I’m over 45 with acute myopia and astigmatism. I have required correct of lenses since the age of five. My horrible vision took a turn for the worse. Not only did my distance vision need correction, but for the last 4 years I have no longer been able to read small either. The best correction My previous eye doctor was able to achieve with soft contact lenses was 20/40 in my right eye and 20/30 in my left and still required 1.5x reading glasses to be worn over my contacts.Dr. Panzer fitted me for new hard contact lenses. The left eye is now for reading and the right eye is now for distance. I now see 20/25 distance and 20/20 for reading.What Dr. Panzer did for me has been life changing! I am eternally grateful….and also…he is not allowed to ever leave his practice.

I needed to be measured for hard lenses and needed to find a doctor that not only has the education, but experienced enough to get the job done correctly. A coworker recommended Dr. Panzer. This clinic is clean and well staffed. Very professional. You cant play with your eyesight.

Dr. Panzer is an very unique , caring , kind , courteous, professional , extremely knowledgeable in his profession , spend good amount of time to explain properly , he will go two step further to assist you...I have a drastic vision change , I was not able to see clearly even with my glasses. I order new prescription glasses with new frame , as I have to wait for a week to get my new glasses. I ask Dr. Panzer that can you help me so that at least I can read. Despite his busy schedule , Dr. took his personal time to cut some lenses so I can read. He is extremely helpful. I wish him all the best..I am extremely happy to give Dr. Panzer five star rating for excellent service. Staff are also very kind & helpful. Service was rendered right on time.

Truly the worst optometrist Ive ever been to. Did not disclose additional costs, clinic was running over an hour behind and we were seen after the time of close without apologies (or updates, until I asked staff for one thirty minutes into the appointment). His focus was on my daughters prior optometrist being wrong and him being right. He did not ask if we had questions, and when I did ask while we were walking out he half-answered with his back to me. He did not address the factors the prior optometrist did with her medical history. He did not provide education on the need to wear the glasses until I asked how often she should wear them (after he said she could, or couldnt... just what a pediatric patient wants to hear! Optional glasses? Yay! Despite the fact we are trying to help with her headaches.. we not including Dr. Panzer, of course).Ive been wearing glasses or contacts for over 20 years. Ive seen several optometrists during that time, and none like this guy.Put your money and time elsewhere. He doesnt need it, or want it. Well, the money part he might but certainly not your time.Delays happen in all clinic settings. Usually, youre updated and an apology is offered. This provider is special.

I went to Dr.Panzer...after going to other eye doctors. Not only did the eye drops he used relieve dryness ... it immediately relieved eye pain. I started crying in his office because I felt better. He is very knowledgable and caring. I thank God for him!

When I did live in Houston before I moved home, Dr. Panzer was the Gold standard of all optometrists in the area period! Highly informative.

Dr. Panzer took the time to really look into the issues with my husbands eyes. After being diagnosed with KC years ago it’s been an extreme struggle. He now sees better than he has in over 5 years!!

Today I walked outside of Dr. Panzer’s office with no double vision. For many years double vision has been a part of my life, Dr. Panzer was able to fit me with a prosthetic lens that has eliminated the distortion and double vision.I thank him and his consultation with my Opthamologist, Dr.Wang. I will highly recommend him for vision correction including double vision.

Great doctor. Panzer always took care of my family and me. Even met us at office after hours to take care of seeming emergency, and we drive about hour to see him.

Highly recommend Dr. Panzer! I have keratoconus, and wear Scleral lenses. Dr. Panzer has the skill and equipment to fit my scleral lenses correctly! If you think you are out of options with your vision, go visit Dr. Panzer!

Dr. Panzer is a caring and knowledgeable individual. I was impressed by his chair side manner and insight into my particular visual impairment, which most optometrists miss unless mentioned otherwise. But I was also equally impressed by his staff. For example, I liked a particular set of frames which were pricey. But the staff were quick to admit they were too small for my face and head size. They found a different set of frames which I loved even more, fit better, (with a better price point), and I went with those! 5/5 all around. Trust this team with your eyes.

Dr. Panzer has been my dads eye doctor for over a year. During the first visit both Dr. Panzer and his staff were very kind and dedicated. My dad is 85 years old and has glaucoma for more than 10 years. My dad has lived in Houston for 3 years. At first I saw another doctor, but they didnt know how to use the apparatus to measure the pressure in my fathers eye without bothering him so much. At the clinic of dr. All Panzer equipment is new and the people who operate it know how to use it. My dad reads like the treatment and the cordial atmosphere since we are going to his appointment. The Mrs. the reception is fantastic. I recommend this doctor for the treatment of your eyes, he is dedicated, clean and good care for people. Thank you very much doctor Panzer
