I had a Halo treatment done here. The staff answered all of my questions prior to my treatment, and they were very helpful. I was really pleased with the results. My skin looks and feels healthier and younger. It’s definitely something I’d recommend trying.

This med spa is incredible. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. It has the newest and latest laser some beauty treatments anywhere in Houston. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always professional and extremely friendly. Today cool sculpting treatment which I had never done before. Elena was amazing! I’ve been going to Ovation since 2017. From the first day I had a consultation, they made me feel important, comfortable, and that my issues were valid. I have liked all the aestheticians I have seen there, but have routinely requested Elena. She is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and always smiling. We always have a great time even when the procedure isn’t exactly comfortable (beauty sometimes comes with a bit of pain!). Elena Frost is phenomenon communicator and educator. I had the best experience with her doing my treatments. Elena did not just do treatments, she explained what will be happening and most important can recommend best treatment for your needs. Elenas soft touch made it pain less and enjoyable. She can perform 40+ treatments on various machines in Ovation Med Spa. I feel very lucky to found such a professional esthetician that cares for her clients. She puts in her time and efforts to make me more beautiful and desirable. I will be following her advice and continue to be a member of her client list for many more years.

Ovation is lacking in doctors and trained professionals. There are some great people here, BUT if you have 50 modalities, you need to be the expert and not push whatever is new. Beware of the “specials”. I gave them several chances to make it right. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews, but I have been to many medspas and this one took me for a serious and expensive ride that I am very regretful for.

I have been a client here for almost 15 years. Ovation is always on top of the newest and best equipment for your med spa needs. I have received hydra facials, skin pen, and other procedures to help with my melasma. Most recently I had laser hair removal with Eva. She is so thorough with her procedures as are all of the technicians. They are also great at recommending the procedures you really need and customize a plan just for you. I have recommended several friends and they all love it too!

Elena is wonderful! I have melasma and some brown spots she has been treating and I see a big difference! They take photos that show the pigmentation and redness that is under the surface. I had pico laser done, and my experience has been wonderful with Elena! I HIGHLY recommend seeking out a consultation with Elena especially if you have pigmentation concerns. I have done Cosmelan chemical peel for pigmentation, and my treatments with Elena have had more visible results!

I was told a price over the phone, later during the assessment I was told it was twice as much, pressure tactics to buy a service I didn’t ask for. Unfortunately I felt like I was misled to get me into the office.

To start, I really did not have any expectations when I went for my consultation. The idea of getting any type of cosmetic treatment has never been anything that I would ever do so the fact that I went for consultation was earth shattering lol. I was expecting to be told that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get anything done so there were no surprises there.The presentation of the services that I was interested in was nicely done, although the consultant really breezed through the information which may be a big deal for someone if they do not have any prior knowledge of what all is involved in getting work done (I am a nurse so I was able to follow along pretty well concerning the science behind the treatments).I was a little disappointed in how the consultant measured me. I thought that it would be a little bit more scientific so to speak. All that was used was some piece of plastic with a concave cutout that was placed on my abdomen that I guess was supposed to give the consultant all the info he needed to come up with how many treatments I would need. He did a few pinches here and there but I was never asked to take my robe off so that he could really assess. I know that they do these consultations all day every day so they probably just know and seeing that I have never gone through one of these consultations before, I am not sure if that is how it is done.I was told that the use of the 3D scanner is reserved for just before the procedure but I think that it would have been nice to use it during the consultation to get a better idea of what the best options would be for you based on the results of the scan. I mean you already have to pay for the consultation so why not?All in all, I probably will not be getting any treatments which is no reflection on them. Its just my own personal thing...remember I never thought I would ever go to one of these places :) but it does not mean that I would not recommend it someone else who would.

I had the laser hair removal. after 6 treatments I saw a significant amount of hair that did not grow back. However I still have to shave. I will probably go back for a few extra treatments. Everyone that works there is extra nice and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have recommended this place to others.

I’ve been here for a BBL and micropen and each time turned out amazing. The staff is so nice and make you feel super comfortable. My skin felt so refreshed and I will be back for more! I would 10/10 recommend coming here !

I discovered Ovation Med Spa because of a Groupon. I am usually skeptical of spas offering their services at such a discounted rate but decided to take advantage of the offer. I purchased a laser hair removal package and was very pleased with my purchase. It was so easy! Each appointment was very fast--I was taken to a treatment room right away and in & out in under 15 minutes. At the end of my package, I was offered additional treatments at a considerable discount. I would definitely recommend Ovation Med Spa to others and would consider going back for other offerings.

The staff lacks listening and comprehension no matter how thorough you are with them. I visited many spas prior to this one and this one was the absolute worst. They are not really experienced in all skin types. Little to no results! I usually get the same type of treatments at all spas I go to but this spa produced no results. Please don’t waste your time going here. There are much better spas that actually deliver on results that are flexible and value you as a client.

