Tried calling them. Received a dozen promotional messages. Skipped through all of those by pressing pound repeatedly. The IVR asked what I was calling about then directed me to another promotional message that I could not get out of. If I wanted to be spammed by automated messages, Id answer more calls about my car warranty.

Horrible we were given a certain price for laser hair removal and when we signed the contract turns out it was 2k more then the amount we were told. We have tried calling the number provided in the contract as well as ideal image and we have not gotten a response from either of them !! Moral of the story DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM !

I got the laser hair removal on my sideburns and my arms done and it was a TOTAL WAIST OF 5K+!!! I went to all of my treatments and I believe it was my second to last the nurses were talking among themselves about how they had just learned in a recent training that they could go over the same area several times in one session for stubborn hair.. so that session and the last one they when over the areas multiple times however every other session prior this new training was not effective!! The hair on my arm continues to grow, it maybe reduced about 25% and my sideburns about 50% when I was promised all the hair would be permanently gone and at the end all I was told was that I was not an “ideal candidate”!! Well don’t y’all think that should have been disclosed to me before I paid 5K!?!? Also, in a couple of sessions the same nurse kept going all the way up to my shoulders where there was only peach fuzz, well since then I get very long black hairs on my shoulders and when I brought it to their attention all I was told it that they would go away, THEY HAVE ONLY GOTTEN WORSE!! And they offer the Lifetime program for additional sessions for a SMALL copay of like 200$!! Total BS I should not have to continue to pay for the lack of training!!

With Covid 19 is nearly impossible to get botex appointment at the last minute. I called Ideal Image and spoke to Sophie. I explain to her thats its too hard for me to come during the day because of my work schedule.She put me on a brief hold. Afterward, she said, Emy and Amy could fit me in right away. I was extatic.As soon as I arrived they were waiting for me and took me back to get my botex injections. They even managed to squeeze me in for a XC filler injection.All three ladies were amazing and very helpful. Thank you girls. I really appreciated all ya help and advice.

I have been trying for 3 months to get my refund that I was told would take 24 hours. Adiva, the manager, will not return my calls despite leaving messages for her at every location around Houston.
