Ideal image is way overpriced in my opinion. I also still have hair in both places I got treated even tho they promise you it will be completely gone. They offer touch ups at a “discounted” rate that is still a ridiculous expensive amount and also changes so you have to wait and see what the price is that day.I will say that I had no issues with the staff or facility itself. Everyone was super friendly and tried to be accommodating. The place is very clean. But overall I guess I was expecting better results.

Hannah was so sweet! Leaving my second laser hair removal appointment I am more excited about the process and results than the first time. The process is simple and quick. If you are on the fence - just do it already!!

I had my routine laser hair treatment today and it went very well. I believe this may be my 5th or 6th visit but I’m not sure.Hannah was a professional and VERY accommodating with the Ice Packs. She gave me the heads up prior to each area she transitioned to, and was patient as I struggled through the sensitive areas. She appears to be a master and easy going about her tasks. I admire the pace at which she completed my treatment areas and I appreciate her for making me feel comfortable.

Vita (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING. Granted, Ive always had such great experiences with the employees of Ideal Image in the Heights since I started going last year. Everyone Ive come into contact with here is great with communication, professionalism and doing their job to the fullest. However, this experience was the best one yet.Vita has such a great spirit and anyone could tell that she enjoys her career role (and if she doesnt, she totally has me fooled). I recently hit my maximum intensity for my Brazilian laser treatments and Ive never used stressed balls in my entire life until then. After a few hits, she would put an ice pack on the area IMMEDIATELY to alleviate any pain I was feeling. I didnt even ask her to do this. She suggested it and man, Im so grateful she did. This was the first time anyone had done that for me. Thought I still felt pain, it wasnt as nearly insufferable as it could have been. But even when the pain got to be too much on certain parts (going further down is so much harder for me) and I told her to stop a few times, she never showed signs of impatience and frustration. She was very understanding and never not once made me feel bad about it.She was very thorough with hitting every spot (and I know she did because trust me, I FELT EVERY single hit). We were having such great conversation, and at one point she even took my mind off everything because she engaged with me so well.I hope I dont sound dramatic, but Vita saved my life. That was obviously very dramatic, but thats how I feel. I was already pretty sensitive down there because my period is literally down the street, and I knew I was in for a ride because of it. However, Vita made the experience so much easier for me with the time and care she took with me and the laughs we shared together. Afterwards, she even wiped the area down. I usually do that myself and I never have a problem with doing so, but its all about the initiative she took with me.Thank you so much, Vita. I really hope to book with you for my next session.Give this woman a raise. She is so kind, considerate and she took great initiative in making accommodations to make this session easier for me. She deserves all good things that life has in store for her. Vita, please continue to have such a vibrant and kind spirit. I hope to see you soon.

My first experience was wonderful, I didnt have to do any shaving for 3 weeks!My second experience was HORRIBLE, I ended up having to shave 2 days later as opposed to my first experience. I am now waiting to hear back from a regional director to find out if I can schedule another appointment or if I will have to wait until the appointment that has been set! My suggestion is that they write in the charts the settings used so that things like this does not happen!

I have had nothing but great service all-round from the staff. I have spoken to the front desk lady at the Heights Location, Sofia, and she was able to help me get my contract extended. Inclusively, walking in to the location, everything is super clean and they make sure you are absolutely comfortable for the services you are to receive, great communication, and very professional. I cant remember the name of the lady I spoke to in the Sugar Land location, but she was very helpful when I had to cancel one of my appointments. She offered all the possible times I could come in. Again, overall great service from Ideal Image.

They had a little trouble getting the machine to stay in place, but that was clearly a design flaw in the machine. Overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience.I am changing my rating as of 5/10/21. I went in to get lip filler done. I was sold a membership specifically to get a discount on the fillers. The already had my medical info on file. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly told that since I had had an anaphylactic response to a medication when I was 15, they couldn’t give me fillers and that that was their standing policy for everyone. At no point on my 30+ minute consultation did they mention this. They wasted at least an hour and a half of my time and the money I had to pay for a sitter for my appointment. This was something that could’ve been taken care of within the first 5 minutes of my consult. I also found out that I could’ve saved over $250 on the previously scheduled procedures if the membership had been mentioned during my consult. I’m paying almost $3k for those procedures and they didn’t even think to mention it. I feel very much deceived and am considering cancelling my up-coming Ultherapy appointment depending how they plan to refund me for the filler debacle. It was also embarrassing and a huge let-down. I had been looking forward to it for a while.