I have to believe most of the positive reviews on here are fake. They were all like written 2 years ago? The place is fairly nice but the prices are outrageous!! The service was even worse. Everyone is rude and very short. Even when I tried to schedule an appointment. I had a treatment that wasnt supposed to be painful but boy did it hurt. When I told the person she just blew me off and went at me. Afterwards I had such bad oozing and bruising and they still blew me off. I had to see another doctor to follow up with to help me get better. Avoid at all costs

I went to Ovation for laser hair removal, and while the areas they hit are sparser than before (I would need more treatments for full removal), I found them to be a lot less than thorough. I know that its painful and they want guests to have as little of that as possible, but Id rather have someone make sure to get everything than have to come again. I pointed this out to one staffmember and still felt it wasnt addressed at that appointment. Regardless, staff is very nice and the deals make treatments affordable.

Just got treatment done for my face. I would have gave it 5 stars if I saw results .....but I didnt. I paid 2,400 for what? :( I also emailed to see if there was something I can do if I didnt see results. I got no reply. I wish they did a (not satisfied deal) to help out. Staff is friendly I give them that.

I went in for a Nano Laser Peel and the experience was amazing! The staff was super amazing, I was introduced to everyone there including the owner. I was literally made to feel at home. I had no wait time, I was shown into the room and Maria explained the procedure and off we went. The procedure was painful but I have got to say that the pain was WORTH IT!! My skin is like a babies bottom. Exactly what Maria said would happen, happened! First night I couldnt sleep but thats to be expected and after that you just see your skin start to shed and new skin come in. My experience at Ovation was amazing and I am definitely visiting again, they keep up with the latest treatments so I definitely want to see what else they offer. They took a few years off this 40 some year face!

Ovation Med Spa is the best spa in Houston! They have the top of the line technology, including numerous laser options for whatever your needs may be. Their staff is extremely professional, and very friendly. They’ve done Exilis skin tightening on my face and neck, and I am very happy with the results. I just purchased packages for body contouring, including Exilis and Vanquish, and am excited to get started and see the results. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to other places, but will never go anywhere else now that I’ve been here.

Horrible horrible place ! The Tech and the front office came in my treatment room insisting I only bought a pkg of two treatments over and over making me feel just awful (purchased 3). Then after I started crying when they checked the chart and there it was in black & white: I purchased 3. Then. Instead of saying we are so sorry about that, we were wrong, they told me they couldnt do the treatment because I was upset! Then another person who wasnt in the room came in and told me I was harassing the staff! Unbelievable. Speechless. If there was zero stars I would pick zero.

Putrid did an amazing job with my chemical peel and explaining what the treatment would involve. She took the time to inform me of what types of products would work on my skin and which products are likely causing breakouts. Definitely will be back!

Inflexible policies for customers that are paying a lot of money. I stopped using my monthly membership a few months ago because I wasnt really seeing results. But since I paid every month, on time, for this expensive membership, I wanted to get my treatments regardless. Called to schedule them, after being told they never expire and was informed that I have 2.5 weeks to schedule all of them or I have to start paying for another membership. I asked kindly, can I have until the end of the calendar year? Because I was under the impression a year long membership ended dec 31. I was told no, I needed to have it all done by November 31. They dont care to be flexible or accommodating to customers that are paying a lot of money and paying for memberships!!! I dont understand the inflexible and unfriendly customer service.

I believe in reading Reviews to help make a wise decision. Ovation Med Spa are Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Reasonably priced than other places. Thinking about CoolSculpting? Im very impressed with my results. Other procedure I have done with them are Hair Laser Removal, BBL, Nano, Hydrofacial, and Hormone Therapy. Lori is awesome she will help you schedule your appts. Maria is exceptionally & attentive during your procedures.

This is my favorite spa for rejuvenating skin treatments. Their services bring noticeable and lasting results. My favorite so far has been the Pixel Perfect Peel. The staff is always professional and caring, and I love to have my favorite esthetician Daj work her miracles on me.

Good better than Sona Medspas. Dont trust them they will screw you over if you dont have nothing written or recorded. So make sure to di that before signing and starting any treatments.

I recently had the pixel peel and was very weary of the outcome and if I would ever get another one. After the initial 4 days of redness and flaking, I can say that I love the outcome! I have another one scheduled in November and cant wait to see what treatment #2 will have on my face.The staff at Ovation are always a joy to work with and Daj is by far one of the best aestheticians Ive ever had!

The receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions at the time I set up the appointment. The office is very comfortable, the staff are extremely friendly and accomodating, and I experienced no problems with the treatment. I had the pixel laser treatment, this was my third time and I love the results that I get from it. More even skintone, smaller pores and babysoft skin as well as a fresh look.

I had a referral to have Halo treatment, tried to book for an appointment. Front desk assistant refused if I don’t give out my credit card information over the phone. Snobbish, impolite staff is not good for business.

I was enrolled in Ovations monthly hydrafacial program from Late December 2016 to January 2018. I had a situation with scheduling. Lori at the front desk made very upset and left me feeling embarrassed. I reached out to the person over Lori. Chris was very apologetic and took the time to listen to my frustrating experience . He accommodated me and also for my troubles , I received one of their new salt facial treatment.
