Very clean. Made an appointment the same day. I came with my girlfriend. We both have really tight shoulders and necks. Leaving this place I feel so light and like the tension has completely left. It is very elegant around here. Lisa and Frank have such great technique. Lisa did something amazing to my shoulder and I feel no pain in that area anymore. Very hospitable, ambience is very relaxing. Check out this lucky gem. So glad I found this place. Will send my friends to come.

This place is amazing. I keep coming back to this establishment because making appointments with Jessica is easy and she is always friendly and welcoming. And then their massage quality is top notch. They make you feel comfortable. There are no sales pitch/membership bs. You get your massage for full 1-2 hours and you pay (reasonable price).Ive been receiving hot stone massages from Sophia Williams.. and its just incredible. You can feel that she cares about you and the way she massages you is the best. Doesnt feel rushed or anything. The spa is already very relaxing and everything is always perfect here.Ive been in and out of different massage places in Houston for couple of years, and this place is so far my favorite. You should definitely check this place out.

I had the 80 minute combo - foot reflexology and body massage. It was amazing. I had a lot of pain in my back and neck before coming in, and I felt extreme relief after my massage with Alice. She was amazing!! Very reasonable pricing too. This is now going to be my regular spot!

I was introduced the magical talents of Jessica (the owner) when she was working in Katy while building Soul Retreat. Her touch is very firm, yet does not cause soreness. Sessions with her immediately invoke relaxation and energetic rejuvenation...at the same time. Its hard to explain.Especially if you work at a computer and have the stiff hand, arm, neck...she works wonders. And so affordable...you can indulge in extra long sessions. I am thrilled she got Soul Retreat open as it is very close to my house! A neighbor went a few weeks ago and is raving about Franks body massages...so I guess I need to try that next.

I had great time. They are very welcoming. I liked how much they cared about you having any injuries or any problem spots. They wrote everything down and I never had to tell the masseuse frank about it. 30 minutes I noticed frank made sure to stay away from my left knee. The place inside looks great as well.

Soul Retreat is definitely my new go-to spa!I did the 50min massage and added the hot stones and it was very relaxing minus the ending stretches.My masseuse was also very attentive about making sure she wasnt pressing too hard. The only thing is Im a tall girl and my masseuse was short so she had a hard time lifting my left for this stretching thing that she tried to do. Next time when I go back Ill just ask if they can modify the leg-bending and arm-pulling stretches out.The arm-pull stretch was when she got behind me while I was laying flat on my stomach and then she pulled my arms hard until my chest and lower torso were off the table - a bit much for me lol.But I will for SURE be back and just take the stretching out.

We (my wife and I) are visiting this place every 2 weeks now and they are awesome. We are very picky about hygiene and service, but we have the same masseuse every time and they are amazing. The place is very clean and they are really hospitable.Every recommendation for this place.

This was hands down the best massage I have received. Clean and calming environment. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. the massage was reasonably priced and spitted 40 mins on feet and 40 mins on body. The provided service was definitely worth the wait. Word of advice make sure to have an appointment before going there, they are in high demand and I can see why after receiving my massage.
