I have been to Executive Eye Care three times now. Since my first visit all staff and Dr. Murrell were amazing. They care about their patients and are engaged with you. They do not make you feel like an appointment.

Always positive experiences at Executive Eye Care. Always friendly service. Been that way for 20 plus years even before Dr. Murrell purchased business from Dr. Stolzberg.

Got my prescription filled at Executive Eye Care and after 2 days of use, I had severe headaches and blurriness. I informed them about the issue and they asked that I return to the prescribing doctor to confirm the prescription. I did and was told the prescription was filled wrongly. I came back to Executive Eye and they insisted the prescription is filled correctly so now I am stuck with an unusable pair of $529 glasses. Then they advised that I use the glasses for 2weeks to get used to it. That meant 2weeks of throbbing headaches and blurriness. Very disappointed with the service I got especially considering the high reviews they have.

Dr. Murrell and her staff are great. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Murrell is a great doctor. She is attentive, listens to all your complaints about having to learn to wear progressive glasses (haha) and really cares about her patients.

This is a remarkable establishment that possesses a professional, yet amicable staff that are fully willing and able to work with your specific needs, especially in regards to paying for their services (which expectedly is fairly expensive, with new frames running as high as $400, lenses varying wildly, and depending on your insurance, a co-pay that can be around $50). They do not do financing, but will accept late payment so long as you discuss with them your financial situation. The doctor herself is excellent, knowledgeable, and was quick and direct with her work. She was straight to the point when it came to discussing the health of my eyes with me, and even with a full vision exam, the appointment itself took less than ten minutes. Their selection of frames, though relatively limited in number, was varied in styles and prices. Overall, Executive eye care produces services that stand out from other local offices, and I highly recommend them to any and all that need the assistance of an optometrist.

Pleasant, professional, quick, and detailed with the outcome of my exam and glasses order. I do not have any health issues or specific concerns with my vision, other than normal wear and tear as a result of aging and everyday computer use. I have a generous vision plan, but all-in it was $225 for my new glasses. (Banana republic frame, premium progressive lenses, anti-glare, and normal protective elections)

Exams are thorough and results well explained. Everyone is friendly, professional, and appointments are always on time. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy, too. Theres a good selection of eyewear with a reasonable price range. Always a positive experience overall and although I only (at least at this time) visit one time of year for my exam, its nice to be able to look forward to familiar faces and continuity when it comes to my exams.

I wish I had been offered an opportunity to have my older glasses repaired as the fit was very poor and would slip off my nose in thirty seconds. The glasses were purchased a year ago from Executive Eye Care.I would give the doctor and office manager 5 stars, the optician less as he was then only interested in selling me new glasses.In fairness, I neglected to request the repair as I was just very frustrated with the glasses and didn’t think about the needed repair until I was out of downtown. In the the past, the optician had been helpful whenever I requested a repair or adjustment.

Great experience and was able to learn so much as Jessica took the time to explain the why behind the exam. She was very engaging and knowledgeable with a nice staff as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Murrells for about three years. She is very thorough, confident and competent. I feel very comfortable with her and I believe that because she is a young doctor, she is familiar with all the latest technology. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Both my husband and I see her.

I have recommended Dr. Murrell to a few coworkers. They have been as pleased as I have . My most recent experience was incredible. I have been wearing reading glasses for over a year and Dr Murrell recommended I try multi focal contacts. What a difference. No more cheaters. She recommended that I come back this year to get glasses as spreading the cost would maximize my insurance benefits.

The Dr found a problem that she felt needed to be looked at by an ophthalmologist. She knew who I go to and he was pleased with her being so thorough.

Dr. Murrell is very professional and takes time to explain the condition of your eyes and the possible causes. She, as well as her staff, are all kind and friendly. They also have a great selection of frames. I highly recommend her.

This was the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. She had trouble picking out a prescription for me and the one that I ended up with had an astigmatism in an eye that has never had one. I had to go to a different eye doctor shortly after to get a prescription that I could see out of. She is also very excited to use her fancy equipment, the results of which werent even read correctly. Eye doctors before and after her have all told me the same thing by doing a regular dilation, but I honestly dont know what she was looking at. When I asked her a question about why my eyes are reacting a certain way in every day use, she told me that I would need to go to optometry school to find out. I thought thats what youre here for?Come to find out the recommendation of what she gave me to do for my focusing problem is exactly the opposite of what I need to be doing. And lastly, she is clearly being bought by pharmaceutical sales reps to prescribe medicine.

I would not recommend this office, I have been twice and been disappointed both times. They are not honest about appointments and services.

Other than having a decent location, the staff here was not what I expected. a co worker told me to avoid them, but i didnt have any time to drive out during lunch or weekends so this was my only option.
