This was me getting ready for my surgery everyone at this hospital was great from my Pre OP Nurse Candice to the gal that did my IV Fatima and Anesthesiologist Bailey and Traci everyone was nice and enjoyable to be around.

I went into the ER this past Saturday and the entire staff was simply exceptional. Dr. Stubbs was so patient and kind and I felt comfortable being there. All of the nurses were very attentive and they got me in and out as quickly as possible.

I’m currently in the ER 2:57 am with my son whose been not feeling well. I just want to say thank you for the Crew led by Dr. Abbott for the superb job they did not only to take care of my 12 years old but also make him feel like a price and comfortable. Thank you and very much appreciate all your kindness and help with our needs and concerns. Thank you!

Amazing ER! The most friendliest and caring nurses and doctors. Nurse Jun is the absolute best and was able to guide my family and I through the whole process. Dr. Abbott was also great, he was very detailed and thorough with his diagnosis. Would definitely recommend this ER.

I had an MRI on Friday at ROH. Everyone was very professional and courteous, starting with the valet with a cheerful greeting, next the kind lady checking me in, then onto the registration lady who thoroughly explained all the forms and finally to Tammie, the MRI technician. She cheerfully greeted me, explained fully what to expect while in the MRI tube, checked on me every 5 minutes by speaker to make sure I was OK and then when scan was over gave me the details about what happens next including when to expect my results. Great experience and I highly recommend this facility. Dan C

I would absolutely recommend this facility. As soon as I got there the valet took my car he was very friendly! When you walk in they have the piano playing very relaxing music, it’s very clean and spacious. They have a desk in the front where they check your temperature and they will guide you where you need to go ( also very nice and helpful). I went to the second floor to get some blood drawn. I checked in with Kim who helped me fill out all my information and cracked a few jokes with. I then was escorted to the back by Nurse Dede super sweet and gentle as she performed my EKG. Nurse Erin drew my blood abs made me feel like I had known her for years!!! I was in and out at a timely manner!I would definitely say 10/10 on service, cleanliness and hospitality!!! I’d strongly recommend coming here the staff was amazing 🙌🏽 Shout out to the CEO for hiring an amazing team.

If you are in need of any medical care this is the best place! We are from out of town and my son needed a unexpected surgery. We were referred to Dr. Small and we are so happy we found him! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable with the procedure! He did an excellent job and we are so pleased with the outcome! I recently visited the River Oaks facility to get some medical attention. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient my experience was. The free valet service was an added bonus. The place is clean and the front desk and intake staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are the best and I felt very safe and welcome, given the pandemic. I went there with my family. From the moment we entered we were treated wonderfully and with the utmost respect. The front desk person greeted us kindly, took our temperature and guided us to the proper place for treatment. The nurses were terrific, courteous and super friendly. A very positive experience.

What a horrible hospital, my wife went in for a simple outpatient procedure and her wedding ring was stolen while she was out under anesthesia. Upon waking up she could not feel the lower half of her body and was given her bag of clothes and told to get dressed, when she asked for help she was treated poorly and given an attitude for asking. When she asked for additional help due to losing control of her bladder she was told you have black pants on know will notice and had to beg for further assistance. Once we spoke with the admin regarding the stolen wedding ring there was no sense of urgency and were asked to leave and wait for them to search which we refused at first. They supposedly reviewed camera footage and spoke with staff but we were the ones that had to call the police. Why would a facility not want to know which one of there staff members were responsible for the theft and if there was nothing to hide why were they so reluctant to get to the bottom of it. I have requested liability insurance info and am still waiting. How horrible of a place to allow a patient to be taken advantage of and then add insult to injury and not be willing to help to the fullest extent possible. What happens in the dark will always come to light, I pray whomever stole my wifes ring comes out and at a minimum turns the ring in and I hope the hospital has the backbone to do the right thing.

I had surgery at River Oaks Hospital on 11/30/2020 and ended up with sepsis. It was so bad I had to have 2 surgeries after, and spent almost 2 months in other hospitals recovering.I was taken to the emergency room due to feeling bad and having horrible drainage from the first surgery. I was the only patient there and was not taken seriously at first, felt like I was bothering them.I am still in physical therapy trying to walk again without a walker.I seriously DO NOT recommend this place.The only reason there is a star, is because I could not post without one.

