She did give me suggestions for products to use, but mostly allowed me to zone out while she massaged between masks/products. Already booked my next session. Highly recommend!

We tried a couple massage as our anniversary treat. The place was clean and wonderful, staff are friendly, the massage was excellent. The room temperature are a little too cold and I needed to ask for an extra blanket though. Id love to try other massage option hopefully soon!

This spa gave my fiancé and I a great experience! Booking over the phone was easy and they gave us great instructions on how to get there and park. Parking wise there is free street parking right in front or they have a driveway available as well. They dont have obvious signs from the street but we found it pretty easily. The spa is very cute, clean, and the front desk receptionist was welcoming and professional. Our masseuses did a great job making us feel relaxed and took into account our feedback regarding pressure and which areas needed more attention. Overall a relaxing and stress-free experience!

I had just gotten back to town from a trip abroad and wanted a massage to loosen up after the long plane flight. I found My Spa Joy on google, saw that it was in my neighborhood and that they had a “Traveler’s massage”, and booked right away. I also added a scalp massage because I can’t resist a scalp massage. The treatment did not disappoint! I especially loved the attention to my feet and legs, along with the usual upper back and neck. I will book with My Spa Joy again soon!

My friend and I enjoyed our spa package of facial and massage! Ashley was amazing with the facial and her facial and neck massage was so good. And the full body massage with Elizabeth was so relaxing that I dozed off to sleep! The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Not very impressed with this place. After reading the reviews I thought the couples fusion massage would be awesome, but it was very Meh.1- I didn’t feel any harder deep tissue pressure at all, but I suppose I could have said something about that.2- I have long hair and they told me to put it up, which was very uncomfortable when laying on my back3- When laying face down the head hole had a lot of fabric and made it feel like I was breathing in humidity.4-I don’t know if they were using the wrong kind of lotion or if they just weren’t using enough but there was a lot of skin friction to the point of pinching. My husband confirmed after the same thing was happening to him.Apple Maps took us to the wrong place because they recently moved which made us late to our appointment, but they still gave us the hour, which I appreciate.But overall, probably won’t be going back here.

They just moved into a cute and clean house with charm, and from my initial email requesting a last minute appointment to our services to checking out, we had a lovely experience. My sis in law enjoyed her prenatal massage, and my summer scrub with Morenike was amazing. She is a true professional with years of experience. She told me what to expect, massaged in the scrub that smelled and felt amazing, and was very kind and engaging the whole time. I’ll be back soon!

I had a 1.5 hour prenatal massage (same day appointment) and felt so refreshed and relaxed after it. My therapist worked all the neglected muscles on my neck and lower back with the right amount of pressure - it was wonderful. She kept checking in with me if I was comfortable with the pressure as well. Highly recommended !

I enjoyed the signature facial and since it was my first one in many years, my esthetician, Alexis, did a great job of explaining each of the facial products used. There was even a light neck and shoulder massage included too, and I appreciated the soothing music playing throughout the session. Alexis was professional and friendly but not too chatty which allowed me to zone out and temporarily forget my worries. I left feeling much refreshed and would definitely be back if needing to destress!

This place is great! It’s warm, cozy and extremely quiet place, with a delightful staff! Yesterday was my second time getting a massage there and I had an awesome 1-hour fusion massage! The massage therapist, Jasmine, was very experienced and she listened to everything I conveyed about the aches and pains in my lower back I was experiencing prior to my visit - she addressed them and made the experience that much more effective, but still a very relaxing massage session! Even on the day of our massage and we were looking for parking, meriam (sorry if i spelled that wrong, i think that was her name), called to check on us when it was nearing our appointment time. The staff immediately greeted my husband and I as we walked in. They had also asked if we wanted water, champagne, tea, etc. The aesthetic of the place is very charming and so relaxing. I mean, really - the charm of this place and how they decorated the place is so intentional. The 2 massage therapist that my husband and I had were extremely professional, kind, and so respectful. The massage was amazing. Even the little details they included in the massage left me so impressed. The details, even the small ones they did not miss! Cannot wait to come back.

I loved my experience with My Spa Joy! My boyfriend and I both got the couples fusion massage and left feeling so fuzzy and relaxed. Our massage therapists did a great job making sure we were comfortable and even asked me about my pressure preferences. Right off the bat, let me tell you the experience with staff and at the facility was good. My wife and I went for couples Swedish massage. This was our very first time getting any type of massage and I did convey this to the staff and the masseuse. Everything was good during the appointment, warm welcome and massage was not very relaxing or comfortable but I thought it will relax my body later on. Now a day later, I have extreme soreness in my body at a lot of places and I dont know what to do(googled and applying ice now) . Only instructions given to us post massage was to drink a lot of water, which we did. Over all, the experience was okay but the post affects are just not worth it for me, will not be going to a massage place in future.

Wow, my deep tissue with Irena. I get many massages and shopped for the perfect person. I believe I met my massage soulmate. She connected with my body and made pains go away that I have had since my car accident. She was very professional but still made me feel like family. That is very hard to do in this day in time. I will be ending my memberships with the 2 other places I have and will start going to her. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I can tell you that from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and the young lady greeted me by my name. We did a couples massage. Both massage therapists were great; gave us the pressure that we wanted. The only thing we had an issue with was that we’d have preferred to be next to each other versus on opposite sides of the room.

Magical. Simply Magical. This is the first massage Ive had since 2019. After spending a year avoiding personal contact due to Covid, I celebrated my completion of the vaccine by getting a massage. Irena Willis was my therapist and made me feel so relaxed and confident I felt like I was floating away! I cant say enough about her and all the folks at My Spa Joy. So professional, so caring! I know they talk about the lack of human touch and contact as being a cause of depression and I will tell you, it did wonders for my body and my mood! I will definitely be back!

It had been way too long since my last massage. Everything was very professional at My Spa Joy, and the massage with Irene was great. I had a couple of “problem areas” but really my whole body was a mess. I was asked about pressure to make sure it wasn’t too much during my massage, but I know “no pain, no gain”. Everything seemed very clean and I appreciated the ambiance they had established. My only complaint is parking, but we are in the middle of a very crowded city so I understand the challenge.

I would not use them. I scheduled an appointment with them via text and I was asked to call and make a partial payment. I called immediately and received a text back saying Can I call you back I said yes. I never received a call back, I followed up as two days had past and my appointment was upcoming. They had given my appointment away even though they told me they would reach back out to me. Very unprofessional.
