Today was my first time visiting and I must say Im very pleased with the services performed by Hannah!! She offered a great color and explained pricing to me. She was also very patient with me (as I was about 10 min late) and didnt rush the services. I 10/10 recommend BeautyFull Nail Spa for anyone looking for a BLACK-OWNED, personable and professional experience!

Friendly staff, complementary margarita (delicious!), and they did a wonderful job on my natural nails! I got the dip powder for the first time and they did it right! My tech took his time and was very thorough. 🙌🏾

I arrived at my appointment and the nail tech (Autumn) was there to greet me with a smile. The business is clean. She offered me a drink and remained pleasant throughout my service. The salon is in a good location. There is ample parking. However, the receptionist was a little unprofessional. Some matters should be handled outside the presence of customers. This would have been an easy 5 stars had I not been in the front by the desk. I will return though.

I was happy to know that there was a black owned nail salon close to home and the prices aren’t bad either. They were polite and offered me an alcoholic beverage. Facility was clean and well kept, everyone wore a mask and my temperature was checked upon arrival and was directed to was my hands before I touched any surfaces. My nail tech was a young black lady by the name of Nicole who was amazing and had great energy. I’ve been having my pedicure done for some time now and this is the first time that I’ve actually been satisfied with how it was done. I gave five stars because overall the experience was good but I was expecting more of a black experience and to see more black employees.

Went out of my way to make a visit here and they did not disappoint. I absolutely love my nails and they have margaritas! Thanks for the wonderful service

The place didnt have the color I wanted. My tech wasnt very good. Her nails were ridiculously long. She cut my toenail to the quick then tried to file it. They are also painted poorly.I wanted dip powder. I ended up with acrylic because they didnt tell me they didnt have anyone to do it until I soaked my other set off. Then the same tech hurt my fingers too.Her nails were so long that when she tried she filed arond the cuticle she filed one of my fingers. I also believe once this grows out some, its going to look ragged at the base of my nails because she couldnt smooth around the cuticle.The offered refreshments. I asked for water and I got a hot bottle of water. I has to ask for ice. The ice tasted old refrigerator water.Overall decent people. I would talk to them but I wouldnt let them do my nails again.

This place was definitely a 1 star I don’t have fake nails I just have an overlay with gel over them they charged me 65$ dollars for this the minute she knew I was not from houston she started really not caring super ghetto and nobody had masks on I got these done last week on a Sunday and the polish started chipping Thursday they do nothing know how to do natural nails at all this place is definitely only known for serving alcoholic beverages and adding it to your bill definitely not black owned still ran by Asians and the only Black people that work there are the slaves that clean up for the Asians !!!!!! It’s a Hellllll no for me

Ms. Dee at the front desk greeted me warmly and assisted me with making sure I got my services correct and a first time customer. Hannah promised she would take good care of my hands/feet and I definitely came to get pampered. My service was phenomenal all the way around. Im so glad I brought my business here and took a chance on annew business. I look forward to returning and telling friends. Lastly if for any reason I have an issue with polish, etc I do feel i can call and tell Ms. Dee and they will take care of it. Although I hope I dont, thats service!

First time visiting today and my experience was awesome! From the time I walked in, until the time I left. Made we feel very comfortable with everyone wearing masks and readily available hand washing, plus temperatures checked at the door. I will definitely be going back!Update: I still patronize this nail salon and I am never disappointed. Very consistent whenever I make an appointment and when I am in the salon... even with Covid. I like all of the nail techs I have had, but I really like Hannah and she does a great job explaining her process to me also. I will continue to recommend others as well.

Great service. Very comfortable! I almost fell asleep getting my feet done by Daniel. Michelle is terrific on the nail department! Ive gone twice now and loved my nails each time. This *Sistah* establishment is at the top of my list and right down the street, whats not to love?!The rose gold tips picture is from the day I got them done. I had come at 7 once before and was told I couldn’t get a pedicure that weren’t taking anymore clients, but I thought they closed at 830. No problem I’ll come earlier. Go back today at 630, not taking any more clients today and there was only one person in there getting a service. New to the neighborhood and I thought I had found a new nail salon…….. guess not cause I’m still looking!!!!

After looking up this business online and calling I decided to make an appointment. Arrived early and excited for a 9 a.m. appointment but the shop was not opened on time and the staff was waiting outside. I already had a design in mind but the older nail tech was not able to achieve the style that included several rhinestones. After asking her to remove the rhinestones I settled on an ombre style where she packed on large amounts of powder. Because I asked her to fix the style she decided to speak with other nail techs in the shop, they then decided to stop by her station to view the nails. I chose a black owned businesses to avoid a situation like this and to have the service performed by someone that could achieve the style I requested.

This was 3 weeks ago 6/27/2021 but I wanted to share my experience:1. Made an appointment online for me & my cousin because I was told that was the best thing to do(with deposits being paid) for a wedding we were attending, that didn’t start on time because owner & nail tech was late, but ok moving forward…2. When my pedicure was being started I asked twice for a bowl to soak my nails I get an overlay and I’m already pressed for time (keep in mind we’re off to a late start) she tells me she doesn’t want it to spill I explained I do this all the time just get me a towel but that didn’t happen.3. In all of this and spending well over $200 (my cousin still didn’t her get pedicure just polish) some gentlemen come in for a pedicure and the owner got up, set them set up and offered them drinks, we never once was offered.P.S. I had to give stars because we did like our nails and toes were ok.

