The nurses were very unprofessional. I asked to see/have my teeth after they were done with my extraction. But she said they dont do that, they get rid of them. I again told her I would like to see them. Again I was told no. I didnt understand why I could have or see them. My husband called after the procedure about getting them back and was told they got rid of them. Very highly upset that they are not putting their patient first, and patients requests to see something so simple. Never going back to this place

I went in for wisdom tooth extraction with no insurance. They treated me well and reasonable rates. All staff are wonderful people who put the patient first. I highly recommend Ideal Dental for all dental needs.

My experience has been great here. They genuinely care about you and I feel that they are acting in the best interest of my oral hygiene long term. My daughter is also a patient here and she loves the dentist. I would highly recommend.

I went to this office two years ago and paid $275 for a half deep clean with dental insurance. I was told I had 4 cavities and quoted around $1k for full cleaning and to have 4 cavities filled. I never went back. I recently went to a new dentist (same insurance) and have ZERO cavities and no need for a deep clean. My coat was significantly lower for the visit and cleaning. So beyond happy I didn’t let this office scam me. Their staff was nice and that’s the only reason for 2 stars.

I needed 4 simple extractions done and I was desperate to find a place that would charge me 1000$ like my original dentist did. They ended up charging me less than 200$ which I was super grateful for and gave me a full breakdown of why the prices were different which I was grateful for as it seemed like my original dentist was trying to rip me off. They allowed me to email all my information to them and set of an quick appointment. During the extraction the wonderful dental assistant and dentist were awesome and helped me with my nerves and listened to me if I had any pain or concerns during the extraction. I forgot their names but I would go back to them again if I ever needed any work done. I forgot to mention the front desk I believe his name is Jesus, hopefully I spelled that correctly but he was awesome helped me whole lot in the beginning. 10/10 experience!

WOW!! I am so impressed with Ideal Dental Crescent. I am one of those people that despises the dentist. My last dentist terrified me so much I hadn’t been back for almost 3 years. Last night I requested an appointment and at 9Am this morning they called and said they had an immediate opening. Both front receptionist were helpful and charming! Jenny who assisted the Doctor listened to my concerns and anxiety about the dentist and did everything to make me comfortable. The Doctor was gentle, and listened when I said I was hurting. Cindy who cleaned my teeth spent the time to really explain to me the science of what is happening in my mouth, and the importance of maintaining my hygiene. She didn’t scold, just gave me the tools for success and said “do what you can do!”.On my first visit I was able to get X-rays, 3 fillings, a cleaning, and a consultation for Invisalign. I can’t thank them enough for how they made this experience for me. I am actually excited to return!

I went here for the first time in July of last year because my insurance changed and they were in network and 5 minutes from my house. I’ve never been told I need to have DEEP cleanings before. The dentist I used to go always said my teeth look good. They said I will need biannual deep cleanings. I left there needing a crown plus a lot more in cavity work done. It was very expensive but I have never been one to question the professionals. Now the crowns were for aesthetic purposes. Someone had bonded my teeth a while back and the bonding had turned brown on the front of the tooth in the front of my mouth. I never had any pain in that tooth before. I have had NOTHING but constant pain with these crowns since I got them. Initially they had not closed on the gaps on my temporary crown which caused a lot of pain, that they partially fixed when I went back in. I have had severe sensitivity since the actual crowns were installed and they knew this and said they would prescribe me more prescription ibuprofen, never did. I then called them back to remind them.. still never called it in. And now, less than a year later, I am in excruciating pain around one of the crowns. I will be going to another dentist to fix whatever went wrong here tomorrow. But, to reiterate the crowns were done for aesthetic reasons. I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS OR PAIN BEFORE I WENT TO THIS PLACE.Update: new dentist said my pain is due to the crowns and I am getting new ones. My insurance will not cover this as it only covers replacement every 5 years so I am having to pay out of pocket (which actually ended up being half of the cost that I paid at ideal dental) I also may need a root canal now. Ideal dental said I need to have Deep cleanings a few times per year. This new dentist said this is not the case. Ideal dental also listed 8 cavities that I need filled. New dentist said this was not true as well.RUN FROM THIS PLACE. They just want your money and the work will be awful for the crazy amount they charge.

Don’t bother! Tried to make an appointment and they 4 days before a Saturday. They never called and never emailed and never left a voicemail to confirm but I was in so much pain I just showed up. They told someone in all that pain to just come back a week later. Screw you too I’ll stay in pain all week sounds great.

I must say that this dental office is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. My family and I have started new care after moving from the Las Vegas area. From the moment I spoke to Julianna just to book they appointment, then to Ashley who is so sweet and punctual, and made things so much easier for my 10 year old who was nervous. The Doctor came in and blew us away with how gentle and informative he was. Explained everything in detail and made sure that things were taken care of and that we had no questions. The Hygienist is also very gentle and informative on any questions. The over all vibe of the office is pleasant and professional. It’s very clean and their COVID protocol that they are doing makes you feel safe and at ease. I really enjoyed my visit at Ideal dental the staff was very friendly, front the front all the way through the back team. From the beginning of the visit I felt taken care of. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. I started my Invisalign A year ago and from day one it has been an horrible experience. They’ve lied pushed back appointments at the last minute multiple times. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

I had the best experience at Ideal Dental, the nurse & doctor Chavda were great & very informative. Had a great cleaning today with Cindy after missing my usual 6 month visit due to COVID. If you want your teeth CLEAN, I would highly recommend her. The dentist was also great at explaining my problem areas using pictures of my teeth to explain and without using any technical language.

