The dentist was very nice, thoughtful and supportive. Her assistant was very professional. The staff are extremely nice. Jefferson dental really rescued me today even though the bridge that came loose was installed by them three years. Thank you.

Wow! I actually enjoyed my dental visit. Walked in because my tooth was hurting and they were able to see me with no appointment. I was even able to take care of my tooth the same day. I was really nervous because of the pain and the fear of high pricing but Dr. Kirani made me super comfortable and Junior their manager made it affordable for my budget. I am still amazed at how fast and painless, yes painless, this process was. Definitely recommending Jefferson Dental to my friends and family, 10 Stars!!

While watching TV, I saw the Jefferson Dental commercial, very impressive. The next day, I had to see if they were in my dental network. I then made an appointment. They were though with acquiring your information and x-raying your teeth. Quiet and caring. I felt very comfortable. I will be back.

Poor office management at this location.This is the 3rd time my elderly grandmother has been turned away on a day she scheduled an appointment for. Her last appointment was canceled by the office (1 hour before the appointment). They told her the appointment is rescheduled for today, we get there and they tell her they dont have an appointment for her.Its ridiculous how unorganized their office/receptionist are.I would not advise anyone to go to this location. If your insurance only takes Jefferson, I would try out another location and avoid the Telephone one. The Dentist are good but youll be pulling your hair out with their office.I understand that errors happen but this is too much. Its frustrating to see my elderly grandmother upset over someone elses errors, multiple errors. Not sure what needs to happen but management needs to pull the office staff together and try to find a solution to all these miscommunication issues.

Wonderful wonderful staff. They always greet me and my son so kindly. Very helpful with questions. And they helped make my son feel more comfortable even though he’s a bit fussy. Me and my family I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location and this dentist

Great experience! Ana and Susana were so sweet. Dr. Kim was direct and courteous. If you dont have dental insurance, this is definitely a good place to go. Ive had problems with chain dentists in the past, charging hidden, wild fees. Not here, though! They were very direct and up-front about the cost, which is always rare and wonderful in healthcare.

This Office is always great! The staff and the dentist are very attentive to your needs and concerns. I cant comment on who they have answering their 800 number online. There was so much confusion with them. They told me they had no availability until next week. I called the office directly and they saw me right away. Thank you staff at Telephone Rd! WOW! This place is awesome!!! I didnt have an appointment and my tooth was killing me. Walked in, I was tended to right away. Dr. Kim was amazing with my extraction, I didnt feel any pain. Angela the assistant in the back made me feel super comfortable and Junior the manager hooked me up with their discount plan. I have had a LOT of work done over the years and this has been hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had! Ana and Jr. were both super nice and helpful. They were very straight forward and honest and didnt try to sell me on anything which was a nice change of pace for sure! The doctors were also very nice, informative and had good chair side manner. Pricing is very reasonable and scheduling is great as theyre open on Saturdays too! I would hands down recommend this office to anyone in need.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to what I needed done and what my insurance covers. The dentist was great at explaining what I needed done, how long it usually takes and eased my fears of having any dental work done. I will be back to have the procedures done and I know I will be in good hands!!!

I’ve been very pleased by the service received at Jefferson Dental on Telephone Road the past year and a half. I love the friendliness and convenient hours. But mainly, I am thankful to have a dentist who I trust will not do work I don’t need, but take care of what I do.I’m updating my review because I took my 93 year old mom here for the first time yesterday. The staff was exceedingly patient, gentle, and kind. The dentist explained in detail all that was happening with my mom’s teeth so I could make the best decision about how to care for her. They even took the time to clean her teeth, even though the appointment was just for an exam.Then they declined payment! They said it was ‘covered’. I’m not sure what they meant except perhaps it was covered with kindness. Thank you Jefferson Dental.

Jefferson dental does not accept my Aetna Medicare insurance. I pay the dentist and send it to Aetna and they reimburse me. So after I paid Jefferson over $1200 for a bridge which I still dont have going on 2 months. Jefferson dental billed Aetna Medicare!!!! Now dont that seems like one of us is doing medicare fraud??? Run Run away from this place. They are only using dental practitioners and insist you just sign for their sloppy work. They send their denture work to a whole different state to work on them and then they reschedule your visit

We had an appointment at 1 30. First they could not find our information in the system, then we waited one hour till I got very inpatient and asked them When we are going in. Lady upfront asked me if we want to reschedule our appointment. I said no. We waited another 20 minutes before they told us we can come in to see the doctor

I have been coming to the Telephone Road location for about nine months now and they are so very accommodating and professional. The entire staff is super amazing and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend. Ask to have Marissa as your nurse..she is so down to earth, comforting and sweet.

Have never liked going to the dentist but the staff here is awesome, Alicia helped me a lot and the rest of the staff also...highly recommend this dentist, they will make you feel at ease, and the work they do is spectacular. If I could give a review higher than 5 stars I definitely would.

Went here for some emergency relief. I had an infection under my wisdom tooth. However, I was given antibiotics that were too weak, and they tried to sell me a slew of other dental procedures without addressing the real issue first. Mind you, this was all after waiting approximately 1.5 hours total to be seen. I ended up very sick from the infection before going to a 2nd dentist who prescribed a stronger antibiotic and had me feeling better in 2 days and seeing an oral surgeon before doing any procedures himself. Would not recommend Jefferson at all.*Edit to update* This should show everyone how terrible they are. Their regional director never even reached out to me.