My husband and I visited this hospital on yesterday. It is a very nice and clean hospital to receive care. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We was instantly greeted when we walk through the doors. Our temperature was check and was guided to the appropriate area. We definitely felt safe here and we plan to visit again for our healthcare needs.

My husband I and had an occasion to visit this facility very recently. We found the service to be really pleasant. The valet and staff were professional and accommodating. The COVID-19 safety protocols to gain entrance was reassuring. The process went smoothly as we were in and out in a timely manner.We also had an opportunity to meet the CEO who was very cordial, impressive.

I had surgery at ROHC and the experience and care was excellent. From the pre-op testing, check-in and especially the nursing care, it was smooth and easy.The pre-op nurse, Janice, was very patient and professional. She kept me informed each step of the process even when the surgeon was delayed (not the hospitals fault).Stephanies after surgery care was also excellent.

My husband and I recently received the COVID-19 vaccination at the hospital. The process was very well organized and the staff was friendly. We were nervous about getting the shot but after meeting the CEO who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with us asking questions our anxiety was eased. Great hospital and great staff!

The checking process was very easy and everybody was helpful and nice. However, after the procedure they were kind of rude and I think unprofessional. It had not even been two hours after my knee surgery and they kicked me out of the hospital, I was still under the effects of the anesthesia, it was hard for me to keep my eyes open and they put me on a wheelchair and out, I spent all the way home vomiting and I felt I was going to faint. I really don’t understand why they did that, but I do not think it’s ok to treat a patient like that. I would not recommend this hospital to anybody.

The staff members at River Oaks Hospital were extremely friendly. And they accommodated my work schedule in making my appointment. Also, it felt less like a hospital and more like a fancy hotel with the chandeliers and a pianist playing live music. Going to the doctor isn’t usually such a pleasant experience, so I’m very glad I came here!

My experience at Riveroaks hospital was very pleasant. When I arrived for surgery I was very nervous and told Cristina (who I found out is the supervisor) this as she brought me back into pre surgery suite. She was very nice, comforting, and put me at ease! She explained the process, what to expect, and kept me informed through out my stay before surgery. I was immediately greeted by 2 more nurses, Janice and Daniella. I would guess that these girls have been working together for years. They flowed around me like angels and before I knew it I had an IV started, the part I dreaded most, and it did not hurt! Honestly, they are above 5 stars. If this hospital knows what is good for them, they will keep the preop nurses and the environment they create because I have had previous surgeries in the medical center, where I felt like cattle being herded in and prep to go in to be slaughtered!

I had a super wonderful experience. They are professional. Very clean. All staff was courteous. All follow was great and timely! All the best and I will definitely use the services!!

My family and I have visited this facility on more than one occasion and it has always been a pleasure. On this occasion we needed to have Nasal Swab Covid test done (Geesh, I know right). I want to publicly say THANK YOU to Brian RN for being so delicate and patient with our 3 and 6 yr old daughters. They handled the testing like champs!! I recently visited River Oaks Hospital and the staff was extremely friendly. I was welcomed the moment I walked in and directed where I needed to go. The facility was clean and Covid19 precautions were taken upon entry. I was also in and out faster than I could’ve ever imagined.

When I walked it I was greeted with a warm welcome. Before going to the reception I had to sanitize my hands and have my temperature checked. The Covid testing process was smooth and seamless. The hospital was very clean and the staff was amazing.

Went to the ER after getting banged up in a car accident. The nurses and physicians were fantastic. They got me in quickly, did the necessary tests, and explained my condition. I really felt that they cared about my treatment and wanted me to have a good result. I cannot recommend this ER highly enough.

