My new favorite place.I got shellac (gel) nails & a lavender pedicure (so relaxing). They have a wide variety of shellac colors including glittery options. They did a great job shaping my nails & cleaning my cuticles up without over trimming.They have a couple different options for pedicures which include options like exfoliating scrubs, massage, paraffin wax etc. They also offer eyebrow tinting.Covid safety precautions have been made. Zen Cookie is a great nail salon. Brenda and her staff always make sure to take good care of me, as well as my husband when he wants to get a manicure. Their building is fresh and comfortable to relax in while receiving A+ service. I visit quite often and theyve made a great effort to get to know me. I love the personal connection!

What a great place! They are really dedicated to customer satisfaction. The Hot stone pedi was heavenly and they were able to fit me in on short notice. The whole staff is great, highly recommended.

I am PICCKKKYYYYY with my nails. These ladies know what’s up. My girl and I had our nails done by Anne and Lucy and they DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!!! My nails are symmetrical, perfect shape, perfect paint color and so are my friends. Go here.

Ann was professional, courteous and quite timely. I had a short window and she respected that and got me out fast!

They were extremely kind and professional but the job they did was HORRIBLE. From inside the shop (which is dimly lit), my pedicure looked just fine but as soon as I stepped outside into the sunlight I could see how horrible they really looked. There was paint on my skin and my nails looked bumpy as if the shellac that was previously on my toes was not removed properly. It looked like a five year old had just done my nails. I removed the polish as soon as I got home and repainted them myself. As far as my shellac manicure... it looks okay! Much better than the pedicure but Ive already had a nail break. The staff was very friendly but the skill is lacking. I spent too much $ for my nails to look the way they do! Very disappointing..

Making them the best price around!!A full set in the heights, rice village, downtown is about 65$ There prices are beyond amazing for the area! Saw a upset review because someone paid $37. That’s insanely cheap for the area!

Went in for an eyebrow wax only ($12 + $2 tip) - wasnt worth the cost. Yes the nice woman waxed around my eyebrows but no shaping or trimming to make this worth the relatively high price. I feel like I need to get them done again and its only been 1 week.

I really needed my nails to be done. I walked in and they received me with smiles and warm vibes. My nails needed help 😮. The place I’ve been going to was o.k However, I got tired of constantly waiting for either an hour past during appointments that I’ve made ahead of time. Eventually you just need to walk away. Zen Cookie Nails are amazing! And everyone there are pure kindness and good vibes. 🖤

Went with my sister a few months ago to get pedicures. We had a great time. She still talks about the massage she got with her pedicure here. Hope to go back soon.

This used to be my favorite nail salon until Cookie sold it. Now they charge an arm and a leg for services you can get pretty much anywhere in town for half the price.Just because youre in the Heights does not mean your work is worth more than the rest of your competitors. Be a smart business person and keep your prices reasonable and affordable to everyone that walks thru your door. Youve definitely lost me as a customer, $37 for a full set... what a joke.

$40 for a set of dips that are already cracking after 3 days. As I was paying I realized that there was still dip powder stuck all to my skin around my nails and cuticles - I had to ask the lady who did my nails 3 times to remove it. She kept trying to tell me it would just wash off with soap to which I went to wash them off in order to show her that she needed to use polish remover to get it off. Several of my nails are different lengths than all the rest because she filed them down too much. Huge waste of money just go somewhere else.

Actually made an appointment at this place several hours in advance. I showed up about 10 minutes early for my appointment. After I had picked out a color and was greeted and directed to a chair a worker came up to me and ask if I could wait about 30 minutes as the appointment before me had shown up late. I said no, left, and wont be back, There are too many other options, and whats the point of making an appointment??