If there was .5, then I would have given for sure. My friend had visited them a couple of months back and they didn’t like the service. But I took the risk as I don’t get convinced due to others opinions.I had called them to book my appointment. And, On the day of my appointment, I had even taken leave, called and confirmed my appointment with Ideal, and Informed my insurance that I would be visiting the clinic.After reaching the office, they said to me that my appointment needs to be rescheduled and there was no reason for it. If I have to confirm my appointment within 24 hrs, then it’s the clinics responsibility to reschedule it. Very unprofessional !!!!!!

First time there today......At first I was a little annoyed. I had a 930 appointment got there at 910 and was told to wait in the car until 930. At 930 no call and I was in excruciating pain so I decided to go in. The assistant did put me in a room once I told her I had pain. After that though 6 stars.....Doctor and assistant were very nice and attacked my pain right away, sensing that I terrified, tired, and in pain they gave me instant pain relief and let me sell for about 30 mins which I needed soooo bad. The service is normal dental work not bad at all. However the doctors and assistants made this place stand above others. I would definitely recommend and visit for a good dentist in the energy corridor...

Not I am sorry we are running slightly behind. No saluations or appatent care or bother...I go & wait and wait and wait Approx. 20 minutes AFTER scheduled appt. I go back in and again greeted with the same cold response ...room isnt ready. I explained my appt time etc.. Essentially the response was too bad so sad no ready yet. I cancelled walked out with no fuss from the hostest. With in 2 minutes of my walk out I received a link to write review..MY PLEASURE

All of the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The office is very nice and also very clean. Wait times are reasonable, and TVs on the ceiling are a brilliant idea for a dentists office! They were able to do fillings immediately at my very first appointment instead of scheduling a return visit, which was super convenient. Dr. Nguyen was also so kind and caring. This was actually the first time ever that I had no pain while getting a filling so thats fantastic! I also usually have some trouble breathing while my mouth is propped open like that, but she was fast enough that it wasnt a big deal. Excellent experience overall.

I’ve heard horrendous stories from people that have gotten root canals at other places. I didn’t feel a thing even after the numbness wore off. I’ve never been so anxious to get more work done! So glad I found them!

Dr. Amin, Ashley and Ashford went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Its something about doctors and dentist, that runs my bp up. I know customer service is *supposed* to be a part of any business. But, let me tell you i was raised *old school* and raised mine the same way. And their kids the same way, dont play. My family and i talk about *customer* service all the time. That also include*Manners. Smh. After leaving my dentist of 5 years in another city was scary. After relocating to this area i had to find a dentist(everything new🙏🙏) in my insurance network. Not knowing what to expect from the front desk to the dentist and assistance. 1. Astrid, was very accommodating and didnt make the experience taxing, or excessive. Her partner in cleanliness was detailed & transparent about what to expect. And the Dentist was upfront and patient about explaining my options. And potential risks....Update: I just went back there today February 23rd 2021. And although I did not see Astrid. The staff was as expeditious as ever. I think all the pipes thatve burst around the city, put some pressure on the staff too. They were equally just as friendly as the last time. And relentlessly busy. But I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

There is a office in my area but I honestly do not mind the drive in order to see wonderful ppl. Best Dental Experience that I have ever had!!!

They have lack of communication between their own teams. Im an ortho patient that is supposed to have teeth extraction done the beginning of the year. Even though I asked to get the extraction done with them, I never got any information on the cost or got scheduled. Several months later with consistent follow up but no response from them, I finally got escalation and received the cost info. But when I came back to ask for clarification on the cost, it has been several weeks now with no info. It has been a waste of time.

Please take your dental care to another dental office. This company does not call you back when you call with legitimate issues. I have paid my account in full and still keep getting bills that reflect I owe thousands of dollars. Then the bills keep going up and I am not even getting treatments. Tell me how that is possible? To make matters worse I call and call on a bill they say is 90 days past due. Hmmmmm very interesting....I am past due, so they say, and noone has enough respect or business sense to call back. Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere. I had been a patient, going to the same location since 2011 and can’t seem to get any respect from this company. I don’t like for anyone to play with my money nor my credit and if you go here that is what will happen to you. RUN!

This was my first visit and Ideal Dental definitely lives up to the name. The doctor, hygienist and assistants were fantastic. The administration and front office staff were just as incredible. Everyone made me feel welcomed and were very helpful to me as a new patient. The staff answered all my questions and calmed my anxieties regarding upcoming procedures.The facility was very warm and welcoming, the waiting room was like a little home with a variety of complimentary beverages.Wait was not long at all. As soon as i turned in my paper work, I was called to the back for the doctor. Each room was very clean, inviting and with 2 Tvs for your comfort during the procedures.The equipment and supplies were very high tech and easy to use when directed.I would definitely recommend this office to any and everyone needing dental work.

I had a crown installed today. The best crown I ever had. It fitted perfectly. There was no need to trim or modify. It is perfect! Dr and Hygienist both done a great job. They are very careful and work really really carefully by paying attention to every single detail for a perfect crown installation. I am talking about both cases, preparation and installation.I will go soon for my second crown.

They are making the transition very smooth for existing clients.I came in for my 3 month cleaning, and I must say that I was very impressed with Dr. Price and her assistant, Quinton. I had to go to this location to do some impressions for my Invisalign treatment. My current dentist doesn’t have the same advanced technology this place has. So I was recommended to go here for this particular service.My appointment was at 9am. Due to Covid 19 safety procedures I had to wait in my car and they called me in and the receptionist opened the door.They were 20 mins behind for my appointment. I personally am not a fan of having to wait when I have a confirmed appointment time but I also understand things happen that can mess up a schedule. So I won’t hold that against them.