Your First impression is your last impression. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. They did a temperature check as soon as I entered, made sure bbn I had my mask, and moved me over to the sanitation station and on to a pedi-chair where I was immediately given a choice of beverages including a Pinapple mimosa.. BEST OF ALL I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR . ❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The facility was very nice. It was just my technician. I was visiting from Louisiana needed service for family event. Didnt get the drink either.

For the customer service. Got volume/flare clusters. Glue from the lash, sounds weird, was rubbing my eye all nite called the next day to see if Cathy could fix it and was told she was at a funeral without an ounce of concern. So I guess I had to figure it out. Cathy half did my French manicured toe tips just seemed to be rushing and pulled my cuticles instead of cutting them. The chardonnay had me too relaxed.I wanted to spend my $ black owned but need my $ worth. Best of Luck Guys.

I really like the music and the staff are so sweet and the facility is very very clean they sanitize everything, take your temp and wear masks. I am very happy with my service. Its become my go to. Never crowded!

From the online appt to the front desk to the nail tech to the exit... EXCEPTIONAL!!! I don’t live in Houston but I’ve visited this nail spa both times I’ve come and each time I’m impressed! This time I set with Ms Hannah for a pedicure and the conversation was a great way to end 2020 and start 2021. And the service.... and Hannah did an awesome job on my pedicure! I got the $60 pedicure with $15 on gel and it was worth every cent! This nail spa is definitely a spot that I will return to and send anyone who’s visiting Houston!!

I was referred to this place by a friend after hearing many many great things about the services and cleanliness. I was adamant about finding a new salon who is following federal guidelines during corona, who wasnt extremely pricey, and still would provide A + servicing. BeautyFull Nail Spa did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations with luxury decor, exceptional customer service, and a full spa day experience. This is my new nail shop. Hanna was awesome! She made me feel comfortable, and she worked hard to give me a great experience without the knowledge that it was my first visit. I look forward to coming back soon. Great job guys!

They are very nice and clean people. However, my nails are horrible!! The look like press on nails. Was there going on two hours just for a full set and still had to sit in the car to pull the acrylic of my hand and file my nails to look half decent. My Husband enjoyed his pedi though.

I tried this place for the 1st time and although the inside is nice, the customer service needs work. There was no warm greeting when you walk in and the two ladies at the front reception desk and the first station was eating a full meal. Not a very sanitary or welcoming sight to see as soon as you walk in. I was sent to a tech that seemed to be brand new. She didnt wipe down the table or pad before beginning. I got a simple full set with no color and it took way too long because she kept redoing the nails she messed up on. Another customer came in and after she ordered her service, she asked the lady at the receptionist desk if they still provided tea and cheese and the lady said yes. It would have been nice if it was offered to everyone there getting service. The customer had to ask and she and her friend were the only people in the salon that received tea.

A friend told me that there was a black owned nail salon in my neighborhood. I looked them up and booked my appointment and friends it was worth it. Very clean, no bad odors from nail supplies. Excellent customer service and the results were awesome. My old salon I was a customer for over 10 years this is officially my new Nail Salon.

My husband and I had pedicures as new customers at BeautyFull and had anawesome experience from the welcoming greeting as we entered the door from Dee Dee to being pampered by Karen(for my husband) and Tony (for me)!We most definitely will be back soon!

Black owned business with Anthony Hamilton playing right now. Social distancing, masks, gloves, and thorough cleaning after each client. My favorite experience is the team work between receptionists and nail techs, relaxing vibe. I fell asleep. 2nd favorite experience is I was able to enjoy my massage chair after pedicure while nails dried. 3rd favorite. They use Clover to process credit card which allows an emailed receipt. Its these little things that will keep me returning. Im travelling from Kingwood to this South Loop Beltway 8 location. Black Excellence.

I live in Spring and I drove over a hour to get here. Nicole made it worth the drive. First time going to this location and I had a great experience. I didnt feel like driving to my normal nail shop that Ive been going to for 5 yrs. Beautyfull Nail Spa was very close to my home. Im very picky about my nails and I must say that I will be making this my new nail shop. The nail tech took her time and I love my nails. I cant stop looking at them!!!! After months of quarantining, from the COVID-19 pandemic, I desperately needed a mani/pedi but was too afraid to take a risk. Until I heard about BeautyFull Nail Spa and how they were not only safe and clean but can do some nails too!They checked everyones temperatures and made everyone wash their hands, wear their masks and keep their distance. That was super important to me, especially during uncertain times like these.Awesome services (mani/pedi)! Awesome products (great color selection)! My daughter and I had a great experience. Tammy did her a Little Beautyfull Mani/Pedi and me a Full Manicure, while Hanna did my Full Pedicure and Beauty Facial. Both technicans were professional and courteous. Upon entering, the young lady at the receptionist desk took our temperature and asked us to wash our hands at the sink. I only waited for about 2 minutes for my services to begin. The website is super user friendly and you must book each service separately (that part was kind of annoying, but I understand the need for it during these COVID times). They were not accepting walk-ins when I was there so it made me feel safer. The place is nice on the inside and they have an array of colors from you to choose from. I truly enjoyed all of my services and so did my daughter! That facial left my skin feeling amazing...try it for yourself!

Worst experience she was too quick on my nails and my nails are not the same size, she didn’t add enough acrylic on the sides so you can see the white Original nail. She hurt me with the drill, some of my nails are crooked, and she left the acrylic color under my nail.