Advisory to anyone that is of dark complexion receiving services. I signed a contract for laser hair removal went for 2 sessions. After the 2nd experienced burning and hyperpigmentation around my lips and chin. Called in asked to speak with RN P.R who completed service to make aware stated I wouldnt return.They do an outstanding job of pressure sales too sign contract but if they faulted in agreement by burning you, you are still responsible for paying full contract. I have no problem with paying for 2 sessions received. Secondly, I incurred additional cost having to go to dermatologist buy expensive products to repair what they did.I asked for all of this to be documented in my chart but seemingly it was not because these theives are now trying to proceed legally to get the remainder of the contract amount.Do Not sign a contractDo Not get services if you are of dark complexion they do not know how to care for our skin.Go to Dr. Foye on Shepherd she knows what to do with dark skin and has the right equipmentNote services not completed recently writing this review as I have been dealing with billing for years stating will pay for sessions received only

AVOID this place, you can definitely found somewhere better to value your money or time. This place is a mess !!No communication effort .I had a virtual appointment on July to get to know more about Cool Sculpting , the patient coordinator was nice and all , she definitely pushed me to finance my treatment( No ID requested) I really wanted to do the treatment asap . She did rushed me to sign all the consents and I asked the availability for my treatment and she said probably by next week. I did accept because I assumed I would be getting it done right away. That is what I signed for and if my appt was one month later , I would still consider it.Two weeks passed and not a single call to schedule my appointment , I emailed the Sales person and she said someone will be calling me soon , NO ONE called and I decided the make the appointment for myself, their only had availability for the END of September( i paid in July ) the lady who took my call seemed annoyed when I mentioned that it was not that what I signed for . If I knew it was going to take that long I would have gone somewhere else. Definitely there is no communication between the treatment coordinator/patient care , management and scheduling whatsoever.I started getting frustrated and had second thoughts on how things were conducted and I called in AUGUST several times to cancel my appointment, NO ONE would pick up my call , I called different days, it would ring and go to voicemail . Finally reading the reviews , saw a lot of clients with the same problem and I found a call center number and the guy did cancel my appointment and kept saying NO refund policy . Are you kidding me ? No one picks up my phone call , I do not get service , canceled way ahead and they still want to keep it ? In addition he mentioned someone named Ashley was going to call me . NEVER RECEIVED A CALL . It has been almost 2 months since I canceled it . Now I am here fighting to get my money back, making payments for services that were promised a week or two after the deal so I do not hurt my credit and I received a random call for the scheduling department to get an appointment when I am still expecting a call from the financing department and he stated again that someone will call me . This is insane. AVOID HEADACHES , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not to mention ,the treatment was not cheap. Please, value peoples money and efforts. Horrible treatment conduction and you guys still think you have the right to keep my money? WOW

I was looking forward to my consultation and not only did I end up with a bad experience, but feeling under appreciated for reaching out and requesting a service. I was on hold for 32 minutes waiting for a consultation. Saying you’re extremely busy is not an excuse when I made an appointment. My time is just as valuable as yours. In the future, value each customer, especially new ones so that they can receive the best service we’re gladly paying.

For many years I dealt with hair growing on my neck and chin. I am bright skin and my hair is jet black so it was very noticeable on me and whenever I would be talking with someone, I always felt they were looking at all the hair on my neck and chin. I would spend hours in my car plucking with my tweezers at all the hairs. I never thought there was a solution. I always just dealt with it. I recently had my very first appointment at Ideal Image and when I tell you its like magic no more hair grows on my neck or chin. I would tell anybody to go to Ideal Image to get treated. It worked for me and I no longer spend all that time plucking away at my face and neck. I definitely feel more confident and sure of myself. Thank you guys for helping me :)

I came to the office to get Ultherapy one week ago. My nurses were all so kind and considerate with this long procedure. My treatment resulting in only a minor amount of swelling that only I could notice. I cant wait to see the full results in the future :)

I had two services , one with Iliana and the other one with Jennifer. Both were very knowledgeable, sweet and made me feel very comfortable. They get 5 stars each. The reason I put 4 is because before booking an appointment in October, someone called me, I had to pay in advance and someone else called me to schedule, and they didnt have anything until December. So I suggest you call, you book it and then pay. And the other reason is that I wanted botox on the bunny lines, as it is my main concern, and for some reason, which I didnt get the explanation, they dont do it.But overall it was good experience and I recommend Iliana and Jennifer.
