Great value. Hidden away inside the Hilton is this cute, cozy Spa where you can get a good Couples Massage or facial, even during your break. They have good hair stylists and they do nails as well. One of my friends has found their slimming treatments to be effective - I plan to try it along with the Vichy shower. Dont forget to bring your parking tickets for validation.

Purchased Spa day for my wife for our anniversary. She had such a bad day. Massage done by lady who applied no effort or strength. It felt more like she just rubbed her down with oil & done. Then fácil was just a matter of the application of 3 products & washed off. No extractions, no steam, and no 💆🏼 massage. Then they put her inside this body steamer for the body scrub, machine smelled dirty. Locations is just dirty and really small. Bedding on massage tables mix matched. As if they dont have money for nice white bedding. So it was a bad impression as soon as she walked into the room. Then owner gets a rookie nail tech who showed up for a job interview & since she had no experienced nail techs on payroll that day she decided to allow this girl who she had never seen work do my wifes nails. Needless to say, rookie nail tech didnt even know where the products were or things needed to do my wife nails. Owner just took off after telling her to go the job. Didnt even stick around to assist her or watch her. Nails looked terrible but my poor wife didnt complain. She just left without tipping anyone because the entire experience was a total waste of her time & our money. Spa day was suppose to be 3-4hrs max. She was there for 5 1/2 for a terrible experience.

Wow!!! Weekly massages I get from Ronald are amazing and I love the retreat room where they have a massage chair to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while waiting.I took my husband for couples massage and they had pretty room with candles and the best thing was we could get massages in the same room as well as facials.See you soon:)

Conveniently located inside Hilton Hotel, free garage parking, one stop shop is what I love so I can just go there and get myself done head to toe. I book my haircuts, color, massage, waxing, facial, body wrap all one time and then I forget about it. Love the fact that they offer wine and have couples room for massages or facials. My acne is a history now. Within three weeks I have clear skin and no scars at all. Love to know they offer microneedling. Anniversary retreat with chocolate strawberries and wine!

Very Knowledgeable skincare and massage therapists. Ive been coming to skindeep spa and salon for a over a year now. They are my second family! I havent gotten massages, facials, or any other beauty treatments anywhere else. Also, as a member I save on ALL services and products.They offer a variety of services from eyebrow tinting, eyelash perming, hair services, makeup, microneedling(collagen induction) microdermabrasion, chemical peels, nails, henna, and more!

Bought a Groupon for a full day of services, the Mani pedi girl never showed up so I had to leave before all my paid for services were completed. I live an hour away and was told just to come back another time. The manager is refusing to give me a refund for the Mani pedi portion of the services and wants me to drive all the way there to use the service, yet refuses to make that drive worth my time. Im extremely unsatisfied. Manager also never returned my calls, and when I was finally able to get ahold of her I was hung up on.

So let me start in regards of how my nice experience ended up as a nightmare... A friend of a friend purchased a spa package for me as a curtisy of being Invited to my birthday .... So I went to this spa hidden in the corner of the Hilton Hotel which to me was shady but proceed. I was scheduled for a mani , facial and deep Swedish massage which went all wrong,,,. The staff was very pleasant no buts about , they greeted me and made me fill out so much forms as if ur going for an interview then the games begin, my mani was a disaster Ive done manis as long as I can remember but this was sooo sloppy to the point I wanted to scream! Then it came down to my massage session and due to my religion and culture that friend informed them to provide a woman masseuse for me but noooooo they decided to send me a male masseuse who gave me attitude when i told him I do apologize I can not let u proceed due to my religion!!! Ugh anywho, my facial was ok not something to brag about.... Out of curtisy the staff informed the so called manager to reschedule me for my massage and a fresh mani.... Went the second time they got it right.... 4 Months after all of this fiasco the owner A.K.A Rita.... Calls me to inform me that I owed her $160 for my package and tht friend disputed it , I told her I will contact her which I did and tht was final.... Suddenly today this unprofessional person calls my work and acted like shes from a collection company and stated I owe $446!!!!!! Called her up and she has the nerve to say I will keep calling and send the police and drag me to jail! I told her off and she said I had one day for tht friend to contact her which I dont even know her too well to do so!Because Im an educated woman who will never put her own self or anybody in tht position I said ok I will go and pay that money after I got in trouble with my job! After reviewing some reviews below.... As u quoted the mayor of Houston and CEOs come to ur crappy spa... Then ur tripping... This is not a houstonian spa? If u keep telling ur clients that then why in the world u opened up one in Houston!And as u so called informed a client that u have a 2 million house then why u need the freaking money which is $160 that I can spend in a heartbeat ? And u rambling about how professional u r and ur so called spa then why ur own staff told me that u have done this to every client u have? Shame on u! And ur level of professionalism! I was recommending this place but I have already spread the word not to deal with such a crazy owner like u! Shame shame..... If I can give u a negative star I would happily do it in a heartbeat!In the End... I dont think this place will last long if u keep treating Houstonians and international clients like u do.....

Went above and beyond to make our full day at the spa special!!!
