the last dentist. Dr Patel and Ms Debbie was so compassionate and gentle though the whole process.. I wish Dr Patel had his own office he is a Good man Indeed.

One star is even to much to give this place. They close at 6pm and made my 3 kids appointments at 6pm. This is and was very unprofessional who makes appointments the minute they close. We got there signed in our 3 kids and waited over an hour it was 7:15 by this time. One mom and 2 kids already walked out and still had 2 people in front of us. Every time we asked how long it would be they said they will be called back in 5 mins still nothing and the other 2 patients were also still waiting. We finally walked out will be getting my kids a different dentist.

The first time I came to this place I had a horrible experience. I decided to give this place a second chance and I was very impressed with their new management. They work faster and are more understanding. I recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonable prices and great customer service.

If I could give a flat 0 I would. Do not come here for braces. They have 4 rotating doctors. You’ll never get the same doctor. How is a doctor suppose to know the improvements? And they only have 2 days out the whole month for braces. If you miss appt for a emergency you will still be forced to pay the month of no work.

NEVER been to a dentist office like this time. they have a great sense of humor its a very welcoming office. Merilin helped my mom with translating since i had to leave early for an emergency, we will for sure we coming back again i highly recommend to come

I was going to leave a good review until I saw the ladies laughing and talking about me. Another thing is that I had nothing done, and I was charged $25 in order to receive my prescription. Ive never been to a clinic where I had to pay the office just for them to hand me my prescription. Also, whoever explained to me about the $25 tried to frighten me into getting the treatment done.

I had a 930 am appointment for January 31,2019 which I went the day prior to make sure everything was in place. Arrived 20 minutes early was put in a room and left there for 2 plus hours. I just decided to leave but to make things worse is that I prepaid and could not get refunded. The office manager called and asked me to come back I laughed. The lady who excepts the payments was so rude and misinformed she thought I was a new patient. Wow. This was one of if not the worst dental experience I’ve ever experienced at dental office. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has company paid insurance

I came in after weeks of pain in my jaw. The dentist and all the staff were so nice and comforting. The worked with me on the payment and helped me almost immediately. The dentist was so patient. I definitly would come back if I ever had the same problem as before.

I knew this place was shady from the get go. I got hung up on trying to set up a consultation for a Saturday that they even offered to me. The lady was all over the place on the phone. Tried calling again with just a busy signal. On the Friday right before the Saturday they called me back asking if I could wait till the next Saturday to come in. When we spoke with the orthodontist, I was so relieved. Ive had bad experiences with other dentists, and He was very nice and worked with me to start a plan to get my daughters teeth fixed up for braces. Told me to get her set up for extractions of her baby molars that havent yet came out. When I did, they called me the day before while I was at work and the lady left a voice mail to call back. The next morning, I called and they said they just were confirming the appointment. We arrive that afternoon, only to have waisted our time. Lied to me about why they canceled. Saying the doctor called in sick that morning, and that they tried to call the day before to reschedule. Apparently they are physic and knew the doctor would call in sick the day before. All while Im missing work for nothing.Today, we finally get ready to get started by doing what the orthodontist told us to do first. And I get scolded because of the damage that is done to her front teeth because her eye teeth in her gums. Accusing me of not caring for my kid correctly, and talked to like I was dumb. They seriously asked me if I cared about my daughters teeth. Obviously, because I was there doing what the ortho told me to do. I stormed out with my daughter and will never go back. I really wish I would have looked at the reviews about this place, and now Im concerned about what this sorry excuse for a dentist will do with my signed papers for her extractions they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT GO HERE. My sister had her tooth extracted today and she came home crying and shaking. She had a terrible experience. She has had a tooth extraction before and it felt nothing like this. She was raising her hand while DR. AMIN was working on her to let him know she was in pain and he did not stop! After he was done she was telling him how she felt and he was literally laughing at her.super unprofessional. I took pictures of the stitching in her mouth and it looks terrible.

I truly truly cant stand going to the dentist but this place had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was great and Adelicia was amazing. She was realling to explain everything and made the experience less stressful and was very easy to talk to.

I hardly.... if ever give 1 star reviews but this place scammed us so bad I have to warn you. They are committing fraud in broad daylight. This review might not stop you from using their services so just a heads up please do not take them for their word. Always get everything in writing before you pay them. Also never pay them cash because when your teeth start hurting or God forbid your teeth fall off then you cannot dispute it with them. They are super kind to your face and will smile and talk politely but they just want your money. I wish I could warn you before your horrible experience with them happens but unfortunately some of you will be victims and read this review afterwards. I wish I read all the legitimate reviews because a lot of the five star reviews are from employees since I recognize the names. But regardless these are crooks managing this location.
