I have been going to Charlene for several years for facial treatments, including chemical peels. She always takes her time to explain everything and makes sure I’m making the best decision for me. There is no sales pressure. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable, and always checks on me the next day to make sure everything is alright. I love my results every time and trust her abilities. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I will start off by saying that I rarely post reviews. I am also a private person. However, the customer service and expertise exhibited by Anna is beyond excellent, and so I am honored give a review. While I will not discuss the type of services I have received, I well share my experiences with Anna. I have had three separate appointments with two different services performed, and Anna has consistently delivered high quality work. What I liked most about Anna is that she is honest about what a client needs/dont need. She really cares about her clients and wants/seeks the best outcome for them. She listened to my concerns and gave recommendations that I followed and I love my results. Anna has a great eye for balanced results . I have gotten many compliments about how great I look, but no one can tell exactly what I did or what is different about me. If you are looking for someone who is competent, caring, and honest with a great eye for aesthetics, Anna is the person you need to see! My experience with the staff has also been very pleasant. With an employee like Anna, this place is rightly named!

If I had unlimited time snd money I would have a lot more frequent appointments but unfortunately the last few years it hasn’t been often enough. I wanted to start getting botox to prevent deep wrinkles from forming and I am so glad I found Premier Aesthetics. Anna, the nurse practitioner, saw me and she was very thorough in explaining what to expect. She was very conservative with her dosing, and there was never any pressure to purchase any additional treatments. I felt comfortable and  the treatment was quick and easy. I don’t know why I wanted so long to finally get botox injections, but now I am hooked!

Had a TCA peel done here this week, the place is nice but I’ve had zero peeling and zero results. Very disappointed. Big waste of money. Glad I didn’t book and pay for another session like I was being pressured to do.

Charlene is so patient, helpful and honest. She did a great job with my Botox at my 11’s on myFirst visit. The second time I came back for a chemical peel. Years of living in the sun on the lake and I’m starting to see the sun spots and premature aging. The chem peel was everything and more that I could have hoped for. I saw amazing results from just the first time, my skin was glowing, dark freckles faded and sun spots disappeared. I will be coming back for more 100%.

Go here for Botox but DO NOT go here for facial fillers if you dont want a lumpy face!!! Do your research and find someone else who does a high volume of injectables (try Veronica Jones at Elixir) because I had horrible results at Premier Aesthetics. They did offer to dissolve it (in order to correct it), but that isnt the point, especially when youre already spending money on the product.
