It works!I came to Knue after reading some of the previous 5-star​ reviews and figured Id give laser one more shot. I had some bad prior experiences with another technicians in the city that either did not use the proper equipment or had bad customer service.With Knue, everything was super smooth! They care about the clients needs. Rachae is the first person I saw that understood how to properly use the laser equipment and the importance of listening to the needs of the client. This makes the experience much less painful (although you will feel something. No pain, no gain!). The second person I saw was Megan! ALSO amazing & very knowledgeable.They truly go above and beyond and love their profession. The results on my skin have been amazing and I no longer experience hair growth in unwanted areas & no more ingrowns!!! You will see results after the first session! If your still shaving or waxing as your main source for hair removal, STOP!! Shaving gives you razor burns and for my melanin queens it could cause hyperpigmentation and not to mention, if you hair thick or curly hair it could also give you horrible ingrowns. Waxing can be painful and you’ll always have to go back! So save your money, and don’t bare the pain and get LASERED!! There machine is PERFECT for everyone. I’m someone who’s about 5 sessions in and I already feel hot girl summer ready!!

I had a great experience at my first session at Knue Laser. I met the owner and they were incredibly thorough explaining what to expect and all of the aftercare, and even how to get in touch if I had any questions later on. I purchased my sessions on Groupon so I wasnt really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Knue is located within Sola Salon along with many other services. The only thing I had trouble with was finding it initially, but there is a big sign towards the back of the main building that says Sola Salon I loved that it was a small business because I love supporting Houston businesses, and I loved that I could support a woman of color that owns her own business. It was my first time getting laser hair removal and it wasnt very painful, and the owner worked very quickly. We finished in about 15 minutes. Very thorough and very quick. I absolutely recommend Knue, and will be recommending it to friends and family.
