I love going to Dr. Nguyen!! The conversation is the best. Everything from vacation spots to home remodeling. She explains everything as the eye examination is going on, she is by far the best Optometrist Ive ever been to!!!

Came with my wife. Clean office. Dr Nguyen was very thorough with our eye exams. Very happy with how we were treated. Definitely my new optometrist!

If you are looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. I actually went to Todays vision for a check up and the optometrist there said my prescription had worsened significantly, which to me was surprising since I had lasik in the past. I went to Dr. Nguyen based on a recommendation from a friend just to verify if the prescription the optometrist from Todays vision was accurate and it wasnt. It turns out my eyes were so dry that it was causing my blurred vision and Im so glad she confirmed this because I wouldve spent like 200$ on a pair of glass with the wrong prescription.She spent so much time with me on my visual exam and was so patient, giving me time to lubricate my eyes, blink, and get comfortable so she could get the most accurate test. There was so much fine tuning and tweaking until we got to a prescription that I felt very comfortable with.She is also so knowledgeable and gave me several alternative suggestions to help with my dry eyes, not just eye drops. Dr. Nguyen really listened to my complaints and took so much care and attention with me. She is incredibly friendly and approachable and it was wonderful experience. Her staff was also friendly and accommodating. I actually drove from inner Houston loop to see her but I guarantee you all, she was totally worth the visit.

Awesome experience!!! Would recommend to anyone. Went in for a small piece of metal that got lodged in my eye. The doctor was very attentive and explained each step of the process as she performed the procedure to remove. Such nice and genuinely caring staff! It great to have a neighborhood doc, when everything seem so commercialized nowadays... What a great experience! Definitely come by to see this doc if you are having concerns with your eye.

I have just had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Nguyen as a new patient, and I am extremely impressed by the level of service I have received. I was in a bit of a time crunch in need of a fast eye exam for DPS, and Dr. Nguyen was completely understanding of my circumstances, and provided above excellent service while being professional and courteous. Dr. Hernandez was soooo knowledgeable in her field. Shes very sharp and accurate when responding to questions and concerns. I totally recommend her service!!!

Just moved to the area and needed an a prescription for a new set of glass. Didnt know where to go so I stopped by Dr. Nguyens office right outside of Target. So glad I did! Shes the nicest and most vigilant eye doc Ive been to. Spent a considerable amount of time making sure she got the prescription right, that there was no discomfort with my current glasses, and even tested contacts on me because I was thinking about starting on them. She was ultimately able to give me an updated script, and I see so much better now! If youre looking for a doc, definitely come in and check her out. You wont be disappointed! I swear, I havent had medical service like this since my pediatrician, 20 years ago.

Best eye exam Ive ever had! Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and very thorough. Her office is very clean and her staff are very nice. If you need an eye exam, come here! Its super easy to make an appointment online and walk-ins are welcomed too. Will definitely come back with my family!

This is my first time in years getting my eyes checked. The office is beautiful the staff was really nice and helpful. I love the area. I was just a little afraid of what the outcome would be. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very friendly and efficient. We came in and both my husband and myself were seen promptly. After our exams we were given multiple options based on our prescription, lifestyle, and budget. She made it very easy for us to feel comfortable. My 3 year old felt left out and Dr. Nguyen took the time to give her a short exam also.

Worst place ever ! Horrible customer care experience. Dont even consider this place, personnel and technical staff including the optometrist are very unprofessional, and lack of appropriate knowledge. Totally dissapointed.

Found Dr. Nguyen online because of the close proximity to our home & she has been fantastic. She is very approachable and really walked us through the check up so myself and my daughter (6) were both very comfortable. Thanks Dr. Nguyen! 🤓

This is going to sound VERY dramatic for it being “just” an optometry office.. BUT. I am certain the world would be a better place if there were more Kelly’s and Ann’s around. My experience was so much more than just them being “good at what they do”. They were BOTH so thorough, knowledgable and helpful and made my whole experience so enjoyable. Im a stickler for customer service and being this surprised / impressed makes me want to shout it from the rooftops.

Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and personable. Ive been having issues with headaches lately and Dr. Nguyen introduced me to multifocal contacts which has been a life changer. The care I received with my insurance and exam is the best customer service I have ever received! I can truly say that Dr. Nguyen will be my eye doctor from now on.

I stopped by on Friday for the grand opening! This office is super clean and adorable. Brand spanking new. Need some groceries? A new bag? Just want to walk around? Her office is conveniently located right at Target. Youll love it.I followed Dr. Nguyen all the way from Meyerland. Shes awesome. I cant tell you enough how great and patient she is. She had the difficult task of helping me with my first contacts. I couldnt have done it without her. She even called me to follow up with me a few days after!For my check up this year, everything went smoothly. Even better, my appointment was on time. I hate whenever I have to wait 30 mins at a doctors office. A++ for Dr. Nguyen.