I was a patient at River Oaks Hospital from September 9 through September 12 of 2020. I went in on the 9th for an out patient procedure but ended up being admitted because my INR wasnt low enough for the procedure to be performed. It eventually happened on Friday the 11th, and I was kept one last night for observation. The staff was quite friendly all around. There was this one nurse on the night shift that obviously doesnt need her job, as she flat out refused to give me ANY of my prescribed meds. I was to remain on schedule from the Heart Failure Clinic to restart my blood thinners the same evening after the surgery was performed. I spoke with the attending physician and he also instructed me to follow the plan that the clinic had drawn up for me. He also informed me that he would stop by the nurses station to make sure and add my blood thinners to my list of meds. That was somewhere around 7-8 pm. I started calling the nurses station around 9 pm to enquire about my meds. I was told that the nurse would be in shortly. As of 12 am I STILL had not received my meds. I called again around 12;20am and was told the same thing. The night nurse comes into my room and that first thing out of her mouth was why are you giving me a hard time. I didnt know exactly how to take her question. So I replied with Im not giving anyone a hard time, I just need to get my blood thinners because I have a mechanical heart valve and it is extremely important that I have them. This nurse told me that I didnt need my blood thinners and nor was I getting any meds because there were none on her chart for me. I knew all this was a lie because I had my own personal meds brought to the hospital for me, because I didnt have any idea that I would be staying a few days. I told the nurse that the attending physician told me he was going by the nurses station to make sure my blood thinners were added to my list. The nurse told me the doctor didnt give her any instructions and that I wasnt getting ANYTHING and that I need to just lay down and go to sleep. I got very upset at being treated like a two year old when Im sure Im old enough to be her father. Needless to say, after going back and forth with this so called nurse I ended up getting my meds after 12:30 am. I had a pleasant experience up until that night. As long as that nurse is employed there, I will NEVER set foot in that facility ever again. They need to get rid of her before she causes them a major lawsuit, or even worse. I called the hospital to file a complaint against her, and I spoke to someone about the issue, and am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding this very serious matter.

Mimi was my nurse here at ROHC and she was so helpful and kind! The surgery center was very professional and very clean, their COVID measures made me feel very safe here. I’ve been to quite a few surgery centers around Houston but this was by far my favorite experience. Thank you to all the staff!

I had to have an EGD procedure. I was really nervous to be put under. The or staff on the second floor took great care of me. They made me feel safe and comfortable.

My wife and I came here to do a Covid PCR test. The whole process was drive thru and very quick. The staff was friendly and answered any questions. The whole experience was painless and I will be back for any further Covid testing.

River Oaks hospital is my hospital of choice when something is wrong. The staff is always friendly and I feel like VIP when receiving care.

I had to go twice to the ER in early July 2020. Both times the entire attending staff did a tremendous job. I received great care during my visits. In addition to the care and professionalism, the staff was also compassionate. They helped be through my medical emergencies and answered follows up questions I had once I was discharged.To the nurses Bryan, Rex, and Ms. Patricia as well as to the attending physicians, Dr. Johnson Dr. Oakes, and Dr. Stubbs my wife and I say thank you.

Came to Houston Texas to River Oaks Hospital per my attorney. I’ve been in a lot of Hospitals in the last 15 months and I’ve never been treated so good and like family by medical staff. Staff is the wrong word family is definitely the word. I spend a week in the surgical floor (3rd floor) and never felt like a patient or a paycheck from an insurance company. All my RN’s NA’s and Charge Nurses were the best I’ve ever seen. The Director of the unit , Latisha made me feel so good, and cared for. Dr Du and Dr Tantuce always had a smile and kind word. No questions or answers were withheld from me at any point in time. I’ve found my new hospital, and family for my on going medical care. Thank you all.J D Taylor

THIS ORGRANIZATION DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR OR ANYTHING ELSE AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED. I PAID FOR A PROCEDURE THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE 07/31/20 & THE NURSE CAME OUT AFTER PYMT HAD BEEN MADE & ADVISED THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO THE PROVEDURE CUZ I NEEDED ANOTHER COVID TEST & THEY WERE UNABLE TO RETURN THE MONIES BACK TO MY CC, BUT THEY SURE TOOK IT REALLY FAST. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY GAVE ME A CHECK OFF OF A BANK THATS NOW CLOSED IN HOUSTON TX FROST BANK. WHO DOES THAT SH%$?!!!

This is the worst hospital. I have been trying to reach someone in the insurance department for over a week. No response. Totally been given the run around. I had to cancel my procedure because no one would return my phone calls.