Had to wait a while before I was called back, appointment at 1:30 got there at one, they called me back at 2:30, took x-rays which took a while the tech had to take about 6 shots on one tooth to get it right, and the mold didn’t do well, I cold tell because the dentist had to drill for a while to reshape it which took a while, dentist didn’t come in until 3:30, didn’t leave the office until 6, the temporary looks ok from the outside, not pasted well on the inside but it’s a temporary, was glad they were open on Saturday, I had a cracked took just before thanksgiving, over all it was ok, need movies or something to entertain while ur looking at the walls waiting on the dentist

People there have attitude didn’t like the service and then they lie to me about the price never again coming there.

The staff and services my children got here are awesome! My concern was with the cleanliness of the waiting area. Their floors were so filthy it looked like that waiting area hadnt been cleaned in weeks, if not MONTHS!! . I noticed kids were playing with toys on a corner and touching all over the floor! Who knows what kind of germs could go on these childrens hands from these dirty floors. As a parent that is a big concern. All I could say is that if youre going to bring your children into this office make sure to bring lots of hand sanitizer or regularly wash their hands if they will be playing with the toys there. Im sure they dont even use Lysol on these at all!! I only gave them 3 stars for the services. If I had to rate the cleanliness of this office they wouldnt even get a star at all...

Just got my extraction performed today I havent been back to this place since 2014 well I went because my root canal molar broke off and I needed to get it extracted i was in so much pain. I have no insurance so I asked what promos they have and they were very helpful and applied the promo they have going on gave me a quote for my examination applied more discounts and overall was a pleasant experience the doctor even tho it was a different dentist from 2014 he was very attentive to me and made sure I wasnt feeling any pain he would see me in pain and while he was attending other pts told his assistant to assist him with dental block to be applied to me. The assistant was great the check in was also nice. Overall great experience since time of walk in. However there was a wait time but understood since I was a worked in extraction did not have an appt.

Ive never felt more disappointed with a dentist office in my life! THE ONLY PERSON WORTH YOUR TIME IS DR ISHAK. EVERYONE ELSE IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I paid for xray exams and extraction and still have not received the X-rays because I was told after that it would be an extra charge to get MY OWN COPY. Totally unprofessional staff and MANAGER. I feel I over paid for the work received. My face was still swollen a whole week after extraction because I think the Dentist hit a nerve or something. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Dr. Ishak and the staff and this location are attentive and caring. My mother is always apprehensive about visiting the dentist and it can be a challenge, at times, treating her. Everyone is always patient with her and Dr. Ishak takes the time to explain the plan of action so as not to overwhelm my mother. We feel fortunate to have Dr. Ishak and her team for all her dental needs.

I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm, arrived at 12:50, and wasnt seen until 2:30, at which point I was told that they dont perform the procedure I need. The staff was courteous, but the overall experience was pointless and frustrating.

I been a patient at for three years at Jefferson and at first they worked well with me they did two root carnals and a bridge it was awesome but I just went back for treatment and they wouldn’t work with me in my payments they said if they split my payments down then I would owe interest and I don’t think that that was fair so I am looking for another dentist office I thought Jefferson was the best but I was wrong

I had my first visit here last Friday with Dr. Angela Ishak (pronounced Isaac). Overall, my visit was very pleasant and I respected how thorough Dr. Ishaks team is. They took 18 x-rays! Pretty impressive. I found this dentist and scheduled my appointment using the ZocDoc app, and the clinic uses all digital records so Dr. Ishak will likely be able to be booked through whatever app you use.Dr. Ishak was able to explain aspects of my care to me effectively and she had a more gentle touch than some dentists I have had in the past. Lastly, I was happy the clinic accepted my BlueCross/BlueShield insurance (although my insurance plan inadequately convers the services I received. Overall, I would recommend this Dentist and will definitely return.With that being said, the main negative complaint that I have is that the wait times are entirely too long! I had to come for a procedure that was split over two-days and both days there was an excessive wait time. The first day (a Friday) my appointment was at 3:30pm and I didnt get to start the procedure until 5:00pm. The second day (a Saturday) my appointment was at 1:00pm and I didnt get to start the procedure until ~3:00pm. Going forward, I know now that Saturday is worst possible day to book an appointment here. I would suggest the beginning of the week.Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ishak as your dentist. The only caveat is that you will need to be mindful of long wait times.

We had gone to Jefferson dental clinic on edgebrook .The staff was very rude .So we looked for another location .We went to Jefferson dental clinic on telephone rd.Alicia was very friendly and professional .Alicia really made us feel comfortable.

Absolutely disappointed by the attitude, I came at 11am, I had appoitment, and they berely could take me in about hour. I can’t understand why medical specialists here think that their work is more important than others. Why I should waste my time sitting in line, because they can’t just organize their workflow. Very unprofessional, disrespectful. I needed to get just quick small repair of my two teeth, I left the office only at 1:45pm.also dont like the quality of work, after filling I feel that surface is rough, the doctor tried to fix it when I asked(!), but couldnt. If surface is not smooth it will cause accumulation of plaque on the tooth. I m sorry that they dont know how to polish teeth after filling.
