Scheduling was very fast and convenient. Due to my car accident I can’t drive the 30mins to the clinic and they were able to accommodate me with a virtual visit. I lost track of time and logged in 20mins past my appointment time. They didn’t cancel and they still saw me, the nurse and doctor was very pleasant and friendly as well. I am very happy with my experience and I’m glad my lawyers sent me here.

Dr. Parish showed great compassion for my wife very thorough ordered all x-rays CT scans to ensure all areas of concern were addressed. Staff was friendly happy to help. Portal was easy to navigate. Xray tech mri tech on point very friendly. Roxy very helpful friendly guided us through the whole process. all in all solid sound facility

Today was my first visit to Texas Regional Clinic. I was greeted by a very well mannered receptionist as I walked in and was able to check in promptly. I arrived early, so while I waited, she even printed out some personal paperwork I needed to take care of. I saw Dr. Sparrow on time. She listened to me and analyzed what I needed to best take care of my situation. Great experience!

I was expecting to have a long wait and be at the doctors office for at least 2 hours given this was my first visit here. To my surprise I was in and out. The staff removed my staples in head, evaluated me, gave me a treatment plan and sent me on my way! Fast, friendly and thorough service.... nurses and doctor are nice people!.... thanks

The Doctor was very patient, understanding, did an excellent exam. He listen to me and informed me of things that will come and he was there to help with pain management and knew when to take other steps to help with my pain. The employees in the front were very nice and understanding of my pain and help try to keep me comfortable while waiting and ask if they can help me with paperwork. I recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to this clinic because of a motor vehicle accident I was involved in. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the décor. So I instantly thought they were compensating for something else, but I was wrong. The reception staff, especially Ms. Cindy Perez, were always kind, courteous, helpful, and mindful of the current situation. They ensured everyone had face coverings, and took the temperature of everyone that come into the office. The nurses and doctors were also very honest and confident in what they spoke of, regarding my personal injuries. I felt very at ease and felt like I was taken care of properly. Thank you TRC!
